Emily was the associate that assisted me from the electronics department. When I approached the electronics counter she was working on something and when she immediately saw me she stopped what she was doing came out of the counter to greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I was in the store to purchase an electric scooter for my son and the scooter was locked to the shelf so I was looking for someone to unlock it for me. Emily said she would be able to help me and let me know she just learned how to unlock the spider wrap. Emily was so friendly and apologetic for making me wait. I assured her that it was no inconvenience and I appreciated her time. After Emily rang me out I forgot my phone on the counter and she hunted me down to return it. Emily service and care she provided to me is such a great example of what customer service is. Thank you Emily (I think she is a new hire) for your assistance and care.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. Always clean. Always can find workers. Their grocery store is better than my local king Soopers so I buy groceries here once a week. Some plant based items were expired on shelves so maybe they need to be aware of that more. But otherwise I always come here!

They have all the school supplies that you need for k-12 grade I got a lot of my thing there it also has cute clothes for baby and kids to adults. the parker location is easy to get to and there is not a lot of traffic to get there. the people are so helpful if you have a question or if you cant find something they try there best

Dont understand their TCG card policies. I understand the demand and stuff like that, but if they have LITERALLY almost a hundred Magic the Gathering packs, why am I only allowed one? I get a limit such as eight or even four, but why only one? Its not like youre low on product. When I asked about it, the worker was dismissive and pretended it wasnt a problem.

I love this target but they are always out of things so I have to go to other ones. Their boys selection sucks!

Brandon helped us out a TON! Super genuine and actually helped us out. He was in the lost and found department, but helped out more than any of the associates. If he didn’t know where something was, he still helps you find it. Thanks Brandon!

I ordered from the Target app and picked up at this store. They had all of the items I was looking for and the employee brought out my bags right when I pulled up. It was amazingly fast and easy!

Its a Target. You know Target? Its exactly like that. An affordable slice of the least common denominator where sugars and fats jump out to grab your attention and you fight hard to remember what you came in for. For not being walmart, its awesome. For being healthy for the community, its not as awful as walmart.

This store is very clean & orderly. There is always someone just an aisle or less away for questions and everyone is extremely helpful and very nice and friendly. I asked 4 diff ppl questions and everyone was eager to help. It had me thinking as I left the store that maybe I should just shop here instead of King Soopers, where I am always annoyed after going to shop. Thank you Parker Target

This store is arranged a little differently than the other Targets in the area, so its a little confusing to get around and find things, but it is a clean, newly remodeled store, and the staff is friendly and helpful.Also, dont plan on using your cell phone in the store, unless you connect to the WiFi and it stays connected. This makes it hard to use the Target app while shopping, which is a real bummer, because you cant redeem offers or pay with the app. I wish they would fix it so cell signals worked better here, like at other large box stores in the area where the cell signals work just fine.

Just spoke with a manager and was treated very poorly. Terrible customer service- I will never come back to this target.

I bought a Star Wars The Child 7.2 Animatronic Edition from Target. They had to mail it to me. The item wasnt protected, just thrown into a box. So The Child has a black scratch that I cant remove. This item is also sold out, so I cant just get another one. For $60, you would think a collectable would have been wrapped up.

Target run was fabulous and socially distanced from the check out/self check out lines. Your cashier at Target run was funny, engaging and so very happy!

Only apply for a job here if you answer white on application form. If you put down that you are Mexican they go from hiring to no longer hiring. My wife confirmed this when she recent the exact same application but changed the race to white.

Don’t bother going in until the end of October when they’re done with the CF that is their remodel.They should just close until it’s done.On a positive note, the Cottonwood King Soopers is worth the drive.Edit: I like the new setup now that it’s done. They still seem to be slow to restock, but all in all it’s a good place to shop. I go there primarily for the pharmacy, love the team there!

Love the remodel. More pricey and less of a selection than Walmart. However prefer shopping here as its not nearly as crowded and more pleasant shopping experience.

This store consistently does not have things put on the shelf in a timely manner. On 3 separate occasions, I have gone into this store to find items that online said they were available, but when I get there, that isnt the case. Its not because the item is out of stock, its because no one is putting inventory actually out on the shelves. So each time, Ive had to do an online order for in store pickup just to get them to go dig the items out of the back stockroom. Once, they just gave me the item in the shipping box that it was sent to them in, and that box had multiples of the item ($35 each btw) and I had only bought one, so the laziness really has no limit. Some of the stuff they delay is setting has been seasonal, so I cant imagine that Target would be happy that the Christmas decorations they sent this store in October, didnt go out onto the shelves until December.

I was buying a dress this evening and the employee at self checkout (name started with an H I belive) was the most helpful and nice employee Ive ever encountered anywhere. He went out of his way to make my experience awsome wich totally made my day.

Love the store, I go to many targets and I live somewhat close to this one. Great location and large selection. Store is clean organized. Everyone is very friendly like usual. Parking lot is clean as well, never issues with carts in the way and they are clean as well. Its definitely a place I can loose myself in for a few hours!!

