Order 3 items for pickup. One was not Fufilled. I looked on the shelf and the item that could not be fufilled was on the shelf. I picked up and ask to have my order properly filled. The manager said I could not do it. So I canceled my order . And he said to submit again . But I then could not use the $13 in coupons that were on the original order. The manager walked away and the very nice cashier just didn’t know how to help me. I waited for 15 minutes for the manager to come back up and he never did. He was busy taking passport pictures . But that $13 and testing my patience wasn’t worth the wait.

This Walgreens is okay overall. A few times in the past, the pharmacy staff has delayed in notifying me if a prescription was ready or denied. That was a hassle. They have gotten better with that in the past year, however. I will say that I have gotten my flu shot here for several years, and that has always been an easy experience for me.In the beauty department, I love when the employee whose name I believe begins with V is working. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, she always knows the best sales and deals going on, and sometimes she even has free beauty samples to share!

The pharmacy was faster than usual, however the pharmacy manager is not a very nice person at all! Bought some cute summer flip flops while waiting in the long line at the pharmacy. They do it on purpose! Lol.

Efficient CV vaccination process having Moderna currently.

My doctor sent a refill order for my med. When I picked it up, I was charged 5 times more than what I paid for it previously. When I asked the tech, she was abrupt and short in answers. It turned out that the prescription was supposed to be transferred to my mail order pharmacy and they did not do it nor did they inform me. I had to pay for the costly refill because I will run out of med if I wait for the mail order. This shouldn’t have happened if they did what they were supposed to do. The rudeness of the staffs and the manner they handled this a manifestation of their total disregard for customers’ well- being.

Very nice girl that answered. Debbie. No paper towels in stock. Big surprise. God Bless!!!

The pharmacist here is rude. He’s lucky I didn’t pulling him over the counter with his stupid glasses! It’s okay to think your special but have some empathy and customer service. Pharmacist’s are legitimate drug dealers. Wearing scrubs makes them feel like their in the medical field.

This is still my favorite Walgreens. I have had some issues with brand medication (refilled monthly)not being stocked but generally if I call for the refill a couple of days early and speak to the staff my results are great. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and quick.

September 2017: Bought two boxes of Welch fruit snacks on sale yesterday 09/17/2017. Just opened and ate one and the s fruit snack was hard. I checked the best by date and it says 08/23/2017. Either theyre trying to sell outdated food at a discounted rate or theyre not doing their job right and checking dates and turning over their product. It was my first time here in a while and what an impression. This store could also use some updating. The building is so old and unimpressive. Who owns this store? Consider selling to someone who can actually manage?

I dont know what it is about the pharmacy but they just arent friendly. it always seems like Im bothering them. With their crazy limited hours, you would think they would be happy for the few hours they are open.

Some of the staff are ok but others, including the management, have a big stick up their ass. One of these worthies even accused me shoplifting once and made me turn out my pockets (I had a magnetic strip in my wallet I didnt know about at the time, so I was setting off alarms everywhere, but no one except these guys ever searched me).

Close to my house. Very clean. Employees are very helpful.

This the worst walgreens pharmacy ever! They dont have there s***t together. They are unfriendly, far too busy to be ringing up anything but prescriptions yet they ring up groceries when the line is forever long. The pharmacist argues with people because she cant hack it! Awful! I have never waited longer then 20 minutes for a prescription at another walgreens, osco or cvs. Now the staff behind the pharmacy are arguing with each other. What a joke!!!!! Everytime I come here there is an issue! Find another Walgreens for your prescriptions.

These ppl in the pharmacy are incredibly rude! They told me they my prescriptions would be ready in 2 hrs. I go to pick them up and only ones ready. I had to go back 3 hours later to get the other one. They give me a hard time everytime I go there and they refuse to refill my prescriptions even when my insurance and doctors call them!

Its easier to get my cholesterol medication on the black market, terrible pharmacy. They attempted to reach my Dr for approval, after 10 days I called the Dr myself and the prescriptions were filled that day.

The pharmacy hours are NOT the store hours. Call ahead and check the pharmacy hours. It is possible to arrive when the store is shown as open and the pharmacy is not.

I buy all gift cards here!

Went to get 1 hour photo service, they said 1 hour came back said another hourcan hardly wait to see what happens next
