This Goodwill was disappointing. They have limited departments to choose from. Their Toy department and Electronics department are lacking. They have an abundance of clothing, some a/v and some furniture. Their pricing is crazy. Some of the items I looked at were priced too high for a second hand store. The store is clean and organized. Departments are clearly defined.

Decent furniture selection! I’m a fan of this location and there’s a good collection of furniture and art. The clothing selection is somewhat small, but it’s a great overall location!

We had a pick up truck load full of house hold items. Including some expensive China, that we no longer needed. We wanted to donate it to help someone in need. On Saturday 10/15/21, we arrived after approximately 5pm, after the 4pm closing time. Employees were still on site, and I asked if we could still drop it off. We were told no, that there was a dumpster behind Walmart across the street. Not wanting to throw the items away we decided to return on 10/16/21 during business hours. I was unable to go, so my girlfriend went by herself. Not only did she have to unload all the items by herself, but the Employees dumped all of the stuff out including the expensive China in a big bin. Unfortunately next time we will go to the county dump....

Ill never be shopping here ever again. The prices are to high!!! My daughter wanted a glow cat thing and she said the barcode couldnt scan so my Daughter got very sad because she couldnt get it. Ill never shop there ever again.

I came to this store today, looking to purchase some items. Throughout my time there, the employee, Margaret, was extremely rude. From cutting me off while I was walking down the isles and acting like I was in her way, to leaving me and another customer waiting for over five minutes at the check out line, and when she was ringing me up she was incredibly rude. When I finally asked her if there was a problem, she had the audacity to blame me for her rudeness and did not apologize for the horrible customer service. I am very disappointed in that employee of this store. I had a poor experience and would not recommend coming here. You can spend your money at more appreciative places

A little less clean. Not a good selections of items. Guess its a hit and miss. My Aunt lucked up on a nice outdoor set on New Years Eve. Yoday, nothing much, although I found a sweet deal on packaged hosiery. The cashier was friendly.

I had to call this location twice to inquire about donations. The first person I talked to was rude and didn’t answer my question. And after I had asked my question she hung up the phone on me. I then waited a bit and called back. The second person I spoke with was much nicer and answered my questions. But due to the first person that answered I won’t be doing business with this location.

Dont bother asking the staff to help with anything. Theyll lie, roll their eyes, sigh loudly... but they wont help.

I love thrift shopping, Goodwill was my favorite. Since reopening, some items are over priced. Items are being price because of who it was name by instead of the condition. All the sale days has been cancelled. No more college students, last Saturday of the month and military discounts. A lot of people are still not at work could use the discounts. I have had conversations with other shoppers in the stores that has the same opinions. I will still shopping and donating at Goodwill, but not as often.

The staff has been awesome and helpful until we encountered a lady manager. I called to ask her why she refused the return of a wireless keyboard we bought within 48 hrs. She insisted that it was NOT electronics because it was not connected to a device. Clearly, she didn’t know what she was talking about. Then she said it was new coz she tagged it herself. When I told her that the box did not even match the item. She finally said she will accept the return then rudely hanged up. Her attitude has no place in retail. She was rude and disrespectful.

Always taking donations! Just look on their website for updated hours. Never had an issue and great service.

Great items for sale! So exciting to be able to find things such as vintage furniture and collectibles that Ive been looking for for such a long time that are not made anymore, and for such a great price! And when you sign in, every fifth visit you get 25% off... how awesome is that!? Staff is very friendly and helpful, too! Love this store!

I checked out this goodwill location for the first time a few days ago and it seems to be a very well maintained and managed store. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The store manager Eddie was very kind and attentive with helping me find what I was looking for which made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. I would recommend this location to other people simply for personable store manager and staff. But on top of that they also had great deals and it was really organized. All in all I would give this location 5 stars and I will be coming back in the near future and I would suggest anyone else to check this location specifically out.

I absolutely love this Goodwill, and its the only one I go to anymore. They have a much better selection of brand new and gently used clothes than others Ive visited, and they also have decent furniture and housewares. The employees are relatively friendly and dont mind striking up a polite conversation. They arent usually very busy, so youre not bumping into people or waiting long for a fitting room to be open.

Ive always came in the the store knowing I was gonna get good products and great prices. The only constant occurance I have was with previously being talked rude to by a manager. But as always I went back to the goodwill.and Eddie was so delightful to work with he is new Store Manager as he helped me fill my cart he Than went and got one for another customer and did the same. Very personable everyone had smiles. Seems like its complete turnaround. Ill be going every Wednesday as long as it stays like this and I dont see it changing

On the way home from Ocean City we stopped to drop off a couple of kitchen chairs. These chairs were identical to chairs we had previously donated. Store closes at 5:30. We drove around to back to drop off chairs it was 5:30 according to my cell phone. Workers were still in parking lot sweeping area and bay door was still open. Workers refused to let us unload chairs because they were closed. There is no paper work involved in dropping something off. We took the chairs elsewhere. We have donated many things to Goodwill over the years. From now on they will be our last option.

Unorganized wish they would size clothing. Nobody wants to search for their size.

Well organized. Good staff relative to other Goodwills. Parking is tough when the strip mall is busy at all. The pizza place which apparently never delivers blocks one of the roads with their delivery cars.

Nothing like it used to be. No more good stuff there. Seems it all gets put online now.

This is my favorite Goodwill in Anne Arundel County! I find clothes for all ages for my family, all styles, as well as fantastic homegoods! The staff has been helpful and friendly. I find many treasures by way of tea sets, crystal and more! Kudos to the management for all around quality merchandise, cleanliness and service!

They were kind & helpful at the donation area and also when I went inside the store.

Be sure to check your DVD’s before you leave. Purchased seven DVD’s, one case was empty.

Service is always good. Cleanliness is comparable to other Goodwill stores, but I rarely find anything worth buying and the deals really arent that great here.

What you expect. A bit difficult to see and poor parking lot access. Same lot as Aldi.

There a quite a few treasures to be found here. Its in an old area, so that usually contributes the types of items sold.

Nearly impossible to find handicap parking and hard to get a wheelchair in. Prices arent great, Id rather support Salvation Army.
