Team is friendly, and the store is bright & clean. The exterior doesn’t give that impression. Wear your mask!

I was there this morning and just wanted Fedex to recognize this amazing Employee who not only took care of me, but patiently answered my all my questions while being busy. Her name is Michelle and I would like to say, thank you Michelle for the going above and beyond to take care of your customers. I will definitely be back to care of all my printing and shipping needs at this location!

Hours say they are open until 8, I got there exactly at 6:00 and an employee shut and locked the door in my face right as I was reaching for it, and didn’t even acknowledge me. Had an urgent shipment I needed to make. Please update your hours and also actually start caring about your customers. Never coming here again

Employees greeting you once you walk in the front door? Dont even dream about that. The store doesnt like human beings, anyone who walks in is not welcome. Recently, they are reinforcing the usage of a in-store Drop Off box, while they apparently dont want to talk to you, youd better scan your code, print a receipt, drop your box off in the box all by yourself then leave the store silently, they dont care if youre shipping fragile stuff that needs special attention or not, Do Not Bother Me is sketched on everyones face.

Michelle was great, needed to get a same day print job done, online said it would take 2-3 days but she was able to handle it and was great.

What a complete waste. Their office hours are listed as being open but when I got to the building nobody was there. The doors were locked and I had an important print I needed to pick up. I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. Caution to anyone who has any important documents or prince needed. Do not use this location. Im here to pick up a print, their hours say that theyre open until 6:00 p.m. Im here before noon and even their sign is flashing open yet nobody is inside.

I read the other reviews and the only upside I now I know I’m not the only person to feel ignored when I walk in here. The staff acts like they are doing you a big favor to ring you up for three dollars worth of paper copies.

Every time I go to this FedEx location I feel totally invisible. 5-8 employees + manager walking around- only one serving clients.Employees hard-dropping packages on the floor because they are too laze to turn them around and scan.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

FEDEX used to be a good carrier, but in the last few years they have become the worst! Anybody but fedex!

Not very friendly here. They act like they’re doing you a favor by using FedEx. Definitely switching all packages to go through UPS. I would’ve expected more from Park Ridge.

I needed some help getting presentations printed in a pinch and Al was very helpful and stuck to the task at hand until everything was perfect. Ive been to many FedEx Offices in the midwest. Shes the best! Thank you Al!!

The only reason I am giving one star is because Alex apologized on this crazy womans behalf. He was very kind.This woman was absolutely insane. We came into the store about 10 min before closing time to print out a couple of papers. This action would have only taken about 5 min. For the first 5 min the lady ignored us completely. When we finally figured out how to print ourselves we were done in about 3 min. The last 2 min we were just packing up and printing out a receipt.This woman began yelling at everyone in the store to get out. She then came to us and told us to leave the facility in at threatening manner. Keep in mind we still had 2 min before closing time. She basically yelled at us and sarcastically asked if we needed any help.At this point I replied back to her, and Alex came to me to apologize on her behalf. He mentioned that she may be intoxicated. We began walking out of the store and told Alex to have a good night, not the woman.She starts saying, oh yeah Im the mean one. Im not going to lose my job over this though.Thats what she thinks, but weve called corporate and you should too. This woman should not work in customer service. Look at all the other reviews, they agree. If you go here make sure to film your interactions with the crazy blonde woman, and please do catch her name.Ive never had an experience this bad before. This woman should not get away with behavior like this.

I am to believe that I live alone...and my thumb drive will cause more harm than the 1000 packages yours touch every day....STUPID.....Then my flexexpress is safer handed to me from your glove less person is safer than my thumb drive...even though your package is with millions of packages around the country.....Wicked smart, keep watching then news and you will be out of buisness soon.....

I dont what was her name. One of employees she was great. She was trying to help me but she did everything. She was talking really nice. Im glad she was in there. I was in there for shippng but print and some general thing paper glue etc you will find here✔ easy parking and great employees ✔👍

Slow, slow, slow. 15min and still waiting to just drop off a box. 2 customers in front of me and 4 staff members just not doing anything, two are working.

I used this location twice in past week and both times it was very pleasant experience. You will not find another place to be opened on Sunday early morning. Also I have to specially thank Rhonda who was assisting us on 2/22/17 around 7pm, thats what kind of employee i would want for my business, please give her a raise or special acknowledgement!

