My husband and I went Friday afternoon to look at a vehicle that we were interested in. When we arrived, we were told that it was in the shop for a small problem and when we asked what it was they said that they did not know and that it was just a light. We decided that we were going to look around because we did not want to look at a truck that was in the shop. We found one we liked and got our trade in valued. We told both the salesman and the used car manager that we would buy it because it was in our budget and we liked what they were offering us. We signed paperwork Friday night along with created a folder and wanted to take it home to drive to be certain that we wanted it. They would not let us take it home even for the night. Our bank was closed and would not be open until Monday. The salesman, Jeff, told us that he would put a sold sticker on it and put it in the back for us to get Monday after we got in contact with the bank for the final paperwork. We received a phone call around 6:00 on Saturday evening saying that the truck had been sold. All the guy on the phone could tell us was that everyone had already left for the day. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone after the way we have been done, especially them selling a truck out from under us. This is completely unprofessional and just plain wrong.

5+ hours & $150 later, this is what you get when PAYING for an interior/exterior detail. Of course, when I call no one can help me. It’s now been 24 hours and we’ve heard nothing from the manager.

My first question to Warren the salesman was, will you sell me a new mustang at MSRP? He answered yeah. I sent over all the details on my trade in and told me he had all the paperwork ready for me, only to find out it was $5,000 over MSRP.I have no problem with dealerships marking up based on demand but not marking it up partway through a deal.

Friendly and very helpful sales and finance department. Best experience at any car dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. We will definitely be back in the future when the time comes for the next vehicle.

Once they finally got the car in, they did a great job. However, I had to call three times before I actually talked to someone to get the work done. I left two messages which were never returned. The third time I got through to Merari and the work was scheduled. Also I wish they would offer the concierge service and a loaner as I was promised when I purchased the car (from a different dealership - another story). Instead I have to ask each time.

Mr. Branch made the whole process of buying our SUV a good one. Everything went smoothly and he was very knowledgeable about our car. Thank you so much!

Paris Ford was willing to help us, even though we were visiting Paris from out of state and had not made an appointment. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We are pleased with the result of the repairs.

The service manager was very nice. I did not have a good experience when I first went as I kept trying to find out what was going on with my vehicle and couldn’t get an answer. I went to the dealership and had to take my vehicle home because I needed to use it for the weekend. They had it for three days and didn’t touch it. When I called to bring it back I talked to the manager and everything got done and the communication was much better. He actually apologized for asking to keep it overnight. It was done the next day and I had it back quickly and all fixed. I appreciate the time that they took to make sure I was taken care of when I returned.

I had made an appointment at the Ford dealership in Paris, TX for an oil change and tire rotation on my F150 the day before. I arrived 5 minutes early and 25 minutes later the job was done and I was driving home! FAST!I found everyone I spoke with to be very friendly. I found the facility to be very clean, and the customer waiting area was comfortable.

Absolutely the best car buying experience ever! And I’ve bought lots of vehicles! Friendly & knowledgeable staff, clean comfortable showroom, and great inventory. Not once did I feel pressured and wasn’t even upsold on an extended warranty or anything else I didn’t specifically ask for. Extremely fair trade in allowance and upfront prices. Jeff & Chris made a great team and I’m very happy with my new truck.

I just brought my car in for a oil change .. the gentleman brought my paperwork and said everything checked out perfect .. I reviewed the paperwork and in 2 different places it said my battery failed .. I called him back he said it was fine .. proceeded to get in my car and leave .. my check engine light was on and has never been before . I pull back in and address the same gentleman and he says there is nothing he can do he has no one here to check it . I explain I don’t want to be stranded and it wasn’t on when i brought it in .. he proceeded to tell me it only has 70,000 miles and should be fine but he would take it around back and see about it but was not making me any promises … I am not a happy customer !

John Paul Davis did an excellent job at helping me obtain a car to suit our familys needs. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. Jake, in the finance department did a wonderful job at explaining the warranty and gap insurance available for our plan. We had a very good experience at the Paris Ford.

Found a truck told them I was doing outside finance, signed papers got all my information, would not let me leave in the truck thenThe same salesman sold it out from under me the next day before I could get drafting sent back. After he told me he would move it to the back and mark sold on it. Sorry group to purchase a vehicle from. I have never felt the need to right a review on sombody but this was down right wrong.

Buyer beware. This company offers online discounts plus attractive financing rates online. When you show up in person they tell you it’s either/or - you can get the discount or you can have the low rate financing, not both. They even joke about “you want it all”.

I needed to get my oil changed on my new Ford Explorer. I purchased a service package but didn’t realize I had to use it at the dealership I purchased it from. I was under the impression I could us it anywhere. Morgan and Merari were super helpful and went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. They did a wonderful job and great customer service.

All staff was very friendly, and courteous. Oil change and tire rotation took nearly 2 hours which was a downside. I left without the complimentary wash due to the actual service taking a long time. The waiting area is comfortable and open space. Pleased except for the length of time it took.

They had me waiting like 3 hours to check on a recall. Im pregnant and that was a long time to not eat. Then they put my car back together in line 20 minutes it had just been sitting up the entire 3 hours. They never called back with the part I needed for the recall.(THAT WAS ALMOST 4 MONTHS AGO TODAY) But now I have 2 recalls and they havent tried to contact me at all. And I honestly dont want to reach out to them and go through that again Im further along in my pregnancy so Im just praying that it works itself out and nothing happens to us on the road one day. And I shouldve checked the year of my battery it was bought in 2013 but it went out on me recently but other than that my salesman was a gem he gets things done

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here. I needed a new wheel, and it took them two weeks to get this taken care of. I asked them to look at the mechanical issues that the Ford Pass app informed me about, and they did not get that taken care of, even though they had my car for two weeks. I’m having to leave my car at another shop where I live in order to get it taken care of. This is a huge inconvenience and should’ve been taken care of for the amount of time they had my car. The staff was nice, but I’m very displeased with the service being incomplete.

