I dropped off wheels and tires for mounting and balancing. The man at the counter was very friendly and the tech that handled my wheels and tires was very good, no damage to wheels, well balanced. The service was also extremely quick, barely had time to wash my car before I needed to head back.

We had a appointment and took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Almost 2 hours later they returned our car and charged us $116.00. We go home and checked, and they did NOT change the oil or filter. I cannot say if it was an honest mistake or a pattern of fraud. Two hours is plenty long enough to get an oil change done. I highly recommend checking after paying for an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened to me, its just the first (and last) time it will happen at Mr. Tire.

Absolute worst customer I’ve witnessed and experienced. It took over an hour and a half to plug 1 flat tire. I watched multiple people come in and ask for service that was refused.. One of those customers wanted their tire fixed and Tony let him know they close in 2 minutes. Customer wasn’t happy and neither was Tony. Tony decided he didn’t want to F’in stay longer than he had too, mind you I was standing right there. He then went into the back and let his co-workers know his thoughts on this customer. Too many options out their…do better.

Too many bad experiences at the locations in the pasadena & severna park areas. Dropped car off at 9am on a saturday for oil change, alignment, and balancing, and wasnt ready until after 6pm (which is past stated closing hours). Waiting in limbo on a saturday and being able to pick it up during dinner hours was just such a special treat, so grateful. Went to the Nottingham, Md location for years and never had issues...the guys there respected their customers. Not so in these areas.

The team 775 at Mr tire in Pasadena MD was great!!! We called into their location this last pass Tuesday and Mr George and his team was so professional over the phone that we decided to get our truck towed into their shop. After talking to several shops with NO return call back.... Mr tire was the place of choice for our Ford F-150 truck which needed a fuel pump ASAP because we had to move. They got our truck repaired quickly and correctly. Mr George explained the entire process to my husband and I and their price was reasonably affordable and they provided excellent customer service. We will definitely return to get our other cars serviced and repaired!!!Thanks team 775!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove there this morning arrive 12PM to have a leak checked in tire. When I walked in an older employee was on the phone. He never acknowledge me. A second employee, Im assuming a tech, came into the lobby and never acknowledge me either. I waited a few minutes and the guy hung up the phone and immediately turned around from me never making eye contact and fumbled with some paperwork. After another minute he walked into the back workshop. When he returned a few minutes later he again NEVER acknowledged me, instead he talked to the tech. After a minute the phone rang and he walked over to the phone and answered it. Once again I NEVER was even acknowledged! At this point my wife and I were fed up and left. We went down the street to another tire repair shop. I understand if a company is busy but acknowledge a customer at least and do not answer a phone call when you have a customer waiting still. Completely unprofessional and completely rude. I have been there at least twice before and had great experiences. It was a different guy working on both the occasions though. All this guy had to do was acknowledge us and say he would be with us in a moment but instead he choice to ignore us and never even made eye contact. We will not be going back. Too many other companies to repair tires. What separates them is customer service. Today yours was extremely poor.

My wife made an appointment, but they decided she needed to wait an hour for them to even start. Then took an hour longer than they said. They seem to never be able to fix a flat tire - it’s always that you need a new one. From now on I’ll just have them tell me where the hole is and I’ll fix it and save $100+.

I really had a terrible experience here. It looks, by the reviews, that my experience may have been the exception, but here it is nonetheless:- I ordered five tires and they only had four. Had to come back the next day for new tires.- The first day they took 4.5 hours after I told them I would wait for my car.- The first day, they put my tires on the wrong car and another cars tires on my car.- They forgot to put tire pressure caps on my car. Twice. Even after I asked twice.Honestly I would have accepted this if the price was right, but they are not competitive at all. I went to Mr. Tire because I generally trust larger companies, but I would never recommend this place. The reason they get two stars is because of the honesty and customer service.All told, I spent 9 hours at this location. For all of the issues, they offered me the rotation service for the tires for free (on my fifth, spare tire).

Staff was friendly and to be honest I initially felt like I had a positive experience here. I came in due to having a blowout on one of my tires. Due to the age of the tires and my alignment being off I needed to replace all 4 tires. I had pretty aggressive all-terrains on my truck (Goodyear Duratracs) and wanted to replace with the same. The Mr Tire website showed these tires in stock, in my trucks size. I showed up for my appointment and they do not have these in stock. I explained to them I needed something with good tread/traction as I need to be able to get to work in the snow and sometimes out of some mud at my hunting spot, kind of assuming theyd recommend me with another all-terrain. I was recommended the Goodyear Fortitudes, I looked at the tire and was doubtful due to the tread pattern. This is a highway tire..... The guy at the store sold this tire very well, assuring me it does OK in mud but that it DEFINITELY is traction rated in the snow (news flash its not and how happy Im gonna be with it. So I get the tires alignment etc etc, that all went great. Now this is my fault for not investigating further before I made the purchase, but Ill be sure Im gonna be really happy with this tire when I cant get around in the snow. I work for our local utility and HAVE to be at work when everyone else gets to take a snow day. Every review I see states AT BEST this tire is average in snow/ice. Seems like this is a pretty good highway and dry weather tire, but I should have followed my gut and just packed up and taken my truck elsewhere. Also I would have assumed they would put my spare back up under the truck where it is stored, but they just threw it in my bed.

