I needed mask to be made for my sister’s wedding I asked for white with gold initial’s and the date of the wedding on the bottom. What I got back was horrible.

I received extremely wide leg work pants for my job that needed heavy altering. They were very professional, understood exactly what I needed and had my pants altered and ready to go by the same day which was amazing! Great quality at a very affordable price. Im bringing all alterations to them. Definitely check them out!

Great place affordable and profesional service

I brung 4 garments to have patches sown on them. I brung 2 garments each day. All garments were BRAND NEW no stains or dirt however both days each one the garment had orange and black stains on them. I understand things get dirty in the process but they could have been examined and cleaned before I arrived. As a tailor shop and cleaners this is unprofessional in my eyes. GARMENTS SHOULD BE RETURNED THE SAME WAY THEY ARE GIVEN.

Im a regular and love this dry cleaners. Good prices, quality alterations in a timely fashion, and Raul provides excellent customer service. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Very good work

I gone to this store 2 times before the last one. And the last time i came my clothes were perfect but when i got home i realized that my pants were too long. As any customer would do. I return and expressed my concern. The owner seemed upset for the fact that i wanted my pants shorter. My job requires my working pants to be at a certain length. The owner didnt seem to understand what i was trying to explain to him. And just kept telling me that they were going to be too short. I told him i would even pay the difference even though i had just picked them up. I told him that he knew his job and that i knew what my job requirement were. He did not want to hear me out and kept hushing me away. He then tell me what do u want me to, and i said do what you do best he then dismissed my clothes and said ill give you a bag. I just took my pants and left. The owner was unprofessional, and rude. I don’t understand why is it that the requirement i needed were so hard to understand. I know how long i needed my pants why question me.SMH NEVER GOUNG THERE AGAIN.

My experience was very unpleasant, apart from the fact that they did not do their job well! When I went to ask them to do it as I had to be, I wanted to pay more and they insulted me !! Being an older person! I do not recommend anyone to dry-cleaner, because they do not do their job well and because they have no respect for customers.
