Horrible customer service by Teresa. I bought a phone and case. . Explained before how it was for my nephews birthday. After purchase I was told I only had 6 days to return. So I returned the phone with the intention of purchasing again later. I asked if I could return the case I was told no. So I then asked if we could speak to a manager. I was told manager would be in tomorrow. So I then ask for the case I purchased. Teresa told me no she had returned it to the system already ( after she just got done telling me she couldnt return the case). So I then asked for my money since I cannot have the case. I was told they cant return my money either. She then took my receipt that showed I purchased the case and said it belonged to her now. So Teresa took my money and my case and my proof of purchase then told me to leave the store. Teresa refused to call a manager or a boss to figure this out. She took it upon herself and made the decision that the best customer service would be to steel my money, my case, and my receipt. If this is not handled I will be filing a suit against this store. Teresa clearly is not informed or responsible enough to operate on her own.

This Cricket store is my favorite in the Central Valley. Such a convenient location, but its the certain employees that make this place worth my business.Youre always greeted and helped out with sincerity. Ive also gotten great deals on iPhone accessories. Save the hassle of going to any other stores and visit this one first!!!
