Sent an email to the store as well as called and left a voicemail regarding renting a mailbox. I asked for a follow up call or a return email with the sizes and availability of mailbox along with their rates. I never received a phone call or a return email. At least the other UPS stores I contacted in my area were kind enough to return my phone or email regarding their availability and rates.

I have been to the UPS store in park Ridge a few times. So, I learned something the hard way. That I feel is important for people to know.I ordered some stuff online with the option of free shipping to the UPS store. It was age restricted so, figured it was easier than playing tag with UPS. So, they called me the day my package arrived. They charge extra for package pickup. It is the stores decision not UPS. It cost me 5.00 to pick up package 1. A month in a half later I ordered more. That is when I figured out the store can change whatever price they want because the next time I picked up package 2 with the same weight, it was 7.50. It felt sketchy to charge extra to pick up in store to begin with. But, when they charge one price one day and another another day, it leaves me wondering. The staff was nice that is the only reason they got the rating they gotten. If it was not for the employees, it would be lower.

When to drop of a package for Amazon return, I came the women, I told her I wanted to get something which was my receipt, and just to make sure that everything in the package was there. Throw the package at me and told me she will refuse it and will not assist it. Gave me attitude the whole time . Dont come to this store it a very negative vibes. And after she Told me if I wanted to throw it at you I wont miss it you are Big target. Even the other employee looked shocked at how she was acting. If I can give it to -10 as a rating I would.Dear UPS HR. Please remind your employees to respect, respectful customers I feel discriminated and humiliated by other customers and employees

Totally, it was disaster experience for me and for family members. Not a trust post office. After they lost my document, they want me to provide evidence of how much the document worth it. I send money to foreign country to get that document (basically hiring a person to send the document and translated the documents). I sent the money by western union which each transaction cost $10.Th manager is asking me to provide a US bill that show how much I spent on the document with a rude attitude . She did not accept the western union transactions. The attitude started when she looked my phone number to find my complaint case. I told her two times my phone number and she said, “your number is not in our system. Are you sure you sent your documents from our location?” I said, yes ma’am. She showed her face expressions like I am making up. Probably, she was tired or she was not in a good mode. I asked her can please check one more time because I am sure that my phone number should exist in your computer because I gave my documents to this location. She showed me a bad attitude by raising her eyebrows and type very hard my phone number again by clicking the keyboard. She said, “ma’am, I checked but if you are saying, I will do it again but I can not find you unless you bring a receipt.” Than, she said, “Oh, I found you in the system.”In sum, everything is a lie by saying provide your money back in case of losing. They promised, the maximum amount is $100 will pay me on February. Today, May 10, they rejected of giving even the $100 after waiting for long time. Lie, lie, lie

Rude and disrespectful staff. My package was lost. Upon calling UPS customer service I was told to go to the UPS Store where I originally dropped the package off to get some help and advice on how to proceed. Well... instead of getting any help I was rudely yelled at by both women working at the counter. I was told that they are not UPS, have nothing to do with my package and I should just get lost. This was the worst customer service I experienced in many years. I will definitely never do business with them again.

Always greeted with a hello and smile. I have yet to have a problem with a package I have shipped from here. Packages have arrived on time, and if not, a day after. Just know they have been saved into my favorites. (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

We frequently ship from this UPS Store. They are always courteous and helpful, even when we arrive just minutes before closing. Not long ago we had several boxes of china, glass serving pieces and sterling silver that we needed packed and shipped out to Colorado. They were expertly packed, double boxed and shipped via ground. Everything arrived perfectly, without a single item being cracked, chipped or broken. I would highly recommend this UPS store for all of your shipping needs. You will not be disappointed!

We had what wound up being 14 boxes of stuff to ship--Amy came out to our car to scope it out and do some measurements, then recommended what boxes to buy, when we brought it all back the next day they were extremely efficient in getting it all scanned in quickly. Part of it was plastic totes they were going to put into brown shipping boxes, they got everything weighed and generated the labels right away so we could leave, and they took care of finishing up the boxing later.

This is one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. The service is Efficient and with a smile. I was just passing by this particular UPS which is why I stopped by and it’s a little too far for me to come to but I feel that I might just go out of my way to come here because it’s that nice.

Not sure if its a company policy, or a policy of this store individually, but they really need to amend some stuff. We cant ship airsoft guns because parts of them can be pulled off and used to make real guns as someone whos been building guns for 10 years, this is completely asinine. Its physically impossible to do this. Its more viable to build a gun using a 3D printer. Are they going to not allow the shipping of 3D printed materials?Now I have to go ship this using USPS and Ill probably lose my package, thanks a lot, fix your selves.

I would not go to this place unless there are no other ups store around .I packed my stuff and went to this place to dropoff . I found a small corner of label to be off . It would be no issue for delivery but to make it perfect I asked if ups consultant can just tape it . It would be only about 1-2 inches of tape, but I heard a big No and asked me to pay a couple of dollars.No service oriented people |No friendliness

My package got to my destination a day late, and I was pretty disappointed. I wasn’t totally distraught though, so I didn’t call and complain about it. However, without any prompting they sent out a refund check. Class act. Thanks UPS.

Ive been here twice with my arms full of letters, packages, and such. I always need help since I dont mail items frequently. I worked with a different person each time; both were excellent! Super fast, friendly, and very helpful. Best UPS location I have been to.

My job based me in Chicago about 15 days ago from Atlanta.. my UPS store of 20yrs in Atlanta was so amazing, and when I found UPS in Park Ridge which is my new home I was so happy.. My initial experience at this UPS was not good at all. Customer service was lousy & extremely rude. I vowed never to go back, however, as I am new here & my home is within walking distance from the store, today I decided to give them a second chance & return my amazon package from there. This time I literally walked out in silence & tears running down my face. They humiliated me in front of other customers They were not helpful & told me to go to the post office 😢I will never go there again & hope that this never happens to anyone else🙏I miss the sweet, special workers at my old UPS in Atlanta 😔
