Placed an order for curbside pickup. I received an email stating the order was ready for pickup. I went to pickup my order and was told it’s not ready and they don’t know what else to tell me. I then called and spoke to Mark and was told the order is there. With this knowledge, I headed back for the second time and was told again it wasn’t ready. I was then hung up on 3 times asking for a manager. I called back a 4th time and was told that the manager doesn’t want to speak with me. I don’t know what type of service they think they are offering but I will be contacting the stores manager along with corporate. Mark needs to figure out how to run his department and get people that actually look for things instead of just saying we have nothing for you. I guess the regional manager, store manager and corporate will have a conversation with Mark. Stay far away from this Walmart. I would recommend the Centennial location. It’s cleaner, doesn’t look like a dump and actually has customer service. It may be further but with the amount of time wasted at this location, you could’ve bought what you wanted and already be home relaxing.

The greeter Lavada is one of the biggest reasons I love shopping here. She is an angel! I love her!

Best stocked Wal-Mart I have been to in months. Great selection of healthy frozen microwaveable meals. Friendly checkout attendants 5hat seem to really enjoy their jobs. Even the drivers in the parking lot are patient and courteous. My favorites Wal-Mart in Colorado.

Had to be a Karen yesterday. This locations photo center is an embarrassment. My orders werent going through over and over. I had to walk around the store. Still wasnt working. WALKED Around more. Finally the photo came out (one photo!!!!) I asked for the extra copies that came out (had to submit 3 times) he refused to give me the other 2 copies. He would rather shred the photo than give it to a customer who has been greatly inconvenienced. It was nothing but a power trip. Manager was absolutely zero help. This is why I go to castle rock. The people they hire there are always a mess in parker!!!! You lost a customer over a picture. Control freak, Skylar. Definitely go to castle rock!!! Parker blows

First time I tried the pickup function and there was at least 15 cars waiting. It was 90 degrees and the 2 employees were moving faster than a frog on a hot rock. They did the proud and should get a bonus.

This place was nice and helpful. Bought a instant camera and film. Im excited to try it out. also bought some cute clothes. Hoped to try them at the next stop. Unfortunately the Walmart in Colorado Springs is rude and judgemental. I was kicked out for changing clothes in the bathroom and doing bathroom things. Go here before heading out past Colorado Springs.

Im glad they have helpful staff that can give you prices, since theres a lot of prices missing from the shelves! Other than that friendly staff, quick in and out!

Clean in most of the store, the greater is really nice and pleasant, bathrooms were disgusting and the self check out doesnt take cash at all, its a real bummer.

Parker Walmart is busy. They’ve got what you want, but don’t be in too much of a hurry to leave. If I have a choice, I prefer to go to Walmart in Elizabeth which is generally friendlier and quieter than the Parker one, worth the drive if I’m grocery shopping for the week. The Parker location has a better outdoor garden section with greater selection (and an outdoor register, which will save you 10+ minutes at checkout if you only have a few things) than Elizabeth if that’s a factor for you.

They need carts in the outdoor floral area. It is difficult to trapse thru the store w plants.

As long as self check out is open then you can fairly get out quick. However I have been using pick up and its very convenient!

Warranty is a total scam Ive had 2 Electronics break and what they dont tell you is when the cheap stuff they sell breaks they wont help an anyway to replace its a third party so now Im out the money I spent on the products as well as the warranty because it covers nothing! Thanks Walmart for nothing!

My experience was awesome here. I ran into a robot that was designed to do inventory. A highlight of my trip. The staff were kind and helpful. Every trip to Walmart is an adventure. This was no exception.

Gotta give em a 4 at this one. Lots of friendly people work here! I dont know what bearing kicro chop shortages may have on the lack of certain items we used to buy frequently.. like Ramen Noodle soups aka Maruchan and such.. but it seem if you buy the last one of anything at this store they never get it again.. oh well. Still the local go to.. suppose I can just drive to town if I need something they no longer stock.

I shop in the morning. Usually 9-9:30. The main center aisle always is filled with pallets of goods to be stocked. The employees do not like to move to the side to allow you to pass by with your cart. They are actually quite rude about it. When they use the ladders to stock upper shelves, they leave them in the aisles when not in use causing one way traffic down narrow aisles. I find most of the employees rude. The store is general looks junky and dirty. I use them as a last resort if I cant find what I want in another grocery store.

Love this place but miss the price checkers though out the store.

I try to call this store REPEATEDLY and nobody answers the phone!!I did a survey and walked into ALL the S. Denver locations, into the video dept to be exact, called their dept while standing a few feet away and not only did nobody answer their phone but when the call got rerouted back to the operator, the reason I got was they must be very busy with customers. I got a pretty good laugh as Im looking in the dept and all I see are customers wandering, either looking for help or items without help.Every single time this has happened, I literally walked across the street to Target and not only made my purchases there BUT a Target employee actually asked me if I needed help.Walmart has lost site of customer service. Shameful!Hey Walmart, how do I get an area manager position so I can fix this?

