We needed a new windshield for our SUV.Safelite couldnt have made it any easier and convenient.

Horrible customer service. I had a scheduled appointment. The day of appointment I received call from tech in the morning we went over time of appointment 12-5. The appointment time came and went with no phone call from anyone regarding eta or they will not be able to make the scheduled appointment. I called Safelite unfortunately my called was routed to Justin in West Virginia and all he could tell me is what he can’t do. Rule #1 in customer service NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER WHAT YOU CAN’T DO! Needless to say my phone rang at 5:43pm it was the Tech who did not leave a message. I then received an email from Safelite that my appointment is now rescheduled to Saturday. I do understand things happen but the lack of communication is not acceptable. My time is valuable. All ends well I ended up getting Same day service from a Black owned small business with impeccable customer service. Price difference I SAVED $257.00!!

Originally scheduled for a repair, but my windshield was too badly damaged. My appointment was for 8 am. Repair was started promptly. I was done and out of the shop by 9:05! Windshield looks fantastic and what to do/not to do was explained clearly. Service technicians were friendly and courteous.

There is a really great group of guys working at Safelite in Parkville. They took excellent care of my car, and provided me with a new, crystal clear windshield. Not only that, but they also replaced existing stickers I had on the inside of my prior windshield in the exact spot I had them before. They adhered a new set of Velcro stickers to re-attach my e-z pass, AND they very thoughtfully vacuumed my driver and passenger seats and floor. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, and will absolutely refer any friends here - in the event that they need it.

Put rear view mirror back up after 2yrs of windshield replacement, it fell off.Different Safelite location then 1st shop but quickly done at no cost or hassle.

Unfortunately on my trip back from VA a rock cracked my windshield and I was forced to get the entire thing replaced. I made my appointment online and used the $25 off promo code and spent about $450 to replace a 2015 Toyota Camry windshield (because I decided not to go through my insurance). When I arrived there was as no one at the desk BUT right away someone came from inside of the garage to let me know someone would be right with me and they were. I got in and out in about an hour and a half and the customer service while I waited was great! The employees all had their mask on and even had me laughing while I waited. I hope I won’t have to be back again BUT if I do I’ll definitely be back to this location.

It was a little hard to find the guy at the front desk, and they lost my payment info so they had to call me to get it agIn... but with that said, this place did a great job replacing our windshield and we would absolutely use them again.

My registration and inspection stickers were not replaced in the psoper spots. And the expiration date on my inspection sticker is no longer legible. ALL issues as per NYC regulations. Not pleased.

I have used safelite in parkville for many years. They went away for awhile and thankfully they reopened in parkville a few years ago. This place super convenient. They do a great job for me everytime

Service technician did a good job putting in my window buy Safelite did not honor the discounts that were offered I was not particularly happy with my price definitely make sure they apply all discounts I set this up online did not received my $35 discount I had to pay $15 to dispose of a window that was not there so be careful and make sure they apply everything before they do the work

I needed this place after a pebble jumped up and made a little crack in the center of my windshield. I didnt want the crack to spread, so I made an appointment through Safelites website. It was super quick and easy to make the appointment, and I also ordered new windshield wipers. Finding the place was a little tricky since it was in an area I hadnt been to before, but when I did I checked in at the front desk and the guy was super nice and polite. Filling in the crack and installing the wipers took about 30-40 minutes while I waited in the waiting room. I was really pleased at the fast and polite service and I will definitely go here again if I have any future car window cracks!

My appointment date was timely. Upon arrival, everything was in order. The repair time was expedient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to my home. We were referred to a eatery, while waiting for the work to be completed. The restaurant was welcoming and friendly. And the food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. Ive had work done before, at Safelite, and I would definitely recommend their services and would go back for services if I needed them (but I pray that will not be the case).

I had an appointment today from 12-5. I got a conformation last night saying I would get an email in the morning giving me more information about my appointment. This morning, no email. At 2pm I called and they told me they were short of technicians. So I said, so you were just going to stand me up. No, we are going to try to get you in. 5pm I get a call I need to reschedule. I spent my whole afternoon waiting for nothing. I would have been annoyed if they canceled this morning, but I get, things happen, if they had let me know then AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE HAD THAT DAY TO GO INTO WORK AND GET SOMETHING DONE! Then you would think they would try to fit me in for tomorrow morning. No! They are too busy taking care of all the people who were scheduled after me. I have to wait until Friday and she couldn’t promise me that they could fit me in, in the morning, so it’s possible that I will have to waste another whole day. I’m certainly not a valued customer.The girl on the phone was nice and apologetic but it didn’t seem there was much she could do about it.

