Rating is for Razors Edge car wash only. The card reader may need replacing soon as it took multiple swipes for it to read my card. On the last swipe, I went a bit slower than normal and it worked fine. Reasonable pricing from $8+ depending on what option you choose. For the basic/cheapest option, It first shoots water all on and around your car, next is the soap that is liberally applied, then another shot of water and then finished with the spotless water to help prevent water spots. The spotless water could be a bit more liberally applied to not even technically need the drying blowers but this is likely a cost saving measure. The blowers also do not pivot or move so you have to slowly exit the car wash in order to make use of them. This can also be solved by pulling outside and parking and hand drying with a microfiber. Overall satisfied with this quick and easy car wash that can act as a cleaner in between detailings. Also be mindful that the max stated height is 7 Ft and that your vehicle has to be within the blue floor mounted markers. I was a bit worried with my F-150 Raptor not being able to fit but it made it through without issues and had maybe a foot or so between the nozzles and my truck.

Gas is a little pricey. Clean inside and ample parking. Car wash was upgraded a few months ago (October 2020). It was only $6. Now cost $8, but is MUCH better than before. Man at the counter was a little rude. Might be a nice guy, but comes across rude and aggressive at first.

Stars for the cleanliness and the place being a good size. My partner and I filled up our tank $40 worth of gas and I asked if I could do cash back with a snarky “NO.” So the service could be better.

This car wash left water spots!!!

My wife and I & our 2 kids were there on the day of the Rose parade (New Years Day) and were sitting on the strip of grass near the sidewalk in front of the motorhomes he apparently rents out for the day of the parade. This strip of grass appears to actually be public property; or at least, if it is owned by the gas station, they have NOT properly fenced it off NOR posted private property signs as is normally required ...especially for commercial areas if the owner has an issue with people being on his or her property. Anyways, the guy who calls himself the owner came out and started barking at us to get off my grass ...we werent bothering anybody, and the parade was already about halfway finished.. so we were forced to try to find a new space in the middle of the parade.. ; the guy didnt even come and ask nicely ..it was as if he was on some sort of power trip, and maybe falsely claiming this is his property. I dont know where he is from but he doesnt seem to know how to be nice or normal.

Hey this is a great neighborhood car wash.They do a great great job Its really not much more than the Rob washes.The reason for the five stars.Honesty.The guy vacuum my car found a couple of bucks underneath the seat. I would not have missed it in a 100 years. I love honesty. The photo shows what they did with the money.

Overpriced gas to start. Crappy car wash, and they’re in no hurry to improve it. This station must rake it in being next to PCC and near the fwy, and yet the same problems have persisted for what seems like years now. Weak vacuums, too. The fact that they even have a car wash warranted 1 more star, but they have some work to do.

Pricey gas, but the convenience mart is nice and clean. We get fountain drinks here all the time. Be aware that the gas station is open 24 hours, but the shop locks its doors at 11 PM.

The car wash here has been stripped down instead of being repaired - the brushes have all been removed. Also, the vacuums dont appear to be very well maintained either - they dont provide enough suction to be useful. Not in the slightest.

The staff is rude and management is ineffective. Car wash doesnt work. The female attendant is beyond rude blaming a problem on the customer that has nothing to do with why their car wash doesnt work. Manager is a joke. Beyond awful service.

I will never come here again. This has to be the worst car wash in Pasadena. I’ve never had bad experiences at other car washes, and why would anyone ever? But today I had a very rude encounter with the staff here regarding the car wash. On two separate visits, the car wash has not worked. The first time, I said nothing and just shrugged it off as bad luck and left. On the second visit, I went through the first time, and my car wasn’t rinsed and soap residue was left all over my car. I asked the first attendant for another try, and he graciously gave me another code to go through. After waiting in line, it still didn’t work, and the machine never started or directed me with signs despite me driving slowly over the hump. Finally, I gave up and decided to ask for a refund for the first time in my life. The second worker said he had been watching me on the video monitor (rather than coming to help) and spoke to me in a patronizing manner about how to drive my car over the hump. He did finally give me a refund and I told him that I would just wash my car by hand. (After this absurdity and total waste of time, I wasn’t going to leave with a dirty, soapy car). As I was cleaning my car with the squeegee at the pump, he got on the loudspeaker and told me that the squeegee is only for cleaning windows. At that moment, I realized I was in some third pit of car wash hell and actually flipped him off – to which he replied snarkily over the intercom, “You’re welcome, goodbye!” Yes, goodbye mr. gas station attendant! Parting is such sweet sorrow.

