Bad service, they sold my friend a brand new bedroom set AT FULL PRICE only to give her the floor model. One man says he can have it delivered asap the lady who wasnt happy that we questioned why isnt it new didnt wanna deal with us. She says she called the manager to see if we get a discount for THEIR SCREW UP and they didnt allow any refunds or discounts AFTER THERE SCREW UP. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT BUY HERE Paid FULL price for a NEW bed set ending up getting the one on the floor that every ones touched it sit on🤬 manager would not even give me a discount and said that they would get the dresser and night stand the next day when I had already put every thing on the truck. They make it very inconvenient for you you when you take time out of your day you take time out of your day and they dont stick to and they dont stay to their word.

Bad customer service, ordered back in March they told me I would get my furniture about 8 weeks due to taking a little longer because of covid. Didnt hear back called them and they said they had just a couple items in if I wanted to pick up. Said that the rest would come in in another 6 weeks. Called them after 6 weeks and said it would be an additional 6 weeks. Its been 4 months and havent received anything, nor a phone call back. Asked for a refund and they refuse to issue me a refund. And still waiting for a call back.

Best furniture store I’ve been to! They are super helpful and kind. Found the furniture that was perfect for me. It was an awesome place with great prices, the best service, and even better people! Went in and I was able to furnish my whole house! They answered all my questions! They also have different credit options and they explained all of our options! SUPER good deals! They care about you and your needs! Also, they recommend whats best for you and your budget. Totally Recommend, you won’t regret it!!!

Delivery guys showed up late they were rude they were unprofessional they had to leave the house multiple times and come back to assemble my item. They were not even able to screw in everything properly so they just took the “extra” screws with them. and they scratched my wood floors. I don’t recommend this place I will not be buying anything there in the future. I am very disappointed, this was supposed to be an exciting purchase and I am feeling regret.

Update: I want to add to my positive review that the owner not only is able to deliver on his promises delivery date but offered to bring it early if necessary I had been worried with covid time lines the furniture may be delayed. My in laws are coming to town the week we close on our home. It was so reassuring that the owner called and made this offer.Walked in and ordered an entire living room. THEY HAVE ENTIRE SETS AVAILA LE IMMEDIATELY! I was looking at 12-14 weeks until delivery at Walkers.Im a new fan

Before I start to write anything I want to say that I’m not a person to leave a review, but for this one I had too. Please people if you want to buy anything from this place PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews first, this place has more bad reviews than good ones, that was the mistake I did not reading the reviews before going to buy some furniture from there. If I could give them 0 stars I would, so here’s my story, the first week of May I went in looking for a set of Twin beds for my kids, I seen some that I really loved so right away places the order and paid it in full since I was told that I would get it delivered in 3weeks & since I wasn’t going to be home I decided to just pay for it there & then, the 3 week mark comes by and I get no call at all from the delivery guys, so I let it go by another week, since I know cause of covid everything is just running behind, a month goes by and nothing so I decide to call the sales person and he called to get an update and wouldn’t get no update from the owner, I finally decided to call the Sunnyside store to speak to someone that can give me more info, the girl that answered couldn’t give me no info said she was gonna have someone else call me I never received a call. Another month goes by and nothing so I call again and I’m told that (this is end of July already) I’m told that they should be receiving a tracking number soon and they’d call me well I never got a call I call again a couple day’s later left a message for the owner and she never called me back another week goes by and nothing I keep calling everyday and my call goes either straight to voicemail or it gave me a busy signal, so at that point I decided to call from my work phone & boom call goes straight through, the person that answered I decide to call them out on why my number was blocked & that I need to talk to the owner ASAP. Well she puts me on hold comes back 2min later and tells me the owner wasn’t there that someone would call me that day when I asked what time she goes on another pause & then tells me at 7pm(the owner was there next to her listening to everything and telling her what to tell me) mind you this is already 3months that I had placed my order going on 4 months. 7pm comes around and no call she don’t call till 7:30pm. Calls me late tries to lie to me, I wasn’t having it no more, she kept trying to lie to me saying that she had talked to me In prior occasions and that I had agreed to wait 4months that she has text messages & that I had her personal cellphone number(not true) even went to try and say that I told her I worked for fiesta foods(witch I don’t) I don’t even work for a retail company I work in an office. After I called her out on her lying she didn’t know what else to say & just told me that they should be receiving my furniture that Sunday and that they would deliver Wednesday or Thursday (7/29-7/30) I never received it so on 8/18 I received the very first ever text from her telling me that 8/26 I would get my furniture delivered I was like whatever another week won’t hurt & she continued to lie to me telling me that she had talked to me I was so fed up at that time that I told her why lie to me if she had those messages to please check the phone numbers they where not the same & that i wanted to see proof of it, well she never showed me, 8/26 came they where supposed to be at my house at 5:30 that way I could be there for the delivery and they got there at 4:30 luckily my husband was home, they started to take out the furniture & surprise it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered not even the color was correct, I had already read reviews about the delivery guys being rude, my husband told them right away That wasn’t what we ordered they tried to argue with him telling him it was so my husband pulls out the picture of the beds I ordered and they seen and took the beds. (I ordered a dark grey & they brought me brown) I waited 4 months for her to order whatever she wanted and not what the paying customer wanted. Finally got my money, I have proof of all this too.

Horrible customer service order furniture back in October not just one item but 2 living room sets a bedroom set and a bunk bed a fireplace and 2 dressers.... Got everything delivered early November but the fireplace and a dresser i have called 3 times now and finally Carlos said they would deliver the 18th of December called today and now they are saying this wont be delivered today have to wait for a call for a delivery date. Spoke to manager she didnt even apologize her self and Carlos is now saying he didnt say it would get delivered today. Its been more than the 4 weeks they said it would take for the furniture to get here and never once did they call to give us a estimated delivery time. Finally asked for a refund we will see how long that takes.

I had ordered a dining table and a bed for my house. They said it would take 2-3 weeks but it’s been past that and when I called they didn’t answer. I’ve called 3 times and they didn’t answer me and I don’t even have a bed or dining table. Unacceptable I think they do not understand that I don’t have a bed to sleep in or a dining table to eat at.👎🏽