Had a chip filled with resin this morning 12/23 around 9 before leaving tech was already trying to sell us a windshield replacement before I even left the shop in which I found puzzling. And before lunch go to get into the car windshield cracked all over. Makes you wonder please choose your tech carefully

These guys are fast and good at what they do. I had an issue with a window repair that turned out not to be their fault. They took care of it no problem.

Poor work. I had my windshield replaced and it is leaking on the inside. They replaced it and it is still leaking on both sides. They dont seem to be able to install a windshield properly. This gets very time consuming.

The worst service ever. They wuote you on price then when they arrive it a different price. I called the customer services 8 times and after the 3 time I asked for a supervisor or manger and they transfer you to a different line where you stay on hold for 20+min then they disconnect you. Each time you call them they just appoligize. Then they say we will connect you directly to the shop. They never did. I been waiting for a manager to call me but they never did. Oh and beware of their scam for winshields they will tell you you need to replace both of your wipers blad and arm. Good thing I got a second quote.

The man who helped me was courteous and friendly. They said it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours to replace my windshield but they finished in 1. Any defects that may happen to the windshield are covered by a lifetime warranty as long as you keep the paperwork in your glove compartment, which is great.

Lol I used the wrong card to pay my bill. The office was busy. The manager was a little annoyed, but readjusted, and helped me refund, re-process, re-swipe my card, which took a couple phone calls (system was experiencing a backup). He even went so far as to text the other operator to make sure it was being promptly processed. --- He didnt have to do it. Or, alternatively, he could have done it with a horrible attitude. He didnt. He did it with grace and poise. I appreciate that. This review is for this performance.

What a nightmare!I had a smashed window; not broken through, but the tempered glass was cracked across the whole window. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to me on a Saturday, 8-12.On the day of the appointment, it was raining on and off. I understand that this could impact their ability to complete the work, thats not my complaint. The issue was that they said nothing until 12:30, when someone called and asked if I could drive to a Safelite store so they could do the work out of the rain. I said no- if they had called at 8, or 10, or even 11:30, I could, but now I need to move on with my day. I just sat around for four hours waiting, and now this needs to be rescheduled.This irked me, but I wasnt going to complain. I was waiting to firm up my schedule, then planned to call and reschedule. Then, that Tuesday, I got a call from Safelite saying they were on their way to my house to replace the window. What? Someone, I guess, rescheduled me and didnt tell me? For Tuesday, when I am NOT at my house, I am at my job? Like, duh, seriously?I called and complained and said to tell the tech not to come since my car is not there. I asked for a discount and they gave one and rescheduled me for the next Saturday.Saturday rolls around and the Safelite tech comes. Its the guy who didnt call until 12:30 the first time around and he seemed to want to chat about my calling corporate- which is SUPER AWKWARD AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I just let it go and figured that was the end of this obnoxious saga.Then I went to my car later and there was broken glass all over! This was a roughly six inch irregular shaped window. Like I said, it was shattered but hadnt fallen in at all due to being tempered glass. This is a window small enough that a little duct tape would have prevented any glass shards getting into my car, so why they were there in the first place is beyond me. I picked the ones I could see out (approx 10 readily visible shards) and tossed them out.Again, I thought that was the end of it. Then my fiance, who was putting groceries away, got glass in his hand off the bottom of the cloth grocery bag I was using. It is obvious where the glass came from- my car.This is so unprofessional. I refuse to believe that the tech was really that careless. I truly believe he maliciously spread glass around my car to get even for my complaint. WHAT THE EFF, right? Is he a child? Who does that???I will definitely not be using Safelite again.

Tried to get a appt scheduled the online website was no help they had my name spelled all wrong so I tried to fix it and it rescheduled my whole appt tried calling was on hold forever then finally got through and spoke to April who was no help basically states she cant see no other appts before mines to let me know of any sooner openings then wouldnt transfer me to someone else who could help me

My windshield needed to be replaced because of a chip that extended to a large crack. I found the name of Safelite through GEICO and a few friends. Booking the appointment via their website was a breeze, and when I arrived at their facility, I was met with the most excellent service from the folks therein, professional, helpful, courteous and smiling. Recommended unreservedly.

Window was broken at work by someone mowing grass. Rock shattered my rear passenger window just before it started to rain. Safelite vacuumed the glass out and crash wrapped the window until the replacement window arrived. Fantastic service.

I was spat on by one of the drivers. I contacted Safelite and never received a call back. He also blocked the road . He drives truck number 14125 in the Towson Maryland area.
