The associate Arilynwas exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. I went to replace my old Android phone with a new iPhone. She showed me a few different phones I had been interested in and their different functions. She was thorough. I ended up ordering an iPhone 12. I am anxious to learn and use my iPhone. My experience is always great at the AT&T store. The girls that work there and once in a while there is a guy! They are all very helpful and have great attitudes.This time the Manager helped me with a charger cord that went bad! We had a good experience. We must of went at just the right time! There was a promotion going on while I traded in my phone . Got credit to our bill and pretty much a free, updated, phone . Salesgirl was great, Gabriel O. She was helpful and patient .

Great experience, Chico was a great help, he had wonderful customer service. THe girls on staff all are nice and patient with my kids running a muck, they even tryed to entertain them, when they didnt have any customers. Just to make our time their a little less stressful, greatly appreciate the service their.

Came into see 5 staff members joking around. My dad needed assistants on putting on a protective screen and the guy out the screen on incorrectly and it broke it. The previous woman who had helped us was too lazy to help us out, when we asked for her help. I dont recommend coming to this place for assistance.
