Went in as was having service issues at my house location. Jason Armstrong was the guy that helped me and took the time to here my issue and what i have done already. His customer service was the best I have ever had dealing with a cell phone business and he even took the time to text me on updates on issue getting fixed with tower. Thank you Jason for providing excellent customer service and I will be asking for you when ever I need new equipment in the future.
I didnβt not have the best experience at this t mobile store. I went in there like hey need new phone letβs go get me an the wife new iPhone. I went in there met Devon Devon was so happy to get the sell off me that day. So he transferred all my data to my other phone and I was locked out my phone because I didnβt have Apple ID password he did not explain that to me. So I have a new phone that I can not use. I came out with a head ach instead of a new phone. I talk to the manager Amanda an she said there was nothing she could do for me so I could not return the phone. She than argued with me that it wasnβt her fault I lost my Apple ID password when I didnβt know that would be a big deal I was locked out my phone for two month. Amanda did not try an help me an any way shape or form and I ask Devon if he could he acted like he didnβt even know me! Amanda argue with me in-front of me an my 3 kids all I wanted was a new working phone. She told me her manager would reach out an nothing. I report Devon an Amanda for not being personal. I donβt think it was right to have an experience like this. I believe customer is right an they should always do thier best to make it right which neither of them did. Itβs been 6 months now. An I just have a passion for not liking t-mobile because of them two. Thatβs all it takes is one person to make a custom run away I want out so bad but I have to stay in this two year contract with them. But after this Iβm done. Switching to some other carrier. I just had a bad experience I donβt think everyone else will but thought Iβd share this.
Devon and his team are amazing! They always do a great job. They deserve a raise for all their hard work. I always appreciate their dedication to taking care of all customers, myself included. There is no better T-Mobile store. The team of employees at this store (Devon, Erica, Rylee, Arian and Rod!) Come to this one, you wont regret it...but you will regret it if you go anywhere else.

Jessica and Devon were AMAZING. Jessica was on her way out, but I had an issue with my Apple Watch, she stayed to help me out. She then recruited Devon, the tech guy, and after 2 hours, they were able to help me out! I got exactly what I wanted, and they were so nice and fun. Really recommend going to this location. Will be bringing more people in to get helped by them!

Got a new updated Sim card, but they couldnt figure out how to unlock wifi calling on a fully unlocked phone.
I had heard a lot of their worker Devon, and I really needed a new phone because my current carrier screwed me over. I made an appointment with Devon he was amazing! He not only was very polite, but also got me a monthly payment that I was comfortable with, and I even paid a lot less than I was expecting for my new phone! Would highly recommend him for any of your questions or if youre thinking of getting a new phone or service, he is the one to go to!
Every single time I walked in the store Devon has helped me, even if he knew I was not going to upgrade right then and their! Never hesitated to be the first to greet us, he will help you the best he can & will always have a great attitude. He is the reason I return to this store, great customer service.Have only seen 2 other employees and theyve been great as well, manager is awesome too. Will definitely be switching soon. The staff was eager to assist my every needs, no drawn out lies just the truth. Surprised me when I seen what I had to pay down for a phone. We came in to switch over from AT&T and we had several issues to deal with due to poor AT&T customer service. Lonn and Devon helped us out so much. Ive read a lot of positive reviews of their associate Devon who was also the one who helped me when I was in the store. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly-never pushy or indifferent. I was never very happy with the customer service at this particular store but will continue to go there as long as he is there. Devon knows the value of good customer service which is severely lacking everywhere nowadays. T-Mobile-give him the recognition he deserves, hes an outstanding employee! :)

Went to Tmobile to change my service and put it into my LLC. The lady had no clue how to do that and instead of calling Tmobile she shook her head and said she canβt do it. She decided for herself what a nationwide company cannot canβt do.
Came in for their customer appreciation event, and Devon had great customer service! Devon and Lonn were very knowledgeable and helped me look at options for upgrading my phone in a few weeks once I finish my payment arrangement. You can bet Ill be coming back!

I have never been so disappointed with a cellphone company until I joined t mobile they have screwed me time and time again when I first started my service a ladyβs named April told me this and that about they deal of a life time that my 4 phones that I received were going to be free I was not going to pay anything that in 90 day I would be able to upgrade to the new iPhones and only have to pay for those when I received my first phone bill it was $300+ dollars and the lady named APRIL told me I was not going to pay no more 245 a month and this and that and I asked her many times before I left are you sure my bill would not be no more the 245 and she keep telling me donβt worry Iβm sure that your bill will not be more then 245 I was so upset about it I went in to see what was going on and I wanted and explain no one at the store could help me they said they did not know what was going on that there was nothing they can do this and that 5 months later I call and cancelled all my lines and paid everything off 2 months later I call to unlock 2 phones I had and they surprise me with yeah we can unlock those phones until you pay off you bill I was like what bill I should have to active lines I called and cancelled the lines in February they said sorry but 2 lines were not discount and you have to pay for them because they have usage on them I wasted an explanation on they why lines were not cancelled and they told me this and that we are sorry but you have to pay for even though I call in February and cancelled the account I will never in my life recommend t mobile to any of my friends and family go else where with your hard earned money do not trust any thing they promise you I hope t mobile and other people read this

