Great deals with plenty of coupons... I purchased candles, lotion and body wash.

This was my second time using the pick up service. The young lady behind the order pickup kiosk was friendly and efficient. HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ID READY. sorry for screaming that but it makes the process so much faster. By the looks of it the store had plenty of product and people buying it. One other note is that this store does not have a public bathroom.

Great place, usually has everything you need, plus more. This time they were low stock on the item I had went for. Hope they are able to get stock back. They have a great choice of candles, soaps, lotions and fragrance.

I took my wife to B&B for this week sale and mistake! They had so much stuff on sale for Fathers Day it was ridiculous in there. There was a small line outside the door due to over capacity and COVID restrictions some come out/some come in. The sale was that good I could believe all the items she bought for $87 we saved $145 thats amazing a lot of things were 50-75% OFF. All women know B&B have good sales and products for men/women all the time. Now I have shower soap and lotion for the next two years! Clean as a whistle🧼😙

Some employees are nice but most are extremely unfriendly and rude. Abigail is one of those employees that is just plain awful she will not even say thank you or be polite, what an awful customer experience and I’ve worked in retail before.

Friendly employees ! Once you walk in they greet you with some spray on hand sanitizer that they have in the store. So Cute 1st time there just nice and welcoming

I love the staff. They were quick to answer all of my questions and made great suggestions. This is my home store and will always be one of my favorite locations. The store is well kept and organized.

My 2 girls are the main reason I shop here. Not the ONLY reason, mind you, but the main... they actually DO have a nice collection for men. My current favorite is Spruce. Its absolutely on point guys, smells fantastic. All time fave is Salted Caramel but I was told its discontinued... I cried that day.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and didnt make you feel like you were bothering them when you asked questions.

Store looks great after the renovation. Found everything I needed and they had a great promo on all bath care products. Employees were super sweet, polite and very helpful. Thanks for the sanitizer upon entering and for taking precautions for our safety 😊

Although they said their welcome greeting when we walked in, we didn’t feel welcomed. The whole experience was uncomfortable! When we got to the counter to check out the first thing the cashier said was, “remember you can always go online and purchase your items and just schedule a pick up.” No greeting, No “did you guys find everything ok?” it was just awkward! I’m ok with them not wanting my money, I’ll happily keep it!

Great place to shop!Large selection of items!They should send out mailers to everyone since their prices have increased.It would be an incentive to shop.

It is a very busy store and their products are ok, but overpriced for what they are. Its nice if you find a scent you like and want it in nearly ever available iteration of it - until they discontinue it. I wish they had actual bar soap versions of their scents rather than just gels and foaming washes. The store itself is clean, but very visually busy. Their corporate signage is a bit confusing regarding what exactly is on sale and what counts for what, but the personnel are friendly and helpful.

Was kind of disappointed didnt have the fragrance that I wanted but yet they are displayed out there as samples. Why would they put them out there if they dont even carry the fragrant. 🤔 Make no sense. Can you explain why that is? Thank you

The lady outside the door with hand sanitizer greeted me because she had to sanitize me. But, ner one of the numerous workers inside asked if I needed help. I was looking for a lotion and only found body mist in abundance, so I have to follow a worker and ask her, she had to look where I was looking and said there wasnt anymore. So, I basically grab what I wanted and waited until I was at checkout to see how to use my coupons. The cashier was more than helpful, but she shouldnt have had to do someone elses job. Overall, this is the only store that consistently treats me good. All other stores made me feel like they didnt want me there. So, this is the only one I visit now.

They have some new scents that are nice

Staff was very friendly I was happy to use my coupons. But you cant use a coupon for the buy 3 get 2 free items.

I like their products. What I dont like is that they have certain scents avail 4 a short time then discontinue them, which sucks, & limits the amount of product I will purchase. But Im only 1 person & I dont matter as much as the patron who spends the most money there. Will still go but limit my spending due 2 lack of the actual product I want. Substitutions or something different will only appease 4 a little while.

Went Saturday to get the Bogo 3 wick candles. Omg the store is beautiful. The employees were so nice and helpful. I could not be more happy with this trip.