After calling several tire places to see if they had a tire in stock, I had no luck. I called Mr.Tire and they had the tire I needed and at a very good price. I decided to get both front tires replaced and they were extremely helpful and worked to get my vehicle finished in a timely manor. Jeff was very easy to talk to and answered my question honestly and I didnt feel like I was being ripped off at all. He brought me back to the bay where my vehicle was and explained to me what he was doing and informed me if a few minor things I needed to get done but didnt pressure me into anything. Im always apprehensive when it comes to getting work done on my vehicle, as Ive had bad experiences in the past at other service centers. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be back to replace the back tires in the near future!Jen

I had a slow leak in my tire that I needed repaired before taking a long trip. I dropped in to the shop nearly unannounced and, although they were busy and couldn’t fix my tire that day, they filled my tire with air for me and made me an appointment for first thing the next day.When I arrived the next day, the staff was friendly and courteous. My tire was repaired and I was out the door in less than an hour. Just the service I needed and I couldn’t be happier.

I went for a wheel alignment to them and he said it will take 30-45 minutes so i choose to wait and what i saw they didn’t take out even tire till 40 minutes and they took 2and half hrs just for wheel alignment there were only 2 cars they working on it. And top of that they charge $145 for wheel elignment. I never ever refer anyone to go there on Mr.Tire on Pasadena for any work.

Customer service was nice. Theyre friendly. They did however take 8+ hours to rotate my tires and do an oil change. When we picked my car up they didnt offer an apology for it either. They also messed up my steering so now my car constantly wants to go to the right which makes my arm sore from keeping it in place. I personally dont think I will be using their services again, but like I said, they were friendly.

I went to this location to have a tire repaired and it was found I needed a replacement. They didnt have the tire in stock so they would have to order it. I was to recieve a call yesterday when it was in and recieved no call. I had to call in and check on the status. They said it was in and asked when I could come in. We planned a time and they would make me a priority for the hassle. I brought the car in and they say it was going to be awhile to be done but they would have it done by the end of the night. They did end up taking it pretty much right back after I talked with them. Still took awhile though. I had to ask them to put air in my other tires and they did take care of that. They did end up taking care of me in the long run but it was a little frustrating and not the best service I have recieved in the past.

I take all of my vehicles here for tires and other basic services. They are honest and offer fair pricing. Jeff is always pleasant and helpful. Also, one of my cars is a 20-year old Corvette and Jeff and Mike are both familiar with C5 Corvettes, so this makes me feel comfortable taking it there for service. I highly recommend!

This was my first visit to a Mr. Tire. I was able to schedule an appointment easily on their website. When I reached there, the team was friendly and welcoming. The team member, who took all my information, was very knowledgeable. I described what was going on and he was able to give a good estimate on what it will cost me. While I was waiting in the lounge, I could hear people coming and going, the phone ringing, etc. Despite being that busy, he still checked in about an hour later and with an update. He let me know that everything was going smoothly and they just have to finish up a few things. At check out, he explained what else they had checked for and that everything looked good. Definitely recommend this place!

Took my car here to get the tires replaced, and while they didnt have the tires I saw online (even checking local stock / order availability), they recommended a comparable tire and were able to get me in same-day to replace the tires, perform an alignment, and bonus - they found that the private dealer Id purchased the car from left some terrible cheap-o wheel spacers on the rear and removed / discarded them for me!! Truly, great service and speedy turnaround, especially for same-day service. Very impressed and will be taking my car to them for any future tire / wheel needs.

Exemplary friendly expert service FAST! I was left in a bind trying to get to work after discovering I had a flat. Towed my car to BJs wholesale for tires that they refused to sell me. I called around and found this Mr. Tire and they took care of me perfectly right away. Every employee was welcoming, kind, just really great people. I appreciated their immediate attention and was on my way to work in about an hour. The cost is reasonable too. I highly recommend coming here first to anyone in need of service. Coffee wasnt bad either.

Servicing my vehicle is usually slightly on the more expensive side due to the fact that it’s considered “luxury” and typically since I’m a young female, service shops/ mechanics always try to up-sell me or talk to me as if I’m clueless and incompetent so I’m usually very nervous/ annoyed when it comes time to get my car serviced. HOWEVER Mr. Tire was very polite, quick, respectful, and inexpensive. I also recommend scheduling an appointment online because their website will show you exactly what time slots are available for the day you are looking at and it’s very simple and hassle free.

This review was for my last minute trip to Mr Tire Pasadena. I needed a alignment and with my work schedule had a hard getting it in to a shop. I called at 2pm and scheduled a 4pm appt with Mike. Upon getting to the store they where busy however they where able to get my car in right away. The staff are pretty down to earth and professional. Ive never had a problem with this location. They were extremely busy today, I wasnt sure if they would even take my vehicle today but they did. I appreciate them giving me the heads up about how long the wait may be in advance. I will continue to use this location when Im too busy to service my vehicle myself.