I went shopping at the Parker Saturday evening, my boyfriend was working late, he has been extra bc I haven’t of me, I have some legal and hospital bills. I love this Walmart. It’s close to our place. I can drive so it is convenient. I have to carry groceries home,I was greeted as I do. Male, and something seemed a bit off, when I got to the podium he had his hand in his pocket moving strangely. I was hoping that I was wrong. I circled around the same thing, I uso to work there. I went around the store trying to find a boss. It was hard to find even any employee. I tried to get a video or at least a pic. I got a few. No employee asked what I was doing. (There were very scarce, I took a couple more rounds, I even went to back room, managers office,, everywhere, I am not sure how appropriate for a greater or any body to walk around looking like you are playing with yourself.

Staff is nice enough, but lines 20 people long with 1 register open and only 1 set of self checkouts open? People with full carts are stuck doing self checkout with supervisors playing on their phones in self checkout... thanks Walmart

Ive had several awesome interactions with a variety of the managers and staff, and theyre helpfulness never ceases to amaze. Whether its Dani, Kendra, Jacqueline...these folks should be a model for their nationwide hiring.

Im in love with location. The Walmart on exposition that I live closest to is a sorry excuse for a store considering they seem to be out of basic items constantly. However, this location has all I need and more. I have to restrict myself because as soon as I step in the door I find something I want. Its great for gifts and the staff is very nice. Their water cooler also works which is a plus.

They Lock up everything, I mean really, a $5 usb cord? I was in a hurry and just wanted to quick buy a cord and go and there was no one in sight to quickly help me. Terrible business practice.

Card readers wont read any card i use half the time. People working registers are less than no help. I have no issues with my cards anywhere else so its not on my end. Avoid this place and the headache.

Unbelievable!!!!36 registers -16 are self checkout ...NONE of the self checkouts take cash???The only 2 registers that do take cash have 10 people minimum waiting in line. After waiting in line to pay with cash, Im told theres a coin shortage and they dont give coin change back. Their cash office staff are lazy and dont want to count paper currency I guess, because there is no coin shortage. If I could rate negative stars, this place would be double negative.

I really like this Walmart, I have always found what I needed, never had any issues with online orders or shopping there. The cashiers have always been friendly and tried their best to be efficient and fast. The guy who always says goodbye always bring a smile to my face he is the sweetest!

Getting worse and worse. Don’t have items you order. When something was ordered and paid for but not in my bags only solution is to go all the way back to pick up that one item or call an 800 number and be on terminal hold

What can you say when the store manager cant help you with a purchase I, the customer, wanted to make on their website? Simple, extend a little grace until the store manager tells you that since she didnt hear the conversation between me and the sales clerk who told me to come to the store to finish my rather expensive purchase and to schedule a date for the service on my car. Yet there I was, in the store and ready to make my purchase. And what I got was double speak and accusations. If the online ordering was known to be accurate and not misleading the sales rep would have simply encouraged me to complete the order online and hope for the best. Instead she asked me to drive to the store to finish my purchase. At this point, and to my surprise the manager suggested I come back the next day when other service desk personnel would be in the store from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and I could make my purchase then. If that made your head hurt read that last part again and imagine me standing there and listening to it. Thats when I told the manager all I heard her telling me was go somewhere else. That is precisely what I did and had my brand new winter tires installed the next day, 5 days sooner than Walmarts website was telling me. If Sam Walton ever looked at customers the way this store manager did with me there wouldnt be any WalMarts to shop at. If youve read this far Ill leave you with a Sam Walton quote...There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.

11/28/20 at least 40% of the employees wearing their masks below their noses. Shocking that management either hasnt been informed that this is tantamount to not wearing a mask, or cant be bothered to promote a safe environment for their customers and employees. Customers today were amazing. I would guess 60% had masks on below their noses or better yet, only covering their chins. Went into today because I needed more than just groceries; however, thats my last shopping trip to Walmart. Period. Pandemic or not.

Good place to shop always had good sales. But they need more cash registers open. Sometimes the lines to pay are insane.

Grocery pickup was great. Easy and fast. They missed an item but it was refunded no problem.

Its Walmart they know that they will have business. I am taking a shot in the dark, and assuming thats why they dont focus on customers service. Now I am not saying you wouldnt find good people to help you out, but some cashiers might be over worked.

Due to employee cuts, the clothing sections are a mess. The rest of the store is quite tidy, though.

Always filthy. Inside the store, bathrooms, and parking lots. I have never seen a more disgusting Walmart before! Customer service is horrendous and they always have to ask for a manager. They seem highly untrained. Today they told me they do not take food returns. Magically they could do one item but not another 30 minutes of me pressing and they magically were able to make things work. I also do pick up. Constantly they are out of my items, but when I go inside they are there for purchase. I will now drive to another location.

Walmart is always one of the coolest places for me to explore in the U.S. because you will have no idea what you can see here.People come to the market because they just want to buy things. I come to the market to explore things. Wandering around different shelves can easily cause me lost... capitalism is wrapping my head...I enjoy my experiences at Walmart. I don’t expect too much from the staff who work here. I just like looking those things that are randomly put on the shelves or not.It is a must-have life experience.Wandering in Walmart is a must-have life experience.

I went to 3 Super Walmarts before these guys had what I needed for my Dental care needs. Kudos!
