If I could give this raggedy place zero stars I would. I put my order in online paid my money over a month ago still yet to receive my refund for this alley mattress they brought to my home. I was absolutely livid. Today I went there for a refund the same driver who dropped this project mattress off at my house had the nerve to say he’s gotta wait till the manager gets back tomorrow to give me my money. I don’t think so the nerve of this ghetto rachet establishment. Please do not get anything from this location they will bring pure trash to your front door.

Store #3856...let me start by saying this lady Raquel Rochelle whatever her name is so so so Rude and nasty 🤢 it’s crazy. When she call for payment she come off so ignorant she make you wanna say some thing to her but every situation don’t need a reaction. But she better stop 🛑. I had some good experience there and doing business but she think she a manager or supervisor and I’m tired of her. She need to do her job as a store associate and stop trying play a role in a position that she not!!!!!!!

They people in this store have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, and have zero customer service. You get put on hold forever, and then when they eventually pick up, they act like they were doing you a favour.I will pay off items, then they will wait for weeks, then call you again to request for new payments.Very horrible set of human beings.

I owe $200 something on my television an the manager Artell will not work with me to regain my merchandise The manager is rude zero customer service. From the manager I will not return as a customer until they remove him from that store or fire his ass.....I been a customer there for over 5yrs but its clearly that they lost my business after him being manager.

Dave told my family that in the past with not having credit so theyre good in my book.
