It was a real pleasure to do business with Joy at Da Motorsports!Shes very well informed on the process of registering an off island bike here in Hawaii. We were only visiting for a safety inspection, but after chatting with her and her mechanic, we will be returning to her shop for any repair or maintenance work that we need to have done on my wifes moped.

Little pricey but great service.

My boyfriend helped me get my battery changed and he said he had a great experience there. The lady helped him change out the battery since he was new and really appreciated the help

Sorry!! Not good in repair service.. im very disappointed! They did not know how fix the problem of my moped. A Korean girl acting like she knows everything without checking first the problem of my moped! She is so many explanation/ she blaming other people, talk too much and the ending is nothing! I will never buy again. Not good in costumer also! I recommend you guys to buy in other moped shop! Because if you buy and have a problem to your moped? They didnt know what to do. Too much talking and doing nothing!

It’s convenient that the safety check it there but I could have done without the Korean lady yelling so much and smacking my bike. I feel sorry the safety check guy has to put up with her

The lady is rude. Only gives you run arounds. She has no idea what she is talking about or doing. Everything is over priced. I recommend going to a different moped shop.

Good shop, Ive taken my bike to them for service and repairs, the turn around was pretty quick. Gino is a great Mechanic, if he ever opened up his own shop I would take my business to his.

Total rip offs on everything! you can get the same mopeds for hundreds of dollars cheaper at pretty much any other moped shop! parts and service is ridiculously priced.great service cuz they want all your money!

Got a moped from here.... selection is small but the lady is helpful, do ur research first cause she seems to take advantage of non locals and those first time moped users... Over all still happy with purchase

I went to get a moped inspection for the first time. The lady said my “moped was too loud.” So i said “if i put on a stock pipe will you pass it?” She said “no, itll still be too loud”How will the moped be too loud with a stock pipe? Stock pipe is the quietest pipe possible ever madeAfter telling her that she felt stupid she sent me away. She knows nothing about mopeds

Very nice costumer service, the lady try to tell me everything I need to know about the moped and engine, tell me what I need to do to keep the moped last longer. Nice costumer service.

Came in for a muffler, probably a performance exhaust, the female korean owner didnt know what that was and said whats a muffler?. I said can i talk to the mechanic because you dont know what your talking about. She wouldnt let me, probably because people make side deals with him, whatever not my businessI went back couple months later (only because its closest moped shop to me) wanted to give them another chance. I said it needs some tuning, the weights and jets arent right. She said what are you talking about? 4 stroke never needs tuning. I said can i speak to the mechanic? She again woulnt let me.I wished i could record and upload this to prove how unknowledgable she isOwner knows nothing about mopeds, and is firm on answering your moped questions.

Very nice and good on customer service but the shop is a little over priced on parts.

We had a mostly pleasant experience with Da Motorsports (never knew that was the name of the business though) The lady can be VERY pushy, so know what you want and know how much you want to spend..
