I took the beginner rider Training academy. I have never rode a motorcycle before and after I completed training I know how to ride and to do so safely. Joel Morrision the Training Program Manager is wonderful and works so hard. He got me set up and provided instruction riding the jump start bike prior to my first class and kept in contact until class completion. My instructor Sam Watkins was an amazing coach, very knowledgeable and made class fun. If it werent for Sams great coaching skills I dont think I would have been as successful. From the first day tour of the facility, meeting people in the different departments and the helpful information they shared to class learning and riding was a great / fun experience. The bikes are perfect for learning on. Anyone seeking to take a motorcycle riding class you wont be disappointed taking it here. After successfully completing class you are able to test drive any of their bikes and you even get special financing for successful completion of the riding academy. In addition while in class get a discount on any gear or clothing you purchase.Everyone who works here are genuinely friendly and helpful. Thanks Harley Davidson for an amazing experience and class.

I truly enjoyed myself at the riding academy. The small class was beneficial to ensure that we were all learning at the appropriate pace. I recommend this class for anybody who is new to the motorcycle world up to experienced riders who want to sharpen their skills.

Went in and was greeted right away by a salesman named Preston he was polite and when I saw my dream bike he answered every question I had about it. A few days later after calling him to ensure the bike was still available I returned to purchase he and his staff made it the best buying experience I have ever had and ensured my bike was delivered to me that day.

Prior to this class I had zero experience on a motorcycle. After the class I was able to learn the basics to keep me and others safe on the road. The road course was nerve-wracking at first but I gained confidence as it progressed. Great experience overall, Dave and Rob were awesome.

From start to finish this is an amazing, fun and informative class. I would recommend everyone to take it. I learned so much and had fun doing it. Bill and Mark is a force to be wrecking with and make an awesome tag team coach match. Bill allows the class to be very involved and takes the class very seriously while still being pretty laid back. You can tell his passion in the way he teaches. Mark is the demonstrator and makes it very simple to watch and learn a technique very quickly. He is super fun and laid back. He helps ease the stress. Joel and Jasmine were amazing at the beginning very friendly people and informative when signing up. Joel will send all the emails that are very descriptive and Jasmine is the leg work behind setting it up and bringing it together. I absolutely loved this place and process! The Harley Davidson Riding Academy was amazing! Everyone there was so welcoming and inviting. The most I had ever done with a bike was sit on it while the engine was off. Nothing more. And they took me under their wings and really took the time to get me comfortable and confident on the bike. If anyone asked me where I recommend to get their motorcycle license, I would say HD in a heartbeat.

This dealership is not like any other Harley Dealership Ive ever been to. We were instantly greeted and shown to our salesman James Reegan, whom has been great. I inquired online about a bike and he gave me a call within an hour of inquiring. He was very informative and if he didnt know the answer to my question, he went and found it out and got back to me rather quickly. He even text me pictures of a few bikes I was interested in. He made it very simple to schedule a day and time to come meet him and look at bikes. He listened to what I was interested in and didnt push me into something that wasnt right for me. His team went over and beyond to help us out. Ivan, Nate, Nick and Joel helped us out in their departments. Everything went rather smoothly. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this Harley Dealership.

The msf course was great. The class went at a good pace it was and educational. The coaches are great people very friendly and really tell you what you need to do to improve.

Loved the basic motorcycle training experience and the msf instructors Sam and Mark were very helpful in their instructions for taking and passing the basic rider e course...Joel made sure that the students had all the information for registration criteria. My sales guy, Jonathan Wright, was the key to this purchasing process. He drove the whole thing from beginning to end (8pm, several hours after closing time at the dealership). We arrived later in the afternoon and they took care of everything very quickly. Great value on my trade in and a decent deal on one of the very first 2021 Touring models to be sold by this family of dealerships in the Houston, TX area. Felt so welcome and comfortable threw out the hole process of getting my 2012 Road King. Turbo is tne best in the business. He made my experience at San Jacinto Harley a great one. Having little to no motorcycle experience the class was very educational. Coaching was great and had a great attitude towards students that were a little behind. Safety is theyre number 1 priority and they want to make sure you get it before they move on to the next lesson. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to learn to ride.

