Terrible. They double charged me for labor and diagnostics. They didnt fix the cause of my problem, only the symptoms. Told me i was wrong when i explained it to them. Sign of an amateur mechanic. Wasnt able to get their service call because i was working so they told me they were just leaving my car outside and they wouldnt be responsible for it, and laughed like it was a big joke. Paid in cash and surprise they didnt have change, which they also laughed about. These people should be shut down...read the reviews here and on yelp.

I agree with the above review. Im a mechanic but my car has a warranty so to save time and money i made the unfortunate mistake of bringing my bmw to these guys. They tried to charge me $500 for a part not covered by the warranty. Its a 70$ part and a 20 minute job (which means its usually billed for 1 hour)...so that puts their labor rate at over 400$ an hour?I always play dumb at first with mechanics to guage what kind of service they are and this is exactly why. They tried to do alot of double talk when qouting me the prices for everything, and said they were offering a 10% discount on a part or it would take an extra 2 weeks to fix (makes no sense at all).They refused to do the work covered by the warranty unless i paid out of pocket for the other uncovered work and got really disrespectful and nasty to me when i refused the service. Terrible experience dealing with these people and definitely do not recommend anyone going here.
