After dealing with 2 other not-so-great dealerships over the course of 6 months in an attempt to factory order a vehicle, I ended up stepping away from both and going to Dealer Rater to find a better option. Heritage was the highest rated dealer in a 30 minute radius from me. My salesman during my time here was Jeff Webber. From my first phone call inquiry with Jeff to taking the keys to my new vehicle, he and the rest of the guys and gals at Heritage were an absolute pleasure to work with. After taking care of my order, Jeff was in constant communication with me during the unpredictable factory build process. When the time came to take delivery, he encouraged me to shop around for rates on an auto insurance policy. Being that I’d been with the same insurance company for over 5 years, I was reluctant to do so. I was satisfied with my rate and coverage, but Jeff was persistent. To my surprise, doing so via Dealer Policy saved me just under $50/month on my insurance. I was also offered a great price for my trade-in which made the deal even easier to make. My Cherokee was not running properly, loss of power, hesitant, and started showing electrical issues. I brought it to Tommy at Heritage and he made sure that my Jeep had a thorough diagnostic. They found several issues that needed immediate attention. Tommy gave me an excellent explanation of the work that needed to be completed immediately and other issues that should be addressed as soon as possible. His customer service was great. There was a minor issue with something that was broken in the interior while they worked on the vehicle. He immediately ordered the part and it was in the next day. I truly appreciate the personal attention he gave to my vehicle and service. Will always recommend Heritage in Carney.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Jeep gladiator from heritage. They are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful dealer around. I have purchased multiple cars from them and everytime they always get me the best deal and are also the most helpful with any questions I have. I have went to other large dealers in the area and the experience is never as good as it is at Heritage. I will only be going to Heritage in the future. I called this dealer in search of a vehicle that I was interested in. I spoke with Jeff who confirmed they had the vehicle at the dealership and asked if I wanted to stop by and check it out. Went to see a truck posted on their website. 2 salesmen couldnt help me. 1 said he had an appointment and the 2nd one was going to the airport. Truck was not at the location the directions took me to. Was told they could have the truck delivered in an hour. Was then told truck was being sold at the other location as I was talking to them. When I left the salesman who had the appointment was still at his desk alone. An hour later I received a call stating they could get the truck delivered if I would guarantee I would buy it. Sight unseen, I dont think so. Besides, it was being sold a couple of hours earlier. Left and will not be back

Getting too much run around. Havent had the car for a month and it has a major issue. They want me to feel like theyre different then other dealerships but they keep proving to me that they are just like most of the rest.Update: Brad Scammell has pur my mind at ease. Took my car in to get inspected and my engine fixed. They were amazing! Super quick very to the point which I appreciated. Dropping your car off and getting calls at work is frustrating but they made sure to be quick and straight forward. Amazing place!

So I purchased my vehicle in January 2021 with Michael Condon. His customer service was excellent, even picking me up in the vehicle because I was an hour away from the dealership. BUT as of now, the vehicle has had multiple misfires from bad ignition coils causing embarrassing clouds of smoke pouring from my exhasut system, the engine has overheated twice on the beltway and ive been stranded in several locations trying to start the engine. Even last night I was stranded at the grocery store for an hour after the vehicle experienced misfires. Ive replaced 2 coils and spark plugs and still have issues! I DONT BELIEVE this vehicle was expertly inspected by HERITAGE JEEP and have already notified FCA Chrysler about the matter. I am preparing to return the vehicle. This is unacceptable !!!

Its bad and never trust the price offered on the Internet or email. Also offer a completely different price when visiting. a fraud group in a word. I bought the car I am currently driving here, and the price of the car to be traded in is set at the lowest value about $14k, and there is an accident (deer accident) minus a whopping $5,000. I came here after rejecting the 2022 Honda Odyssey my wife saw, and even that Honda dealer set a trade-in value of $15,200. Anyway, Im so disappointed here (Heritage Mileone Autogroup) I wont go back again.

Avoid this service center at all costs! my vehicle came back with scratches on the hood. They agreed to take care of the scratches but when i got it back it’s still visible. Very disappointing that their quality of work is lacking and they can barely stand behind it.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited back in October 2020. The day I took it off the lot, driving home a Service Electronic Throttle and a check engine light came up. Unfortunately, Jeeps have some history for electrical issues, the warranty was up on this one, and I didnt get it certified pre-owned. Brad Scammell, the GM of this dealership, went above and beyond when I emailed him about this issue. My situation with this Jeep was an anomaly, but Heritage made it right and valued me as a customer. I recommend anybody buying used get the CPO. I still recommend Heritage to anybody in the market for a car.