The only reason I still shop here is because of location. I hope there is improvement after the remodel regarding items being stocked. I would go ANYWHERE ELSE if you can because this Target will likely not have all the items you need. Not even close! I love Target but I often have to go to Lone Tree or Gartrell location to get everything I need and have a better experience. Parker location just can’t seem to get it together!

I never really have any issues at this Target when I go. But early this morning I had just the sweetest cashier. Her name is Gaby, I believe. Dont know if she is sweet because she is just a sweet girl, or if it is because it is her job to be kind to customers. Either way, she did a great job. She about set my day on the right track.

I don’t know what’s happened with the remodel? It appears the “modern look” was priority over product. The layout had me all over the store. I know this is a marketing ploy but it’s useless if U don’t have stuff. TWO choices of women’s holiday dresses. FIVE things in grocery I use to get there MIA. How can u not have broccoli? AND TURN THE MUSIC DOWN.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful, been going here for 12 years and love the consistency in staff. No store can always have the same faces, but this store must treat their employees well to have the same folks for the most part. Great job everyone, very helpful during the Christmas season as well.

Best guys ever in the books and game station area. I know its the week before Christmas, so I didnt expect to actually find someone to help me. The two tall young guys not only looked up the item Ive been searching all over town to find, they told me when the next one would arrive at the store and offered to pull it from the back for me when I showed up the day it arrived! The single line for check out was so poorly managed today due to the pandemic. Back to school shopping lead to waiting in line all the way to the back of the store for nearly 30 minutes

I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced last night. I purchased curtains yesterday morning. When I got home I realized they were the wrong size. Went back to exchange them. First, did not get a welcome greeting from customer services person. Rather acted like I was wasting his time. Second was told Target had a policy that you could not exchange or return an item the same day you bought it. So there was nothing he would do for me. The next day I went to another Target and found out that was not true. Third, I was surprised by this, said okay but could I at least purchase the package of light bulbs with him. He said no that I needed to go To a regular checkout lane. They had one lane open with 10 people in line. I felt like my business was not appreciated. Not only was I wanting to keep my purchases with them but wanted to spend more money. I left and purchase curtains at another store. Customer service needs to be addressed at this location as it is a truly a bad reflection on the company.

Stopped in because I was in the area and found out they have a Starbucks and a pizza hut express! So I grabbed a soft pretzel, it was affordable and everyone that helped me was kind and helpful! Cool spot to stop in for lunch very affordable compared to other places in the area!

The new store lay out is great, easier to find things and looks much nicer and less cluttered now, associates are helpful and nice as well. Better quality clothes and shoes for reasonable prices.

Clean and friendly staff

I have never had an issue here. For the most part, they always have items in stock, but I think that is mostly because I am here during the week as opposed to weekends when its crazy busy. Associates have always been very kind and helpful when needed. I LOVE Target where you pay a little more to not have to go to Walmart ;)

Its in good location and having many options to buy. But Cellular department is worst, they simply bluff customer like any thing. Later after showing all possible proofs & proved their mistakes then simply said sorry. This is the worst place I have seen for Cellular out of all Targets as I visited many Target locations and all done an excellent services. Thats why I am giving 3 for entire store as there is no option to separate ratings.

Eh, it was an okay experience. I mean this Target has a wide selection of groceries and home goods, but my time at this location fell short in the service. The associates were nice but I feel like Target does not give the associates the right resources to be successful. For instance, I asked customer sevice to help find an item in a different size and they couldnt help besides telling me to look online. Of course Ill come back, but I hope they can improve on enriching some of the customer interactions.

Love love love! The coaches are sweet and work so well with kids of all ages! We have been coming here for roughly 3 years now and the progress and confidence that our daughter has shown is so amazing!

This location seems to be becoming increasingly worse. Ive encountered extremely rude employees more than once, but last night was the worst yet. After spending 30 or so minutes in the store, I waited in line for a very slow cashier. All the lines were full, so I didnt think it made any difference. When the woman in front of me was in the process of paying, I began to load my groceries onto the belt. This irritated the cashier, apparently, since she did not turn off the belt and my grocery items began to creep closer to her checkstand. The cashier, obviously perturbed, turned off her belt and then proceeded to grab up my groceries and shove them down the line towards me. Ive never had a cashier do this, at Target or otherwise. But I can tell you, if looks could kill, I would be dead! Ive never done this before, but I collected my grocerys, put them back in my cart, push the cart to an unoccupied lane, and left. Had I not had both my kids with me, I probably would have called a manager over and handled it a little differently. Im still in disbelief that it happened, and I advise Target in Parker to better screen their potential employers before hiring them. I understand its holiday time, and they probably had to hire a bunch of filler employees to meet the demand. But consistently throughout the year of 2018, Ive had increasingly unpleasant experiences at this location. I understand that being a cashier isnt the best job, and you probably hate life around the holiday season. But its no excuse to treat people with rudeness . Ive never treated grocery store employees as less than, and even in my moment of anger with the woman I chose not to say anything because I did not want to let my anger get the best of me. It would be nice to see an improvement in the store. For the time being, Ill be taking my business to Safeway and Walmart.

