One of the girls on staff was very rude and stuck up the vibe was unwelcoming. I ordered a crepe and when I asked her to put chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on top this is what i got . The powdered sugar on the paper rather than on the actual crepe .

Their crepes were outstanding. FYI! Staff had a hard time understanding English but you just got to point to the menu and they get you some amazing treats for your mouth.

Went to Monarca ice cream, the one in Pasco and the customer service was horrible. The girl didn’t know what I wanted when I said can I have the coffee, when it was clearly on the monitor . She said we don’t serve coffee and when I pointed it

Really yummy ice cream.. a little on the expensive side. However as a first time customer I was disappointed in their customer service. Very short and unwelcoming. I wouldnt mind paying what I did ($9 for two paletas and a drink) if I would of had better service !

This place is so good. We go to the Tri Cities for a clinic once a month and it is now becoming a favorite stop on the way out of town. They make their ice cream. The pistachio in my opinion is one of the best.

I wasn’t impressed with the agua de frutas that I bought it had a very unpleasant aftertaste I also purshased a cup of corn that had not enough mayo in it so it was like I was eating just corn with a lot of cheese with Chile, and lastly the paletas I don’t mind spending money on a good quality products but I bought 10 paletas which Each cost $2.50 a paleta a feels like way overpriced for not good quality.

Very interesting favors. Signs are all in Spanish but staff is helping with the translations. Youll need many visits to try the many flavors...

The agua de coco is delicious and refreshing I love the chunks of coconut in the drink. Always a great way to beat the heat and get a tasty treat.

Usually really good. Today I just got attitude from the checkout person. And then when it came tonorder I was in line and totally got skipped. And ignored. Not the best experience and definitely not coming back. they kept me waiting for over 15 minutes. 😪

We had such a great experience here over the weekend! I had mamay ice cream and my husband had cucumber picanti popsicle and they were both delicious! The ghoul there spent like 20 minutes with us telling us about the shop and being from Spokane, we were so appreciative to learn so much! We will definitely go back!

I love coming to this places because of there homemade ice cream! They have alot of amazing flavors such as my favorite zamora con queso. I like the unique flavors like rompope and ganzito, but they also have the traditional flavors. Flor de Michoacan also has home paletas drinks and other fruit creations. Over all a great place to get something sweet.

Went there yesturday asked for strawberry raspado and the lady knew she was low on syrup so she just placed what little she had on top of the ice ..long story short i had a raspado with just ice no syrup, when i let her know she said thats how its supposed to be thats enough syrup...horrible customer service.Didnt even worry about replacing it or exchanging for something else.

You might want to update your business hours online, they are not accurate ( at least Sunday hours). You have posted 10 am open on Google and Yelp and that is not the case . FYI.

Last time I went there ordered a smoothie but it was in the summertime and it was not a smoothie because it was hot and tasted weird.