Very high priced and dishonest. Took my car there. They told me that my fuel injectors were dirty and charged me $130. A month later they told me that my fuel injectors were very dirty and wanted to charge me again.On another occurrence, I was quoted a price of $225 to install a new starter on my vehicle. It is only 2 bolts, so I do not know why it was such a high quote from this shop. I took it to another garage and they installed it for $125 total.On another occurrence, I had 2 exhausts put on for $500 and they only lasted 3 years each. I got fed up with the sheet metal piping system they install and bought a SS exhaust for $130, put it in myself and it will not fail.I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them, as well as my friends who go there. Never again.

Amazing customer service. Took my vehicle to Sears and they couldn’t get my tires balanced. Came to Mr Tire and Jeff and Eric were amazing. They had to break my tires down, remount and road force balance. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Every time Ive been here, the staff ALWAYS asks customers to write a review. Been a few times for an oil change, but I wont be back. So heres my 1 star review, guys!Came in for an oil change and I mentioned a hesitation sometimes when I start my car. Services recommended to me were a fuel injection service, along with a tune up. For some reason, I was under the impression that I asked the technician to perform the fuel injection and that I would be back for the tune up. I paid $200 for an oil change, a new air filter and what I thought (a fuel injection service). I come back for the tune up and I am informed by a different service technician that the fuel injection service was never performed. So I paid $200 for an oil change and a new air filter???The service tech then explains that my tune up will cost $350 (Ha) OK yeah right. I ended up taking my car to a mechanic a friend recommended for under $100. Will NEVER be back or recommend this place to anyone, unless they want to throw their money away.Cheers!

Just wanted to Thank Mr. Tire & Mike Andrews for EXCELLENT SERVICE/WORK!!! Our car broke down miles from home and I called Mr. Tire in a panic. Mike answered the call and gave me a phone number to a tow truck company. We were towed there and Mike said hed wait for us even though it was getting close to quitting time. That alone is commendable & great customer service. He took down our information and called us the very next day with what was wrong. He broke down the total cost over the phone and assured us it would be done in a timely manner. By lunch time he was calling to let us know it was completed. It was a lot of work and labor but at a very fair price. We will ONLY use Mr. Tire (on mountain road) and look for Mike each time. Thanks for calming me down, helping answer & fix our car problems, and at a fair price. Also we wanted to Thank Mr. Tire for having such Friendly/Experienced people like Mike working for them. Woke up this morning to a flat tire. We were trying to get on the road early for our trip to Texas. When we stopped at Mr Tire they were very accommodating and very professional. They took our car right in and got our tire fixed. Which only put us back by 45 minutes. We are extremely happy with their service. Pricing was phenomenal. Will definitely be a customer for a long time.

I think this Mr. Tire might have new management. The times I went here in the past, service left a lot to be desired. Today when I went there I was helped by Mike and he went above what I expected. He didnt make me feel like I was dollar sign. He made me feel like he cared about my car, and my bank account. Such a refreshing feeling. I normally leave annoyed, frustrated, and feeling like I have been taken advantage of. But Mike didnt make feel that way. 10 out of 10, would recommend. This was a great experience. From the time we walked in for a simple flat repair, we felt right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are pleased to say that for what we needed to have done, we were treated very well. The price was very competitive. We will definitely return.

After a new tire blowout this morning, I was able to limp to the Mr. Tire in Pasadena. The folks were wonderful and actually took my truck to the back to change out the tire with my spare. Joe even got on the phone with the warranty company to provide enough information to have warranty company accept claim right there. And the mechanic was very helpful and informative. Thank you all for your help and making it a great experience.

I set up my appointment online choosing tires that were listed as in stock and the basic installation which was priced at $19/tire. When I got to the store, I was told that they didnt have the tires that I selected in stock. I was told that the web site is frequently wrong. They were able to upgrade me to a more expensive tire which was in stock but would not offer me any discount on the price to share the added expense. Additionally, I was told that the $19/tire installation price was incorrect and it was in fact $26/tire. They then tried to upsell me to the next installation level at $30 or, as the told me, just $4 more. They would not honor their on-line price. It was a complete bait and switch. - Postscript: The manager called me and apologized. He said that my experience should not have happened and that he was going to take measures to correct the issues that I raised. I appreciate the outreach!

I made an 8 AM appointment to get my brakes inspected. That morning the location was understaffed, but they still were able to get my car checked in at 8 AM without issue. It took them a few hours to finishing checking the car, but I received a prompt call once it was finished being inspected. They explained to me in a simple manner what the issues were and how much it would cost. After giving my approval to continue with the fixes, my car was fixed and ready to go at 3 PM.It drives smoothly and all the issues I had are no longer present. Service here was incredibly friendly and I appreciated all the help they provided even though they were understaffed this day.

A dreaded Maryland inspection for my sons first car lead to minor repairs. Rick and his team at Mr. Tire took great care of us, despite having to deal with an out-of-state dealer for reimbursement.