Had the first oil change and point check done on my F250 Super Duty. They got my truck in did the work and washed it for me. The service person was helpful and answered my questions I asked. I didn’t have too make a appointment for the service.

Have been using the service center here for quite a while. They accomplished the maintenance task requested. However, twice in to days that I was told a specific service would be available and it was not. This would have been fine if we did not specifically call and ask if it would be available when we arrived.

Great Service. I showed up without an appointment for a F250 oil change at 430pm, and was out the door by 530pm.

Very pleased with the service from Dylan in purchasing our F350. He answered all my questions over the phone, had a driver pick us up from the airport, and drove us two hours to the dealership. Highly recommend him and wont hesitate to do business with them again! 🙂

(Long story made short, it took three trips to get a recall fixed) Had a recall on my 2017 Ford Flex, so I made an appointment with Paris Ford. After sitting in the waiting room for about an hour was told they didn’t have the parts. After four and half months had passed, I was notified by Paris Ford, so I made another appointment. That appointment was three weeks away. I took my car at the time and date Paris Ford wanted it, five hours later I got a call that they didn’t have the parts to fix it. The car was finally fixed on the third appointment, Paris Ford picked up and delivered my car to me.

It was a very nice experience and Jeramy was very knowledgeable and friendly helpful

Sales person Rayan excellent to work with. The finance person tries to get me to buy an extended warranty in order to get rate that I already have with somebody else. I told him that I will pay cash for a car because I don’t like what his offer.He told me that the price will increase $1000. 00 because I’m not finance with his dealership.I just get up and told him that I’m done and I’m not buying the truck.Long story short. He did what he supposed to after he saw that I was going to brake deal. Don’t like to deal with people that are trying to take advantage of the situation. I drove 4.5 hours from AustinWill not go back to same dealership

Took my car to get new tires and an oil change. Dropped car off at 11 and it wasn’t finished until 5. Was not busy when I got there but got busy after. Pretty sure my car got forgot about. When I got my car it still pulled to the right and the new tires were very dirty. Not impressed at all.

Not a particularly proactive sales organization. Sales experience almost like going back to the eighties. Refused to share information online and even reluctant to discuss on the phone. Perhaps, the old get them in sales manager’s office and close the sale on the spot routine. As I mentioned, a bit dated and not terribly effective in today’s environment.

I bought a 2014 f250 van in pristine condition in Dallas a little over a year ago. Decided to use the Paris Ford dealership exclusively to keep it maintained... I’m now on my third oil change and have met a different service manager each time.. red flag... twice I’ve had issues with tires.. today I went in for an oil and filter change and informed the service manager of a low front tire.. 2 1/2 hours later I see the van coming out of the shop.. service manager had the tech go back to find the issue with the tire... I was watching through the window as the tech put his hands on the tire .. did a quick rub around and called it good... I’ll have to say the service manager has a tough job trying to smooth out shoddy work with customers.. John Stanfield was extremely courteous and apologetic.. I still have to go somewhere to get my tire fixed.. I was just ready to leave and not demand them fix it because it would have been an entire Saturday ... I gave a great review my first experience at Paris Ford but it has gone down each time afterwards... I just don’t think young people care about the quality of work anymore .. each one I saw dragged around like they’d rather be home playing video games.. sad and frustrating

I bought a Pre owned 2016 F150 at Paris Ford with 100000 mile warranty..The Starter started going bad.. they replaced it with no hassles..Im Very pleased

I don’t believe in rating a business the highest rating because there’s always room for improvement. I looked up a vehicle online, sent email Thursday night to see if it was still available got email back the next day from Ronnie Davis. Showed up Saturday around 1:30pm unannounced ready to test drive the vehicle. Ronnie stopped doing what he was doing to help us. He definitely made car shopping a breeze and we were done in a short period of time! He is not your typical pushy salesman would recommend him for your next vehicle purchase!

I got a coupon in the mail the other day for a $29.95 oil change. Stop by Paris Ford to get it changed and when they rang up the bill it was $42 and some change. It just seems a little misleading and dishonest. Won’t be back to this Ford dealership.

The service tech was prompt in greeting us and tooking care of us. Our problem was taken care of in a swift manner.

I was traveling from Tulsa to Texarkana and my alternator failed about 5 miles north of Paris, TX. I immediately drove to the Paris Ford/Lincoln dealership to see if they could help me out. It was a long shot as it was 8:30 am on a Wednesday and I was scheduled to be in Texarkana at 11:00 for a meeting. The folks there were very sympathetic and got me in fast, repaired my truck quickly and correctly and I was only a few minutes late to my appointment. This team is a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend them to all Ford owners in the area and those that may be passing through! Great job, thanks again!

Terrible service incompetent managers

I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 10:30. I got there a few minutes early, around 10:20. The check in process was smooth, but the waiting....it took 2.5 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, and wash it with an appointment. It was a little after 1:00 when I was able to leave. I know they do things/check things other than just change the oil but that is a long time to set and wait on a service.

Communication was excellent!!! Got a very good deal on a nice pre-owned vehicle!!! If i lived closer to TX I would definitely shop here again!!! If i find something else i like at this delership i would for sure buy from them!

Dylan did a wonderful job in attending to my needs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I will look forward to future endeavors.
