This store on Straight st is the worse store Ive ever been in. Nothing is ever in stock. Customer service is very poor and wonder why does this company keep this store open on that location. Always have pan handlers in front of the store at the door asking for money and management allows it. A line of people and one cashier open. Ive waited in line for 15 minutes and seen people leave without purchasing anything cause the line is slow due to one cashier open. Including me.

Always a long line in afternoon. There always out of items so you have to ask for things a lot. no ATM inside .

It was terrible they put my items in a garbage bag. The cashier was watching a movie.

Some prices do not reflect advertized item.so I asked to speak to the manager, they said the manager is busy, and the packer/manager said she is going to say the same thing I told you. Wich was The computer set the prices, we have nothing to with itIn an irritated manner.. at the end I asked for a refund on other items purchased. Learned a lesson. Ypu can take a person out of the hood, but you cant take the hood out of the person.. my advice shop some where else.

If you go early there is no waiting on line.

They employees are nice, but security is a bit abrasive. Its a 50/50 chance that youll get what you need. They dont have mint chocolate chip ice cream anymore.

Family Dollar is located on Straight St in Paterson I came here the first thing I noticed the store was very big and a little outdated but clean and not as messy as Dollar Tree the service is decent the store has great prices as well

THE CASHIER NEED TO BE TRAINED TO SHOW RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS AND TO HELP WHEN AS A QUESTION THE TWO NIGHT GIRL ON REGISTER WERE VERY RUDE AND ROWING THERE EYES WHEN I ASKED FOR A ITEM. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