Im disabled and the T-Mobile in Richland and on 395 both dont like to help me. This T-Mobile in Pasco is always very willing to help me out and get everything I need help with done. Devon most of all, is and always has been the best worker here. In fact, he has the best customer service skills Ive ever seen or experienced! Dont go to anyone else, he is the best without a doubt.

They added a phone protection plan without my request or consent. The guys running this shop are probably doing stuff like this to lots of people to boost their sales/commissions. Bought a phone there yesterday. Everything went pretty smooth. Woke up this morning to a text from T-Mobile saying thanks for adding the new phone to device protection. Login into my account online and sure enough Ive been enrolled in a $15/mo device protection plan. This deceitful business practice is not okay.

Took care of all my needs. Unlike my previous carrier, who send you to a call center that you cannot understand the other end. Now I feel Im with a carrier that will take care of all my needs and keep me up to speed.
Every time I go into this store, they disregard the reason Im there and immediately try to sell me something. Get disinterested when I refuse to buy what theyre pushing. No better than shady car dealers. The One time I did buy one of the promotions they were pushing, the item was not in when they said it would be and 3 weeks later and several calls later, I ended up calling t mobile directly. Come to find out that promotion never existed and the item was never even ordered. Luckily T-Mobile refunded me the money I had put down.

What an amazing experience !
Went to t mobile in pasco to sign up for the 2 lines for 100 a month. I was already at at&t and so they offered to buy me out of my contract there up to $650. I asked about all the details and to my understanding, I was to send in my phone within 14 days of receiving my new one from t mobile and then bring in my final bill from at&t. They would then send me a prepaid Visa card and I would use that card to pay the balance of my previous phone service. I agreed and got on a new plan with them, sent in my new phone with 14 days and I got a credit of $195 for my phone being in good condition. They put that toward the first phone bill. I then brought in my last bill from at&t an employee named Jeovanni helped me by sending in all the info from my bill via an app. Less than 10 minutes after I left t mobile I got message saying they received my bill and they had an amount ready for my reimbursement card. They were giving me a whole lot less than what my bill was and I was very confused. I called t mobile and told them the situation, he had no idea why they wouldnt give me the full amount, as it was no where near the $650 limit. He instructed me to call the Reimbursement Team the next day which I did. I was informed by them that the $195 credit for my old phone was deducted from my reinbursement. I was not made aware that would happen, and I actually went to t mobile and spoke to Jeovanni about this because I was confused why my bill was already paid. He never told me that money would be deducted from anything, as far as I knew it was how much my phone was worth. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was not given a thorough explanation of what I was signing up for. So now I am stuck in this position where I am paying for two phone bills but only using one. If I wouldve been told this from the beginning I would have never switched. Plus, their service isnt that great Ive already been having trouble with dropped calls, internet not connecting, and not having service in places I used to when I had at&t. I dont suggest this phone company to anyone!
Well what can I have to say after spending a couple of hundred dollars on the plan that was not what I was expecting the amount of data and the international callings for the price is good what I definitely hate the most is when people lie to you so you can get tricked and sign up for a 24 month agreement once again when it was the first thing I told the T-Mobile representative of that I did not want to get a plan and they made fall for it telling me I had free phones..that they did not have such thing as a plan and the free phones which were not free at all, now that I want to cancel due to the poor reception I have to pay them and I asked this guy, oh I though they were free and he said nop not if you cancel and I also told him anyway they were not free at any moment because you have to pay monthly an installment fee ( I figured they charge 10% the value of the phone in this tricky charge) for each one of them including my phone which was not owed I was even billed for that too!!. So they are never free!! Oh and also he refused to cancel he said I have to do it by phone I told him well an agent by phone told me I had to come in here.. i guess he was to lazy to do so. I did lose a couple of hundred dollars but lesson learned!! Stick to us cellular or Verizon are the best carriers.. also boost mobile has pretty good deals and always prepaid with no lies or hidden charges. I know each an every name of the persons who screwed my budget in the last weeks with a bill of 300$ just for a billing period of 16 days not even a month with the service and when it was supposed to be 120$ a month..I just dont want to say their name. So be careful every time you shop with t mobile because I learned my lesson!!
