I love frozen yogurt! I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt for so many months but enough is enough. This location is always a mess, they never have fresh toppings, the machines are down. They close way earlier than it says on google. Sometimes the open sign will be off so people don’t come in. I get they have teenagers working here but come on! They have to learn how work in the real world.

On 7/14/21 went to My Yofro in Pasco, WA to get my usual tart and chocolate. One of their machines has not been working for a few months. That day another machine was not working and it was chocolate. I told the employee they better get these fixed or I was going elsewhere. He said he had asked for them to be repaired but they still hadn’t come to fix them.

Diabetics beware! Their frozen no sugar added strawberry tastes fantastic. BUT, it has dextrose and polydextrose in it. That stuff is HIGHER on the glycemic index than regular sugar! So done with that lie!

Clean store, and the worker there was very friendly towards my group of friends. He offered us any help if needed and was very kind to me when I owed more than what was already on my card. The food was very yummy and feeling.

Kinda spendy but my taste buds are happy 😂😂

Bobas tasted expired, some of the ice-cream machines were not working, gummy candy were stale. I’ve had a better experience at the Kennewick location!

This location does really well. Friendly staff and always clean and well stocked with all their goodies. Fruit is always fresh and nummy!

Love this place!!! Poor guy working here was alone and got slammed but was quick to replace toppings we wanted that were empty and very helpful! ☺ Trash was overflowing and lots of stuff on the floor but really...dude got slammed and 1 employee cant clean all that AND help the customers! So I understand why...and he took care of it as soon as he could.

.49 an oz is pretty crazy expensive for a bit of frozen yogurt. Also the kid working never lets anyone try flavors unless he gets it for you. I mean I understand serving samples to the children, but I think an adult can get a little sample cup themselves...maybe a bit more trust.Overall pretty good flavors, but I wouldnt come here more than every few months, especially with all the different options available at my local grocery store. I can get a lot more for my money else where and not be treated like Im a child.

It has a variety of ice creams and yogurts and you can build your own. It also has toppings like fruit or candy. You pay the amount it weighs.

Always a fun treat. Wish they had at least 2 employees together at minimum, for the wellbeing of rushes and the employees sake.

The lady there was cheerful. I think she really cared about getting me some good fro-yo. She even offered some suggestions when I was stumped about what to get.

We like riding are bikes to froyo. I dont feel as guilty about eating it Haha it is a healthy choice compared with other options. Myfroyo is milk chocolate+vanilla strawberry waffle cone warm caramel sometimes cheese cake bites on top.

Not as many flavors as some of the other frozen yogurt places Ive been, but its good. Pretty small inside, but there is some outdoor seating during warmer weather.

To the extremely rude fat guy who was working today, thank you for #1 yelling at our foster daughter who went to touch one of the candy buckets (she is a victim of domestic violence) #2 rudely saying to our 5yr old son no I dont remember you! When he was trying to have a conversation with him. Then hitting him with the door and didnt have the decency to say sorry. Oh and btw, spraying sanitizer all over the fruit and treat toppings...yum!!! Who doesnt like a quick healthy bowel movement from cleaner!!! Will not be coming back. 9/24/17 330pm...

Went in at 8:50pm on December 12th and as I walked in I was greeted with uh we close in 2 minutes if you dont wsnt customers coming in maybe you should turn off your open sign and lock the damn door ! Worst service Ive ever experienced here and we are regulars . The girl that was there tonight was rude and should not be there if she doesnt enjoy her job! We will not be coming back, Id rather go to Richland then here even when I live down the street. Oh and not to mention no employees were even visible when I walked in.

There was no fruit on the containers, there was only one employee in charge of runing the place and the place was packed. When it slowed down, the employee went to swipe the area of the fruit containers and was throwing the fruit that people had dropped out the containers back in them instead of throwing them to the garbage.
