Although the COVID test was not enjoyable, it was self administered and walked through by the kind person at the window. Thankful for the fast service, short wait time, and speedy lab results

Never an issue here. They are very helpful the pharmacists here are fantastic. I’ve had a history with bad experiences with CVS in the past. But I tried one last location before switching pharmacies and I’m glad I did. CVS you should definitely award this location for being the best CVS pharmacy on li because I’m serious I here complaints about all your other locations but this location it’s nothing but positive feedback.

Been thru so many problems at others CVS pharmacies. This location is the only one that is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. 5 out of 5 stars.

Went to pick up prescription tonight and my 3 year old had to go potty. Walked in to a bathroom with a toilet coved in feces. Lovely experience for a potty training 3 year old who had to hold it till we got home. Absolutely discussing!!

I’m constantly having problems with the self check-out. I know how to ring items.When this happens, I usually can’t find anyone to help me. Yesterday, I just left my stuff there and went to Bayport, with actual cashiers.After Memorial Day, I will be switching my prescriptions over.West Patchogue, you saved money by laying off your workers, but, you’ve lost my business.

I can not thank ToniAnn enough for helping me out tonight with a prescription mishap for my son. Truly grateful for her kindness and understanding and helping me in a really bad situation. She is by far a really wonderful person. Great CVS customer service

CVS has always been a great store to go to. They give awesome coupons theyve always giving me a lot of points and coupons unlike Walgreens. I do have a small problem when they give a 25% off coupon and to spend in store and you buy an item that says buy one at full price and get the second one 50% off so you go to the counter and you purchase one of the items at full price and you do not get the second item half off as the sale said. Then you go to use the 25% off coupon they dont let you because theyre saying its a sale item its not a sale item when youre purchasing it at full price and youre not getting the second one half off. You did not enter into a sale. Unfortunately this is how their system is set up I find it to be pretty messed up! I really really hope they change that system because Id give him a hundred Stars otherwise

Worst run store Ive ever been in. Never anyone to help you. Never what you need in stock. Never a good experience.

Feel bad for employees, store is understaffed and they struggle to keep things stocked.

Depending on the time of day sometimes there will be a long slow moving line and sometimes you will be in and out in two minutes.

The products here are great and the employees are great!!! :)