After months of research on who has the best pricing without all the extra rebates I came to the conclusion that Heritage’s pricing is lower by at least $1,000 from competitors in the DMV area. My appointment was completed in a timely fashion! I was thoroughly satisfied with my service and my adviser. They havent failed me yet in the 4 years I have been coming in.

I was searching online for a used VW Atlas & the Heritage dealership in Parkville had a few options. I called and spoke to Melvin who discussed the details with me & sent me a nice video of one of the vehicles. I informed him we would be driving 2.5 hours to come look at two of their options so specifically asked if there were any problems with the car such as interior defects, dents, or things we should no about before making the trip. I was told absolutely not. I spoke to John the manage the day prior to going to see the vehicles to confirm our appointment. As we were on our way to the dealership John called and informed me that our first option had been sold the night prior. I asked him when this happened because I had spoke to him 12 hours before he said “I was off yesterday so you didn’t speak to me” even though I have a voicemail from him confirming our appointment time.Because we were already on our way we decided to still go and look at the second option. When we arrived to the dealership we were informed that Atlas was at a dealership 20 minutes away but could be brought to us. So after driving 2.5 hours for a confirmed appointment we waited another hour for it to finally arrive. When it did arrive there was no sunroof that was in the details of the online description. There were dents on the car, both rear sunshades were broken, rips in the leather, and marks all over the interior ceiling. After specifically asking if there were any problems with the car and being told no we were obviously not happy.When discussing our trade in they brought out an appraisal stating everything that actually needed to be fixed on our car with a price amount and offered us $500 when other dealerships had offered $1500-3000.After calling me daily the week leading up to the appointment, traveling a long way we were very upset and disappointed with our experience at Heritage. Overall Melvin was helpful and nice, however John took over the conversation multiple times. Ultimately, the car they shows us looked nothing like what was online and I would not recommend this dealership.

Absolutely the worst experience, they drug their feet for weeks on a vehicle we were buying until a new month turned over and the price magically increased. We were up front on being out of state and the finance manager Shandley repeatedly dropped the ball, didn’t return calls, etc. The salesman Bob Kauffman kept assuring me they would get it done, which was a lie. Now we have sold the car this one was to replace and are now back to looking. Run far away from this dealership.

This place is a scam. They all LIE, big time liar. Only if i could give this place a zero star. The manager is not nice at all. The salesperson was nice but the manager is an absolute rude personality. We were financing our car and he told us that if we cant afford to pay the mrp right now we shouldnt be buying a car and he told us that he is not able to help us with anything and we can leave. I have never spoken to someone so rude.

Heritage is great for the Car Dealership Sleaze Meme. If you have owned or leased from them you probably understand. The walk away every 15 minutes trope to check with higher ups. The hours of papers slid and jotted down upon repeatedly back and forth. If you never did CarMax or another you would think that this was normal and how it had to be done. I cannot burn my hand on this cauldron again however. This place and the seasoned Wizard with white hair that mills around in the back need to be avoided at all costs.

Charles Dickerson IV was extremely helpful. We went in just to look at a particular Jeep and ended up taking it home with us. Working with Charles was refreshing in comparison to my past car buying experiences. I would definitely go to him again for future purchases.

Great customer support from their service team, specifically service advisor Dave Phelps. Explained their diagnostic process upon arrival and ran the scan tool to collect immediate information while I was present. Ultimately after a test drive the car seemed fine upon clearing codes. Without any symptoms present they assured me to just stop in if any problem happens again. They gave some ideas how the codes may have been thrown and explained everything at the end of the appt. Exactly what you want a dealership visit to be!

