Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a remanufactured abs module that came in with stripped threads, and dirty. Looked as if it was just pulled out of a car. Installed in vehicle, and immediately says its the incorrect part. Called to try to see if they could send a different one. They stated no, and that it was our problem. Would not issue a refund. Stay clear of doing business with these guys.

My TCM worked fantastic. These guys do great work and dont charge a ridiculous amount for their product. 10/10 would recommend.

We tried 1800ECM after receiving mailers for about a year. This company has terrible customer service, do NOT honor the work they try to do and refused to help us when there was a problem. DO NOT use this company - they are awful. Honest-1 Auto Care Fort Mill, SC.

Sent a 1992 corvette ecm to them twice because of no 5 volt reference going to coil driver module received ecm back both times with same exact problem I ended up buying a used one off ebay for car and fixed it i decided to take supposedly rebuilt ecm apart and discovered all that had been done was outer shell of ecm had been painted so in my opinion they are crooks and scam artists

Nothing good to say.. save your money..Sent ECM in for repair and was told it was fixed, received replacement and nothing communicated. Sent back and they repaired it again, recieved and still no communication. Sent in for repair third time was told everything was going gone though and programed and good to go, but again relieved and installed an no communication.Ordered used EMC, installed, communicated and flashed fine.Again not worth the money at all.

Extremely happy that they were able to send me a Mercedes Ecm plug and play. Save me a lot of money.

John was excellent to work with and had great communication. Although they couldn’t fix my original pcm they were able to replace it and copy all of the data so that my tuner couldn’t tell the difference between the new and old pcm.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, 1ST THEY GIVE ME A PRICE AND I GIVE CREDIT CARD AND THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME . AND THE ECM WAS NOTHING DONE TO IT AND WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JOHN HE CALLED ME A M/F AND TOLD GO TO HILL .

DONT BUY from this company, they are nothing but scam artists. They will take your money and say they fixed a ECM but in reality dont do anything to them but paint the case and put a sticker on it. They wont honor their warranty. We took a ECM to them and supposedly they fixed it, but when we put it back in the car, the car would still not work, we put a good used ECM in the car and the car started right away and worked perfectly. Tried to get my money back from these crooks and they would not do it. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Bussines Burea and possibly contacting a lawyer.

Do not buy from this so called company. Nothing but excuses no call backs then made up stories about how they talked to me and I told them to build a unit when in truth they hadnt even called me back in 3 days. Scam artist here dont buy. Youve been warned.

5/5 for 1800 ECM!! This place has amazing customer service. I took my ecm in to diagnose an issue, they couldn’t find out exactly what was wrong with it so they gave me a rebuilt one that work with no issues.( it was under warranty) so don’t expect for them to just give them away for free lol. GREAT SHOP!

Great experience!

Took my ECM there in November 2019. A month later and many excuses they call me to pick it up and charge me for what I believe was refurbished ECM. Installed it and unit would not control MAP sensor correct. Voltage regulation to Alternator was correct but other voltages and signals were out of spec. It’s been two weeks and much frustration to get the part fixed or replaced. Wish me luck, I hope they call soon with the replacement! If it works I may bump this review to 3-4 stars depending on how they handle it.Ed

I was looking for my husbands 2001 ford f350 ecm for 3 months and then i got a hold of this company, they had it in stock. 2 days later it was deliver at my door steps. I wish i would have known about them sooner. couldve same time.

Do not recommend. Multiple bad pcm/ecm for multiple vehicles.

Someone obviously who works here keeps taking down what they dont want you to hear. They will strait take your money. Not fix your problem. Change your price and tell you they have recorded you saying otherwise. Didnt call us for 2 weeks. Last day after we basically begged them for refund . Then all of a sudden they wanted to thank the lord jesus christ to help save us money and give us the price we first were given. Poor women over there answering the phone and hiding the liars behind closed doors. We know already. Its not their fault they work for someone that isnt true to their word and gold someones parts from a customer for weeks without contact.

Not very good customer service took my computer for my car he said it was not good to fix and sold us a NEW ONE, come to find out it was an old one he lied so dont go to this place!

Terrible customer service no follow thru. Full of excuses on why the exam doesn’t work. Take multiple computers before one works that they ship out. I wouldn’t use this company again.

I’m on other unsatisfied customer not only for me but for my customer short story people do not ever deal with stupid Jon or Paul they made me spend money to send this Mercedes Benz to the dealer so the can diagnose for me because stupid Jon don’t believe anything after he sent 3 computer that they will not working at all call him back and he said that maybe something else it was the problem so I did what he want me to do I got diagnosed back from the dealer sent it to the stupid Jon he didn’t even look at it all he said is sorry the computer is out of warranty what Cain of stupid answer is that I request to speak to Jon boss I got denied they dint even give me a name or anything and I’m here stock with my customer and with $1500 dollars bill thanks to the stupid Jon.all I have to said bad service and customer service to sorry for the owner

Before they were the ones who always saved me from trouble, they were very fast and doing everything possible so that it would not cost me much to repair my computers, but lately they have been taking a long time to talk to me and tell me what happens with computers, and when buying them they have spent more Of the days that they tell me and do not speak to me, it is the third occupation with this problem, I think it is the agency they work with that does not give them quick answers, and one loses too, well to the client, why are they very kind They did not charge me for not being able to repair the computer, but if I tell them what happened to me so that they take it into account, otherwise they are always very kind and good people the secretaries always welcome you well, and they have patience for your explanations hehe