Decent car wash but only if your car is already pretty clean. Otherwise does not really do much.

The owner here is a REAL JERK . Two years in a row we went to the Rose Parade and like many others stood by the sidewalk as the floats went by. Halfway thru the parade last year the guy claiming to be the owner came up to my wife & I and started yelling at us to GET OFF his grass..the little strip near the sidewalk which actually may be public property. Needless to say, there were others on the grass as well, but he chose to TAKE OUT HIS ANGER at me because I was standing on a bucket, and he CLAIMED I was blocking the view of the people in their motorhomes who he rents out the parking lot to for parade viewing. This GREEDY OWNER cared nothing about the parade or the people, ONLY about the money he was making from the motorhomes. Furthermore, instead of asking nicely if we could move one way or another to appease his motorhome customers, he made it a POWER & CONTROL issue..ie confrontational. Hence, we refused to move, and told him to go get the police if he thinks we are breaking the law. So he stomped away angrily and came back with a sheriff deputy, who said he was NOT SURE if this was private property or not. The deputy (last year, 2018) handled it perfectly, saying, if you just move your bucket ahead two inches on to the sidewalk, this silly issue is resolved. I agreed because the deputy was cool about it. FAST FORWARD to 2019, same scenario, ..again the Chevron owner waited until halfway thru the parade to CONFRONT ME & my wife. It was obvious he had PRE-PLANNED it this time.. he came with another fellow & immediately GOT IN MY FACE saying GET OFF MY GRASS.. BY the way, this time there was nobody in a motorhome behind me. They were on the roof . Nobodys view was blocked. He was ANGRY from a year ago ! Once again I said, Go get the police ..so JERK #1 stomps away while JERK #2 holds up his arm trying to block my camera as I filmed the parade (Ive been doing this every year for many years) . I would move my camera and he would jump up and try to block the camera like a basketball player. It was SO IMMATURE & PETULANT. Jerk #1 returned w/ 2 deputies and I realized he had CONCOCTED A STORY as if I was disturbing people..the deputies arrived expecting to find a troublemaker . Jerk #1 had gotten them RILED UP in advance. Instead of calmly investigating whether any laws were being broken that they needed to enforce, they came by like bouncers working for the Chevron jerk. Meanwhile, I was losing valuable film time. I take great pride in filming the entire parade and have followers who are waiting to watch. I acquiesced for the time being and my wife & I moved off to a different area, but it DEFINITELY left a bad taste in our mouth & also other spectators who were on our side. So thats the story of the CHEVRON JERK OWNER. He cares about money, not about people. And he holds a grudge, making me wonder about his heritage..maybe mideastern. A little scary. Im glad he doesnt know my name or address.

Gas pump didnt work as it was supposed to. Kept shutting off even on a empty tank. Bought the $7.99 wash(The Works), went through twice still didnt clean the car. Asked for a refund, supervisor told me my car was clean with out even seeing the car. I asked him to point out my car that was just wash, pointed to a random car. My car was under all the lights, I proceed to get a white paper towel and dragged it across my car, it dirty. At this point he finally agreed that the car was dirty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE CAR WASH

Friendly staff but car wash was a total waste of money. Car looks exactly the same as before it went through. Very disappointing

WORST CARWASH YOU CAN GET. Car still completely dirty. Total waste of time (sat in line for 45 minutes) Total waste of money ($7.99) gas more expensive here than most places as well. (Spent over $60 on gas, smokes, a drink and a terrible wash) Staff has an entitled attitude. Unimpressed to say the least!

This is the most horrible Car Wash gas station in California. The car wash mashine not working is not what you think of. It is just a machine spreys water and cleaner, no nothing, your will look more dirty after the car wash. Besides, the price is not $2.92, it is $8.95. The gas prices are super high. Im 100% possitive, you will writing this too if you go this car wash gas station. Now, it is your decision. Thank you for reading it.

Went to the carwash here for the first time since its one of the touch-free locations I saw in Pasadena. Very disappointed with the quality of the wash, it didnt clean out a good deal of the light dirt especially on the back of the car. The cleaning solution they used has now given my side windows new streaks. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for and this place isnt worth it.

Never using this car wash again. I followed the instructions and it didnt wash all the soap. The soap or waxed eventually stained my paint job. Very upsetting! The machine malfunctioned on the right side of my car
