Love this place. I just want to say thank you for everything and being so nice and helping us out on the lipstick that was missing last weekend my mom was so happy.
I went in for my birthday and I am so happy I did! Dayna did my make up and she did a phenomenal job! She was also so nice and helpful with all my questions. I will continue to shop and recommend this store, and services to everyone I know!
Jeanie was so friendly and helpful and did SUCH an amazing job on my makeup! I bought everything she used because she taught me how to apply each product. She is the best!! Will definitely be back for her recommendations.
This was my first experience at Sephora and it certainly might be my last. After being gifted a deluxe perfume sampler, I came to the store to redeem my coupon for a full-size bottle that came with the sampler. I tried explaining to the staff that I did not enjoy the scents in the sampler and would be happier with a product that was cheaper than the perfumes listed on the voucher. On the voucher, it stated that if one of the perfumes were unavailable, the customer could choose a perfume of equal or lesser value. Not only was I shamed for wanting to work something out, but the manager also would not accept my phone that had customer service on the line to try to resolve the situation. Ultimately the decision was up to the discretion of the store which meant that I could not even get my voucher back and had to take home I product I did not want. Overall it was a very poor experience that left me on the break of tears because of the way I was treated.
Great skincare products. Worth the price.
Nice selection of products, and staff was kind and helpful!
The staff was more concerned about thier private conversations than the needs of the customers. When I asked for help, I was guided and then left alone, the employee immediately retreated back gossiping with coworkers. The tester makeup was either mushed or just looked unsanitary. I felt like more of a burden in the shop than a customer.**** Would not recommend this Sephora location if you are looking for professional makeup service.***
I have been to this Sephora multiple times and can say I rather go to the Sephora in JCPenney instead of this one Because some of the employees here are just plain rude! I recently went here to find a foundation due to my skin color change from the a tab. I asked an employee if they could help me with a color match, the first person I talked to, which seemed like a manager, informed me that it wasn’t just that it helped find specific foundations in that color which was fine. Then she called someone else to help me find a specific shade and what would be good for my skin and this women was just ignorant! She wasn’t too thrilled on helping me in the first place then after she tried it on me just for the heck of it and I asked if they had any of the same type of foundation that was cheaper and instead of just suggested something else or simply saying no there isn’t, she puts this stank face on and say “well all the foundations are around this price, so you’re probably not going to find any other one lower” so I just thanked her wiped it off my face and went into line to buy the damn foundation. Also a previous visit, I have also gotten a draw closed in my face at this same location which I walked right out after that. It’s very unfortunate Becuse I love makeup and I have also had a few employees help me there who where very sweet and helpful, but recent I haven’t had any luck...I would recommend if going to a Sephora at the north shore mall try the one in jcp, it may be smaller but the employees are much nicer and seem to actually enjoy their job! Or skip it all together and go to Macy’s!!!!
So I went to this Sephora with a girlfriend, she knows very little about make up so as we were browsing I was letting her know about what each product does, we picked up a few stuff and I grabbed one of the make up bags and put the products in there instead of a basket, one of the associates rudely came up to me and told me Im not suppose to put them in a bag but instead use a basket 🙄We get everything we need and go to the register, after paying I ask her about the make over you get when you spend over $50 which I just did.She goes on and tells me I need to spend $50 and then get the make over. Thats what I did so I say okay! Can I get my make over, this girl rolls her eyes at us looks at one of the other associates and whispers I dont know how else to say it I ask her again cause Im confused how else Im suppose to redeem this make over since I spent more than $50 she gets frustrated tells us we have to come in,get our make up done and buy the products used!!! So I tell her I really dont get it cause it clearly said online you get a free make over if you spend $50 or more, she looks down at me and says I dont know how else to explain it so I just let it goOn our way out we meet a kind associate named Ana and we ask her cause she looks like she has more sense and Wont look down at us so she explains that we have to sign up online for the free make over, come into the Sephora the day of the appointment then spend $50 at the store.Nice and easy! I really didnt appreciate being spoken down to as if I dont understand when youre the one who doesnt know how to explain a simple process.
Awful, the sales associate was giving me a hard time when i was returning
Employed workers are jerks and rude.Dont go there they are horrible and have very very bad service and attitudes avoid that specific Sephora at all costs.
Best!
