I went to this shop to ask if they had a turntable connector for my small microwave in my new to me rv. The counterman was with several other customers working on another appliance. He at first commented that they did not have anything for me. As I asked who I should go to for this, he said wait a minute. He stopped what he was working on, stepped around the counter and rummaged through some parts. Pulled out what looks like what I needed. He said here you go, no charge. He went on to say, if this doesnt work come back and we can order the correct one. Great customer service!

Don’t do business with these people because they can’t keep their word on when they will deliver. Very unhappy

Harley was great to work with and very reasonably priced fixing my washer, I highly recommend him / Authorized Appliance.

Called to see if they can repack the grease in KitchenAid stand mixers. The answer is no, but Harley was extremely helpful. He returned by call within 10 minutes and was very pleasant.

I have called on the guys at Authorized Appliance for years and have enjoyed superior service and great prices. In addition they are efficient and friendly and always have good tips for proper maintenance of the units I have purchased. I couldnt be happier and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great Prices. The guys were very helpful. Harley, I think that was his name, very worked around our schedule to get our delivery and set up three very next morning. He even gave me some great advice on how to clean my glass top stove. I would recommend going here if you are looking for a quality used surfac appliance.

I called them about a broken dryer. Within an hour they were at my house. Not even ten minutes after that our dryer was repaired, good as new. Wow! Easiest $100 these guys made all day Im sure, but my philosophy on repair services is the amount you pay isnt for what they do, its for what they KNOW HOW to do!

These guys impressed the heck out of us. In this day and age, its not too often you come across someone who is willing to back their product without strings attached and in a timely manner. We bought a washer/dryer set from them with a 90 warranty. We experienced an issue within the first few weeks, and these guys were back in a heartbeat troubleshooting the problem. They ended up taking our washer back to their shop because they wanted to be absolutely sure they worked out the kinks for us, and in the meantime installed another washer they had packed along just in case (and it wasnt a hoopty either!) Really nice guys, eager to help and they aim to please. Id recommend them to anyone who appreciates a small town family business and to anyone who lack in appliance knowledge. Theyll take care of you!
