We live out of state. We called Shawn about a vehicle in very high demand (TRD Pro Army Green) and he indicated that they had just received it. He held it for me with a deposit. When we drove 5 hours to the dealer, the vehicle was detailed, a temporary tag was installed, and the whole thing was wrapped up based upon our negotiated amount where all we had to do was sign. It literally took 10 minutes thanks to them having everything done. I couldnt be more pleased!

Clint McMillan sold us a Jeep at Toyota of Paris and we got a fantastic deal and the service was incredible. Everyone was extremely welcoming. I actually worked at a dealership in the metroplex at the time and drove all the way to Paris to buy a Jeep from Clint! He’s THAT good at his job. Everything was seamless. Throughout the entire visit, I never felt like I was speaking with a salesman. There is no BS. It didn’t take long, paperwork was a breeze. As soon as we were finished in finance, Clint was on point with the Jeep. It was gassed up, clean, and since it was raining, he walked us out with an umbrella. Top notch service, no doubt! I was treated better there than I have been at 5 star hotels. Make the drive and be sure to ask for Clint. My sisters have bought cars from him as well and he always treats them well. On 12/31/2016 we purchased our second car from this dealership. Walked in asked to Will. In less than 5 minutes we test drove one car, then drove a second one. Decided on the second one. Within 30 minutes we had details worked out and were ready to sign paperwork. Had to wait just a short time, as the John the finance guy was finishing with another couple. We might have spent 30 or 45 minutes with him and then we were out the door. They also had another employee to help go over all the new technology my car came with. From first walking in, to time to leave I think we only spent 3 hours. With all the cars we have bought over the years we will from now on be loyal customers. I live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, so this dealership was about 150 miles from my home. After daily searching, I found that they had the exact type of used car that I was searching for. I contacted the dealership and talked to Tony. I told him that I was very picky and coming from a very long way, so I needed him to go over the car with a good eye for detail and give me a description of any body damage. I feel that he did a very good job describing the nicks and scratches on the car, and he took pics of everything he found. Tony was able to answer each question that I had about the car. And, I asked a lot of questions! We were able to put the sale together on the phone, so there was very little to do once I arrived. The make-ready guys did a GREAT job waxing the car and made it shine like new. I made the long drive and took the car home. This car is beautiful and it drives like new. I am very happy with the car, the dealership and the salesman Tony.

Everett is always friendly, professional and fast. We’ve been taking our Camry to them for 7 years and not once have we had a bad experience. They keep our car running in tip-top shape and always make us feel comfortable while we wait, or offer to drive us home if the wait is long.

The receptionist was extremely rude, and of course the only lady that worked there. This is not the image that needs to be displayed by one of our own who is supposed to be keeping our Toyota family atmosphere alive. If I were the receptionist at Everett Toyota, I would read the Corporate Social Responsibility of 2019 and take it to heart.

I was greeted well and timely. I felt welcomed and appreciated. This was an improvement from an earlier time (several months before) that I came to handle my recall and I decided to leave instead. The Customer Service Rep of my recent visit is very kind, forward thinking and promising in talent. My ONLY critique is that something was done to my car which was not initially disclosed. I am not certain what happened (as three out of four were predetermined) but updated programming (non-mandatory) was done without my knowledge. Had I been asked or explained to what it was to be done, my experience would have been different, even excellent.

Customer service was great. For me being a first time car buyer they made it go through smooth and easy. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely recommend you to see Bailey Cole, he’ll get you a deal and have you out in no time. They’re great people to work with.

As a veteran on the 4th of July weekend I walked in with high hopes of getting a good deal based on the great reviews from google. I looked at a 2017 suburban and researched the kelly book value at around $30k if buying from a dealership and they were asking $34.5k. I drove it and everything seemed to be in really great condition. When we started to talk numbers they wouldn’t budge on their over priced value and only wanted to offer me 21k for a Vehicle worth 24k that they sold my girlfriend a year prior overpriced at 30k. They took advantage of her then and tried to do the same to me. The salesman Nick Jones didn’t even bother to ask and assumed we needed financing almost wasting a hit on our credit. When we told him we were paying for the vehicle with cash in full and he still wouldn’t budge on the price because he knew he could lie and cheat his way to sell the vehicle to someone else he could take advantage of. Horrible salesman. horrible practice. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership even to someone I hated. No one deserves to be taken advantage of like this dealership does to the great Texans of Paris, TX. Worst experience ever. 0/10 would not recommend.

Everett Toyota is the best place to not only buy a vehicle, but also to get a vehicle serviced! Fast, friendly and affordable are just a few things I can say about my experience with their service department. They have employees who go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. And they always use your name and look you in the eye when they address you.

I have asked about my driver seat on three different occasions. Each time i was told i will look into it and call you. I never got a call back. Finally on the third visit i asked again. I was told no one knew how to fix it. I was told that he would call whoever and see if they can find someone who knew how it fix it. Still have not recieved a call.

Came into town; they were really busy, but got us in at a reasonable time. The lady (I am horrible with names but I know it started with K) that was working was amazing and super nice.Over all the place had great customer service.The thing that made me take notice was not only was the personal great but my car was covered in West Texas dirt and when I picked up the car it looked shinny new. Little details like that makes me wish I lived closer.

What a great experience!!! We drive to Paris every year for Thanksgiving from Atlanta. This year the Tacoma was getting a little full so I thought about trading it in for a Tundra. I looked online first and then headed over to Toyota of Paris. The place is great. There is no pressure or people chasing you around. We took the Tundra I was interested in for a drive....came back made a deal, hit the finance office and was out of there in no time. I purchased two new Toyotas in the past 2 years in Atlanta at two different dealerships and neither come close to how things are done in Paris. At my last service everything went great. I was 30 minutes late and it only took about an hour to have it ready. Right after I left, the left rear tire was showing low pressure. I needed to take my wife to a dr.s appointment and I figured it would hold till after that. By the time I got home, it had changed to the left front tire and was down to 19 psi. I called the service department and took the car back so it could be repaired. If it was going to take too long, I was offered a car to use. Fortunately, the mechanic found the problem quickly and was able to make the repair and have me on my way with time to spare.The problem turned out to be the valve core got damaged during the pressure check. Easy fix and Im happy.

I had a great car salesman named Clint. He test drove every car I wanted and that was a few. He then also went above and beyond to help me with getting financed. Once that was done I came in and it was short and sweet to get in and out!!! Could not have asked for more. But I did cuz I needed help with bluetooth on a new phone and he said stop by. Service on my Camry was excellent. Wait time, for me, was perfect; no delay checking in, 35K service performed without delay plus a front end alignment, and I was back on the road in just over an hour. I like the no pressure approach of the service techs; they tell you whats needed, and how serious the issue is, and let you decide when to get it done. On a previous visit, the service department found a leaking CV boot. Since repairs would take most of the day, they gave me a loaner so I could take care of my business while they worked on the car. I would love to give you 5 stars; however, when a complementary car wash comes with the oil change and half the car hasn’t been touched I can only give you a three. Plus I requested that the back floorboards be vacuumed, but they weren’t, although I was promised they would be. The front staff gets a 5, but the ones taking care of car get the 3. I only hope that my oil was actually changed! I’m very disappointed.

I went in for an oil change and it took longer than it should have considering all the bays were open when we arrived. They also did not reset the service required light, so it turned on the next day when we actually hit 10k, so I had to go back. I hate backtracking almost as much as I cant stand people that cant park or vote against their best interests because of god, guns and glory.