I recently called this location on short notice on a Sunday evening, in desperate need of an urgent printing job for a business meeting the following day. I spoke with Paula at 7:15pm and alerted her of the situation and it’s pressing nature, knowing that they closed in 45 minutes. Paula processed the order and printing request for me and made the documents available for pickup within 20 minutes of my call. She was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond at the end of her work day to ensure that my business needs were accounted for. Thanks for your help Paula!

I was not pleased with my experience here. I needed to scan something and their scanner was broken. However, they do have a scanner behind the desk that they can use for their customers. I did not have a flash drive with me, and they refused to email my document, saying its against policy. I fault the policy (unhelpful) and the customer service (unapologetic, unhelpful) for not going the extra mile to let me just email it to myself. And thinking about it now, I assume they actually sell flash drives there, so why didnt they sell me one and let me finish my project? Wasted time for us all.

We had a emergency job. A book for a relative in ICU at Lutheran Hospital not expected to make it. They got our email Sunday afternoon and the book was ready to be picked up that day. Good Job! and much appreciated.

I highly recommend doing business at this location. I have worked with Paula and she is a rockstar. She really understands how to manager her time, multitasking, and customer service tl perfection! If she isn’t already, she should be a manager and training all Fedex employees on how to run the business as if it was their own. Thank you for having an outstanding employee.

The absolute worst fed ex location in the US. staff is rude and the manager gets an attitude if you complain about the service. never coming here again UPS is right down the street

The site and door says open at 8am and it’s currently 8:26 and the doors are still locked. What kind of store does that?

This place have serious issues need to be fixed, they will have no internet on one time, they won’t accept credit cards one time.

Always insanely understaffed, and when you do finally wind up talking to someone they are either completely incompetent or rude. This is pretty much par for the course for FEDEX stores these days. Do yourself a favor and just go to the post office down the street, or even the UPS store if you need printing. Ive stopped using Fedex when I can - simply because of the stores these days. Worse then DMVs.

I asked to have 6 copies of a 22 page document printed in three hours. Their angry sounding response was: there are 4 jobs ahead of you. I have no idea what that means so I clarified whether I could get what I needed within three hours and was told no. I went to the UPS Store 3 blocks away and had my print job done in 20 minutes. HORRIBLE service. If you cant do the job, let me know. Dont treat me like I am a print shop ignoramus.

I sent 2 iPhones using this location, They lost my package and, After 2 weeks of claims and waist of times, they offered me $100.My shipping cost alone was $113.I understand packages get lost sometimes, but what kind of reimbursement is that, They wouldnt even cover my FEDEX Fees

Convenient location, ample parking. Occasionally there is a like but staff is helpful and friendly.

They were so rude, impatient. They interrupted me and didnt let me finish my question. After 7 min on hold they transferred me to the customer service. I understand that it was 5:30 pm when I called, but ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORKING DAY! So unprofessional!!!

Worst customer service ever, nonchalant staff who don’t care if you patronize them or not. Not willing to resolve any issues for customers, I had to call for help severally and there were 3 staff in there at the time. I ended up not getting helped. Horrible place!

I had gone to this place yesterday for printing a pdf doc from my flash drive. I have been here several times before but the experience was never as bad as yesterday. I worked my way through all the steps and final hit print but the copy would not print. Thats when I had the misfortune of meeting this rude staff at this Fedex. Not only did he have any clue about the copier, but he was insinuating and trying to blame my flash drive for the printer trouble. I later got this job done at the Skokie (Dempster road) Fedex. The staff at this Fedex guided me through a simple workaround for printing my doc. The only thing colder than the weather yesterday was the attitude of the staff at the FedEx in Park Ridge, IL. I will never visit this Fedex again. I dont mind travelling couple of extra miles to another Fedex.

The employees here are rude and loud. Avoid this place if you can.

Went in to get something printed off for a project, the woman at the counter was yelling on the phone at a woman named Stacy and dropping f-bombs and having a meltdown. I stood there for about 5 or 6 minutes, during which she didnt even acknowledge I was in the store. Not a hey Ill be right with you or anything so I left. The whole scenario would have been kind of hilarious if I didnt need something printed off for an important project.

Really bad customer service I was there twice the 1st time the manager was so rude He want me to wait hour and a 1/2 to get the service and the 2nd time I already had a printed label but they couldnt a scan it I had to wait half an hour to figure it out and I had to pay for the print out Never going back to this location