This is a very convenient place to get a lot of errands done in one stop! Has most items you can get at a grocery store and has a good selection of home goods and clothing. The biggest problem I run into is running out of stock; however, they are very friendly and convenient.

Its target..whats not to love but..i did see a woman swatching actual foundation bottles fingers in then swatch..gak..THEY ARE NOT TESTERS when I mentioned it someone from target went and grabbed the bottles off the shelf..good customer service. I always come out of target with more than I need...but who doesnt! The selection is great, they have awesome home decor, clothes, and groceries. One stop shop...love it!

We save so much money by using their Target app, using weekly coupons from their website, and through in store specials that we stopped going to Costco. Highly reccomended this location specifically for its Target Optical and Prescription centers. I could not be happier with my lenses and glasses. The employees were so endlessly helpful with my new pair and I am truly grateful.

Just recently shopped at this Target. Never going back to this location. My great shopping experiences at other target locations, has been replaced by this non-customer eccentric experience. I was in the self check out line and intending to pay for all of my items. By mistake I left one item on the bottom of the cart and as soon as the representative pointed this out. I began to ring it up, it was a garden item that definitely had fertilizer. This item when putting it at the lower end of the cart, I thought it was a courtesy for other customers who like to put their food items on the top. The representative watching the self check out line continued and said “you would not want you to get in trouble”. Astounded by this, it seems as if this was a accusation made up front to a customer. It would be better to say, it looks like you may have forgot to check out that item, can I assist you with that. The person ID read Nathan.

They keep the store clean and organized well. Shelves are usually well stocked and pricing is well done so there are less questions on what tag goes to what. My biggest complaint is the boys section for infant/toddler is kinda small.

I save so much by shopping here and using Cartwheel, weekly ad deals, manufacturer coupons, and mobile coupons and of course the red card. Get the debit card! It is worth the discount and it IS NOT A CREDIT CARD! Sarah is always so nice when we come to her with a huge cartful and a stack of coupons. I love Target!!!

We’ve nicknamed this place “USStaRget.” Shelves are barely kept stocked and some sections are completely empty. Not sure how one runs a store with no merchandise, but this target has succeeded in doing just that.

Too long to wait

I dont like this place. interactions with staff are often off-putting. and they dont require customers to wear masks like their competitors wal-mart and costco. on top of that, when you get a receipt and it says you can fill the survey within 7 days...I bought something yesterday, tried to fill in the survey today, and for some reason the receipt has expired so I cant voice my opinion. what kind of a company would deliberately shoot themselves in the foot like this? makes absolutely no sense.

Highly used facility. As such, it could use more floor/display monitoring as the merchandise is often out of place and/or in disarray. Otherwise, it provides the classically enjoyable Target experience.

I am new to the area and it was my first visit. Two of the four items I went to the store for were not stocked on the shelves. One of those (vacuum cleaner) was eventually gotten from back room stocks after I had managed to find a member of staff. At checkout I found the vacuum cleaner was significantly more expensive than at Walmart. I pointed that out and was told not to worry they do price check I just needed to go over to customer services and they would match the price. So I did. Unfortunately the person in customer service couldnt find that model of vacuum cleaner despite the fact that it is one of the biggest selling models nationally and locally which is why it was not on the shelf in Target in the first place. So I just used my 10% newcomer voucher, paid for the other things and left. When I arrived home I found that rather than being given a discount on the two items I bought I was only given a discount on one.

I find a lot of the items I shop for are not properly stocked at your store, you carry it, but it is out. I also dont care for having to shop around all your employees stocking. I also dont care for all your random displays placed in the middle of the isles making it very uncomfortable to shop.

Wanted to purchase a Fitbit as a Christmas gift. I waited 15 minutes standing next to the locked products without being acknowledged by any staff members. I then went up to the counter and asked for them to grab me one. I still had additional shopping to do and they didnt want to hand me the Fitbit because I might steal it. I was told to return with the rest of my items to check out. After collecting the rest of my items I returned to the electronics counter to check out after waiting another 5 minutes for them to check me out I was told they could not check out all of my items there and I need to go to the other line to pay for the rest of my items. Im going to Best Buy!

What do you expect when you have a Target and Walmart next to each other? More choices on staples that you need. Target has better store organization than walmart with required things generally at the front of the store (I feel) as compared to walmart. Walmart is generally a commotion and mess.

The women’s clothing department is a disaster. Worse than a thrift store. Unfortunately I will not come back here for clothing unless MAJOR improvements are made! Disappointing...this is a constant problem here. The store on Gartrell is 100x better!

This store used to be good, but now they upset me every time I come in here. Customer service is so bad now, I can’t even speak to them on the phone, they will never answer. What a pity that target obviously will not pay more than minimum wage, which is clearly needed in this town. They might as well shut down this store, because it is now useless to me.

Do not do the order online and pick up. No one is there at the pick up counter. The employees at the return/exchange counter will just ignore you and let you stand there for 10 minutes until you ask for assistance. Then when you do get assistance they are clueless to what an order pickup is.