I am a Bath and Body Works addict, yall. I hoard it, I had so many that I was forced by my father to start gifting some of my unused ones to people because there was SO much I had, like almost 100 items lol. I have it narrowed it down to this now lol.Every time I go in the store, the associates are SO friendly and helpful, they make sure you find what you are looking for or help you find something new to try. They give GREAT recommendations. Theyre very patient and do not rush you. The lines can get long during sales, of course, but it doesnt defer me from shopping there, and you have to expect it. Especially during their really great sales. You have to deal with it. Anyone who leaves a bad review simply because of having to stand in a long line during a very good sale (like the $2,95-$5 sales), shame on you. They cant help it that the store gets very busy during these sales. They are very professional through the high traffic times, and thats what matters. Theyve never gotten rude or unprofessional when Ive been in there.- Included is a picture of what I currently have. Got rid of half of it because there was so much unused. Some of these are even REALLY old. I have found a few older products (YEARS OLD) in thrift stores, and I quickly buy those up too, for collective purposes lol (I HAVE A SHOWER GEL FROM 2003!), some have oxidized and have a strange smell and color now, so I cant use them.

Especially to Cecelia for helping me find the candle scents I wanted and for carrying the ten flats to reserve behind the counter for me. Shopping alone today and couldn’t have done this without help. Also to Gaby for patiently checking me out, getting help to carry all my purchases to my car, and running out to bring me the cart I forgot in a hurry to leave!! All the staff were awesome. Found out the most awesome greeter/ front attendant is the store manager. What a wonderful helpful nice customer focused human! She is by far the epitome of what a retail store manager should be. I like the store and selection also, shopped this location for ages.

Despite the size of the store there is a considerable amount of employees which contributed to the pleasant experience. I was guided in the right direction without asking so that I wouldnt buy something that wasnt on sale. Everyone I came across was friendly and ready to help. I would definitely recommend this store to someone undecided and in need of help finding something in to gift someone.

I like fragrance and highly-colored packaging. B&BW gives me that at a reasonable price. My wife hates it. So, I buy their products and she doesnt. I also like their stores; bright, well-maintained and sunny. Ive dazzled coworkers at Christmas with their gift baskets. The price is right for me.

This BBW had a great selection and as far as I have seen has never been out of stock on those items that everyone seems to want at the same time (thanks, sales). Be prepared during holiday season though. This place can get insanely packed and it can also take awhile before you get to check out.

Yay- I made it in time to catch the candle sale! I was having trouble using my coupon at home online- I called this location and the lady answering the phone was polite and let me know today was the last day. - when I came into store I was greeted by Deana and she was able to give me a full rundown of what my coupons could get me :) ladies at checkout were energetic and check out was fast. Keep it up ladies- your service was noticed today.

I love this store Dayanon I think is her name is THE nicest and always helps me so much! The only negative is the Assistant Manager Rachel is NOT a nice person, I asked her a question about a sale and her reaction was not only rude and condescending but completely uncalled for. I’ve seen her treat other customers the same before as well.

I used to love going to this location. Sadly, customer service and the over all appearance of the store have gone down hill over the last year or so. I was willing to deal with the not so great employees and the unkempt feel of the store for the convenience of it being so close, but my most recent visit will be my last to this location.They charged my card twice. When I called to speak with the manager about the issue I was basically told that maybe the extra charge will be refunded over the next few days or maybe not. I should call my bank to deal with the issue, good luck. Basically it was not her problem, and she did not care.

Tonight I got the worst customer service ever. I was bringing back an exchange & let an associate know & they followed me the entire time. When I finally got to the register two cashiers had an attitude with me. I felt very discriminated today & I had NO reason to be followed throughout the store because my boyfriend had my return & I had a shopping bag for my purchases. Very disappointed with service today.

They were out of a lot of scents and didnt have much selection left this was three days before christmas...bought 27 items and the cashier said they run out of clear little bags; I said okay and then she said I can get only 7 ribbons...you got to be kidding me after a $120.00 purchase...
