Saved me in my time of need! My key broke and I was stranded in a parking lot far from home. After waiting an hour, the locksmith that came out told me he couldn’t help because the ignition was broken too. I was really worried I would have to tie a car and rent a replacement but I called this company and in minutes he was able to talk me through how to fix it myself over the phone! I appreciated that he took the time to listen to the problem and didn’t charge me exorbitant fees for something that ultimately was an easy fix.

It was storming rain and I’m so grateful I got a hold of this mobile mechanic. He fixed my car in less than 20 minutes. Reasonable price! Would definitely do business again!

To the owner of this business. You sure like berating my business. I am Mike from Oahu Mobile Mechanics, you cant blame me for every job of yours that goes bad. That and Mobile Repair Solutions, my business is legit.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I called this business to get a quote for service. Im not familiar with normal prices so I was going down a list trying to find out what the normal price range is. I figured once I had those details Id go back to the ones I liked and speak a little further. I spoke to the representative for maybe 1 to 2 minutes and gave a basic run down of the issue. Then I let him know Id talk to my husband and wed go from there. Understand he did not ask permission to send text messages to my phone, but within minutes of our phone call ending had the audacity to send me a text message. I found the message very rude and disrespectful. Personally, Im glad he was so disrespectful. It let me know to cross him off of my call back list. Theres a screenshot of the message attached in photos. Im unsure if it will remain up or be removed.

Ive been going to this mechanic for a long time. Never had a bad experience. He truly cares about your issue and does not charge an exorbitant amount of money.

Acted like he had no time for my issues, wanted me to do the research to fix my own vehicle. Absolutely do not recommend. I never post reviews on people either, so you can see Im pretty pissed.

Never caught his name, but the owner, or who ever was on call is fantastic. I made a mistake playing with my fuse box, which suddenly made my transmission act weird. Sat on the phone for a while discussing possible faults and corrections (before I realized it was a fuse) and be eventually talked me through to the problem. Never pushed any expensive diagnostic fees or discussed money even, really. Spent close to an hour of his time over the phone to help me for free. I absolutely would use him for any future problems I have. He sounded like he genuinely cared about my issues

Received a terrible experience, waited for the mechanic for re-meeting, yet, he never came, I got upset and decided to work on the car itself. I used a different number but they persistently kept calling my other phone. I called their mechanic over 6 times, no answer! I got a text from the owner with a bunch of profanity!!?!! Wheres that mechanic that was supposed to come over?
