My wife went in to get me a phone for Christmas. She asked for the iPhone 11 Pro with the biggest memory (512), the sales person told her that the biggest one was 64gb. She didn’t know any better so she accepted the information and purchased the phone.So I go in and try to pay the difference to get more memory, and it takes 2 hrs before they except there mistake and actually start helping me with the return process. I am told it will take 2-3 weeks to get my new phone in hand.I started this process on the 26 of December, here it is the 31 of Jan still haven even been able to order a new phone yet.
