I had a good experience with a staff member on Sunday afternoon. He was patient while my son tried different sneakers that my son could slide on easily. My son needed shoes πŸ‘Ÿ that he could walk trails and help prevent blisters. All of the shoes πŸ‘Ÿ and merchandise are expensive, but, we were given a return of purchase option if the shoes πŸ‘Ÿ dont work out.Facemasks required to enter store. Staff were wearing facemasks. You are emailed a receipt 🧾. Store was busy. Hand sanitizer available at the entrance.

Went to this footlocker for the first time yesterday and had a great experience the employees have great attitudes. They are cool and have great personalities. Talked to them about the Griffey drop and this was my first stop this morning. Thanks!

So apparently one of the workers (Dalhaysy Fernandez or Ashley O.) and it says their name on the receipt but they charged my account $60.00 but I never went to the store or even stepped in the mall since it has opened back up. only reason I know is I got an email from footlocker with the online receipt. I dont know how they got my info but thanks for stealing from me now I have to dispute the charge and the manager should do something before this happens to more people

Normally, I don’t have any issues with purchasing or returning from footlocker in general, however my visit to this specific footlocker made me disgusted. The reviews about bad employees are true. Daren or Daven, whatever her name may be, is extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and incompetent and should not be in any line of customer service. Not only did she make rude and vulgar remarks about customer purchases, she openly intimidated her coworker in front of a customer. I honestly felt bad for the poor girl. I can only imagine the toxicity she brings into the work place.

The costumer service in foot locker is not good. Some of the staff are not enthusiastic with their job and give attitude to us clients who are looking for something. I hope foot locker can fix this and give us clients a reason to shop in foot locker.

Worst customer service experience. I bought something online, the customer service rep there told me I had to return it online. I read the shipping label and it specifically says I can return it at any Footlocker Store. I called Footlocker customer service number and spoke with some that said yes I can return at a store as long as I paid with a credit card and not PayPal. Which I did pay with a credit card. She called the store for me and no one was answering the phone. So I said to her thats funny, when I was in there they werent answer the phone at all. Bad representation of Footlocker, will never buy anything from them again!!

I went into the store to see if they had a specific sneaker I saw online. I found the sneaker however the price online was on sale for 92.99 in store the same sneaker was 110.00. I brought this to the store employees attention they confirmed I was right and they would price match it. Didnt fix the one in the store if I didnt do my research beforehand I wouldnt of known and paid more. Next they didnt have my size, they informed me I could order it. I went to the woman working on Sunday morning on March 26th she said I cant help you order this online I asked how come and he response was I dont know very very rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I asked if she could help show me how I can put in my military discount online so I could just order it myself and obviously pay for shipping (whereas if I ordered it from the store it would of been free) she sorta tried to help but again couldnt do it for me. I walked out of that store for the last time. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING!

Not sure about the foot locker brand as a whole but this store was not a good first experience. The manager and employees were rude and slow to work.Also when I went to checkout the price was higher than the sticker suggested. Hopefully it is just this store will not be returning.