This was not only our first “new” car, but our first Jeep. We bought two different used cars in the past. The first experience at a Chevy dealership was horrible. Our second experience at another Chevy dealership was not memorable.Jeffrey Webber at Heritage CDJR Parkville was amazing. We laughed, we chatted, and it was a very personable experience. Everything was done at one table (we weren’t passed along to others). He asked questions and actually LISTENED to our answers, our concerns, and our own questions. 5 out of 5 would recommend if you are look for a personal and high quality customer service experience. Unfortunately this location underperformed in almost every way. Me and my wife went there to purchase a used car for our daughter and was promised the world but they have not lived up to amy of their promises. First there was some damage on the vehicle and they said there guy would take care of it for around $500, no problem Ill pay that. It took multiple calls just to get the gentlemans number who does the repair but that doesnt matter much since he doesnt return calls anyways. Second, was told they would mail me the tags since we dont live near by but that wasnt true either and the demanded that I had to come there to get them. Third strike they sold me a car which they reset the check engine codes in and once I drove it more then 50 miles on the way home from purchasing all the codes came back. Again, said they would take care of it but the service department said its not their problem since it wasnt noticed at sale. Impossible to notice when they reset them. Overall Ive always enjoyed doing business at Mile One dealers and have had great experiences. But, after dealing with this dishonest bunch Ive decided to take my business elsewhere in the future and to make sure anyone who asks I tell them to do the same. So now over a stamp, and about $1,500 in things they shouldve taken care of instead of be deceitful and resetting the computer they have lost all my business for the future. Once I pay off the 3 personal vehicles and turn 12 business lease service vehicles I have through my business I will never come back. That is if I dont also take legal action.

I came in with low expectation as other dealerships had strayed me away from what I was really looking for. When I walked into Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Parkville I was welcomed and made sure that they knew everything I was looking for before we started. Fred Levitt was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing! He made me feel so comfortable looking for the exact car that I needed and was so thorough making sure that I understood everything he was talking about. He explained both cars to me in full detail and made sure I understood how everything worked. In 3 hours I walked out with a brand new 2017 Dodge Journey. The finance department was also extremely helpful and kind, making sure I had the best coverage for my car at the right price! I was able to get $5500 just in incentives!!! I would highly recommend coming in to purchase your vehicle!

Do not do buisness with Heritage Jeep Chrysler..Body shop !!!!A 7.5 job has taken 3 weeks and still not finished....and NO ANSWER TO WHEN IT WILL BE !!!WE CAN ALL THANK...BRIAN FADER....FOR THE TROUBLES...he apparently runs this circus.......a very Condescending man....whos on vacation and dosnt have time to be bothered by customer concerns or complaints !!!

Bought my first new car here last week. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and my entire experience. Charles Miller was the Sale Consultant I worked with and he was extremely helpful and patient with me to explain each part of process. I stopped at another Dodge dealer before coming here and Heritage was leaps and bounds better. Felt no pressure and Charles even stayed well after closing until I was finished to see me off in my new Ram 1500. Hopeful to have this truck for sometime but would definitely buy from them again.

Professional, in and out, staff is respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Waiting room is clean, bathroom r clean and has soap and Han towels and toilet paper in it,’trash is not running over and out trash can. Atmosphere is quiet, work area clean. Provides water and vending machines r alway stocked. Been dealing with Tommy for about 4’yrs, excellent customer service rep. So is everyone else that I had the pleasure of working with. Sometime same day appt which is very helpful.

They are very dishonest with you. I called on Thursday to set up an appointment on a Specific vehicle on Saturday. called around 10am to see if the vehicle was still available, I spoke to a man named Jared who was not giving me a straight answer and just told me to show up cause there were a lot of people there. I then drove an hour to this dealership, and i asked the online specialist if the vehicle was still available and 15 min before i arrived which was about 12:15pm i was told that the vehicle was still available. I then sat in the show room for about 30 min for the car salesman to come back and tell me that the car was sold earlier that morning. They wouldnt give me a good answer because they just wanted me to come to the dealership regardless of what i was wanting. would not recommend them.

This place fixes everything but what the vehicle was taken there for in the 1st place causing multiple trips and still the issue has yet to be resolved.

As always, I received wonderful service. Sarah Slokan does her best to get me an appointment as soon as possible and makes sure the shuttle service is available to get me to and from the service center. All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It is always pleasure to work with this company.

Had a issue with my Dodge Durango and when I say the service director went beyond his duty to help me. The customer service was amazing. I would recommend dealing with this dealership with all of your repairs.

I recently received an excellent deal on a new 2021 Jeep Cherokee at Heritage Jeep Parkville. They did not have the color interior I wanted in stock. So, to please me, they exchanged with another dealer to get me exactly what I wanted. They gave me a excellent deal on my trade-in too. Jeep & Heritage had employee pricing and special discounts going as well, so I got an extremely excellent price. The salesman, Michael Kydd did a great job and was one of the better salemen Ive come across. I highly recommend him and Heritage Jeep. Im glad I shopped there.