Service guy I spoke with was very rude and told me that wouldnt pick up my bike that was broke down. was told we can deliver bikes but not pick them up. Then stated we are not them after I stated that I didnt want to send it to a different shop I wont name.

I have not been a big fan of San Jac in the past but today was a great experience, I recieved great customer service from everyone I came in contact with. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Called the Service Department spoke with Cesar, he is the most unprofessional individual that I have ever spoke to in a Harley Dealership. Talks down to you as if you were a child and because you ask questions about an issue, his responses become rude. I informed him that he needed to learn how to talk to people and that I wanted to speak to his Supervisor, which I did and ended the conversation with the Supervisor taking up for his employee. None the less, you can bet ill never purchase anything from this dealership, but rest assured Ill make sure everyone know about this lack of service.

Right when we walked in! We were greeted! Felt like royalty and they help with questions we had bout the driving classes. They’re 99$ really great on prices. They have them on Monday thru Friday and weekends! They help lot with the questions and questions bout the bikes!! I almost walked out with a bike. Great sales man!

The riding academy was a great experience. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. The instructors were helpful and positive. Bought my 2020 Street Glide Special from them, battery didn’t last a year and I ride regularly. I brought my battery in and was told they couldn’t replace it until I bought my bike it, I told them I’d love too but I can’t get it started... asked if they could tow it and they said no but we know someone who can charge you to... pretty much said not our problem!Went to another dealership and they picked my bike up the next day free of charge!Take care of your customers!

When I walked in the store On Friday Evening 09/25 in preparation for the New rider course meet and greet I was personally greeted as I walked in the front door and made to feel welcome by the men and women that work there, very friendly and eager to help you with whatever you may need. I took the 3 day New Rider Course and successfully completed the course Sunday afternoon with my M endorsement. By far it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and strongly suggest anyone from the new rider to the experienced rider take the course. The two instructors Dave and Rob were great teachers and amazing coaches on and off the course, which made the classroom experience and riding experience fun and informative and as promised from the first day of class both coaches never raised their voice not once and gave encouragement through very exercise on the course. These are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met as well as their customer service is outstanding to say the least.They make you feel welcome & comfortable in their store, and it’s not one of those don’t touch places, they encourage you to touch the bikes and ask as many questions as you can.This is the best customer service experience anywhere by far. I highly recommend coming in and taking the New Rider Course and any course they may offer, take my word for it you will not regret it.

Great experience with their riding class. I learned a lot even though I have experience riding from many moons ago. I took the class primarily to make getting my motorcycle license endorsement easier. As a bonus, I gained extra knowledge and had fun doing it.Hint- Do the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday class if possible. A lot less crowded and more attention then the weekend class.Update- I was able to get the 2021 Fat Boy that I’ve always dreamed of. Nate and Paul were able to give me a deal on the new bike and my trade-in that I couldn’t refuse. I did not commit to the purchase immediately while I was at the dealership. Unfortunately, someone else bought the bike I was eying that same day. Nate got in touch with me, and once I made up my mind, he was able to make a deal and find the color I wanted. He had it at the dealership by the next weekend and I was able to ride out on it. Now you can’t wipe the smile off my face. Thanks guys!

I went in with my wife on our 4 year anniversary and Toby brought us straight to the perfect bike after we told him a little about what we wanted. After finishing the deal up on the bike, we went back a few days later to enroll in the riding academy. The riding academy is great for beginners. Despite being a veteran rider, I went in so I could get my license. The class is really well put together and would be extremely useful to newer riders. These guys even helped my wife find the best gear to get even if it wasn’t bought from them. They care so much about bikers and really get the job done right. 5 stars for sure!
