All the stars i am giving here for inventory. Everything I have walked-in in the Peabody, location it always have quirky set of girls who lack professionalism. It manifests in many ways such as being chatty with thier partners while helping you or checking out your products at the register. Also one of the times the associate told me very assertively that they no longer carry a specific product while I was looking in the aisle, the product was right there on the shelf just behind her!!! The other associate that was just chatting with her pointed it out!! Hilarious! My advice is to be proactive here and dont expect help from the associates!

I tried to stop in before work on Friday, October 2 around 3 and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said Back at 4. Unless there is an emergency, very unprofessional. There is not another store in the area.

I have to give these stars to this one girl that helped me out so much ! I came in asking her of the best hair products that she loves and thinks are good . I dye my hair blonde so it gets dry at times specially in the summer I have used all the products she recommended to me and I love them 😍 also I asked for the best purple shampoo and I have to say I’m I love with it also ! She was great and very attentive. most of the time I go into Sally’s the staff members don’t really help me . I wish I knew her name so I could credit her. But gurrrrl if you read this I’m the girl who forgot her debit card and asked if I could Apple Pay ! Hope you have a great day ! Thank you so much!!!!

The sales people were very helpful and professional.The store was low on stock and prices are high.

I come here all the time for all sorts of beauty supplies. I enjoy shopping here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

So I go to Sallys regularly to get my hair products and usually pick up other things if in the mood anyway I go to whatever Sallys is near me and the past 3-6 months I have been going to this one.......i just want to say I have NEVER in my life been so poorly treated and made TO FEEL like a total inconvenience CONSISTENTLY BY THE SAME GIRL ! The first few times I gave her the benefit of doubt maybe had a BAD DAY or whatever but I am officially disgusted BEYOND belief and as long as this girl is working there I will never go again! I am also not one to complain or Leave reviewz butt this girl needs to be fired or get A NEW job because she clearly HATES PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! she has never smiled ever in her life most likely oh and last time I was there she had a friend visiting so she didnt acknowledge one customer, until she was forced to check them out! I guess this is enough but I could go on and although I have neglected to get her name for obvious reasons you will know immediately if you are ever so fortunate to have her help while visiting Sallys she is on larger side Hispanic and has star tatoo BTW her breasts quite classy I must say! She acts though every person who walks through the door is nothing but trash and not worthy of shopping in her CHANEL STORE ON RODEO DRIVE! CALM DOWN GIRL ITS SALLYS AND YOU ARENT GONNA GET ANYWHERE WITH THAT IGNORANCELASTLY I WILLBE FOLLOW UP WITH SALLY CORPORATE OFFICE AND GOING THRU PROPER MOTIONS TO ENSURE SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS! ! IFEEL so bad for some of the older women who have been victim to this while I was in the store and this more for them than myself!
