Gail the pharmacist is pure evil. A nasty person who should not deal with the public.

The staff at the pharmacy is so rude. My medication is never ready when I get there. They blame being short staffed, however they had poor service prior to the pandemic. The only reason I stayed with them is bc they are literally around the corner from me. I am so happy I am moving and will never have to deal with them again. I can handle that my medicine is never ready, but it’s the rudeness and smugness that bothers me the most!!

This pharmacy is a complete disaster. They don’t answer the phone when you call. They don’t have the medication when you get there. They always have to order them. We arrived the other night more than 24 hours after the prescription was called in They asked us to come back after 45 min. We did this and then had to wait an additional 20 min only to be told we could only get a partial refill. They blame the pandemic. However it’s been like this for years. We only come here because the union only covers rite aid. While we waited 8 different people came in and none of them got their meds. A person could die waiting for meds here. I came in the following day to speak with the manager. She was apologetic but kept making excuses This is why the place is a mess. I am currently on hold for over 8 min trying to get the pharmacy today to see if the meds came in. Horrible horrible place

I was having an absolutely terrible day and I am so thankful to the woman in the pharmacy who filled my dogs medication for me very quickly, and helped me out. I wish I could remember her name but thank you so much!

At the pharmacy employees are rude, I made my line and they needed to make a copy of my insurance card because last name change, my medication was ready yet they helped everybody else in there first, who got there after me EVERYBODY with other issues too and they left me last. I was no rude, mean or anything. I felt descriminated against.

Love stopping in and shopping fast friendly and a nice store.

Ran in here around 8 am to pick up snacks for a road trip some months ago. Whomever opened the store was clearly annoyed that she had a customer as soon as the store opened. She was further irked when I chose to use a credit card with a chip and the machine didnt want to read it. She snatched my card from my hand to try it herself, and when I told her that was rude, she rolled her eyes. I get it, Ive had lousy jobs myself but that is no reason to treat a customer like they are a nuisance. Long story short, I now drive the extra 5 minutes to Walgreens.

The pharmacy and pharmacists always making mistakes building the wrong insurance then theyre not even sorry.
