This was my second visit to this store for a printing need. Verline was extremely patient and helpful with my small $3 print. I was surprised that someone would carefully take the time to help me in great detail to print one page. 10/10 recommend!

The staff here are very helpful and when I had a package that had to be re-inputted, the gentleman typed it in himself rather than me going to do it on one of their kiosks. He helped me until it was done, and done correctly.Yes, they are hard to find if you dont know where it is, and its slightly difficult to get into, but thats a maps problem, not a Fed Ex Office problem. People shouldnt rate this place down because of that! Its also the way the place is laid out with the entrance winding around. Its a bit of a pain, but I find that its worth it to get good service and know that my package is going out in a timely manner. The office itself is also beautiful and clean, and they have everything that I could possibly want to ship anything. You can ship stuff yourself with their kiosks if you dont want them to do it. I recommend this shop.Edited after a visit 8/9/14 - the black woman working solo was rude and impolite to me after I said hello how are you, she said nothing and kind of stared me down. She did her job and accepted my package, and gave me the receipt, but that was it. No polite or friendly conversation. I am annoyed at her lack of customer service, and although I still think its an anomaly for the location, Im downgrading my rating by 2 stars because of her. I have to wonder if all the other people who gave this shop 1 star were served by her. I wouldnt be surprised, and I think that she doesnt belong in customer service. However, well see how it is when I go there next time.

I came in at 12:00 to get a box. Lady tells me itd be cheaper if I brought my item in and had them package it. I provided the dimensions, weight and shipping location; and she quoted the price of $43. The same price I got if I wanted to print a label myself.I come in 30min later with my item to another fellow who fills out everything, and gives me a price of double the price quote. He claimed the box size brought the price up, and declined using my recommended box size. He also complained that hed have to fill out the entire shipping label over again to change the box size.It is my fault for accepting it, as I was so fed up and stressed with him, and I just wanted to leave. This place totally bait-and-switched me.FedEx, never again.

Took several minutes before a representative assisted me despite there being multiple employees working. The gentleman (who seemed absolutely miserable with his job) goes into the back for over 5 minutes before he proceeds to tell me they dont have a box large enough for artwork I wanted to ship. Not sure why it took them almost 20 minutes to tell me they didnt have the proper box in stock. Taking my business to elsewhere after this, unbelievably bad customer service!

I have been there only 2 times and associates dont even acknowledge customers upon arrival. They are somewhat rude. When you come in there is no eye contact, and when done with previous customers they just looked at me like saying. next. Not even Hi or anything. Plus.....the main door it doesnt open automatically, if you have a big package there is not even a cart outside. Honestly I liked the other location better, but now is closed. I even tried to make conversation with the woman who helped me at the counter and she said plainly......yes the other location is closed. Wow...rude

I had the worst customer experience ever and this location from employee Camilo.I use this location frequently to transfer my art onto canvas, but my regular girl was not there. Unfortunately I got Camillo. I gave him a coupon code for a coupon I had. He told me that’s not theirs. He went to get a manager who told him to just punch it in, which he did and it worked.He then scanned in my artwork and printed it out. It had red bars going all across the piece. He cleaned the machine and tried it again. Same results.He said I should bring my piece somewhere else. I said I would and asked him what he’s going to do with the two pieces that have the red bars all across them. He said he was going to throw them in the garbage. Then I asked if I could have them being that he’s going to throw them in the garbage. He said he could do half price! I said they’re all messed up and you’re gonna throw them in the garbage. He said he would throw them in the garbage for me.I want to find out if it’s a FedEx policy to charge half-price for bad printing jobs. I have a feeling that Camilo just came up with this figure by himself.Just look at the reviews for this location! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. There are plenty of opportunities within the immediate area.

Went in with a 24 inch monitor that I needed to ship to Los Angeles and was told they didnt have a box that size for it. After he measured it the guy walked up to who I assume was the manager and they disappeared in the back for about four minutes before he came back to inform me they werent getting boxes in that size until next year.....Meanwhile Im going to UPS tomorrow and theyre taking it with no problem what so ever

One of the best I have ever seen. I had to submit some imp documents to my client near by and I live an hour and 15 mins away. I ordered printouts and binding for many pages and made lot of changes while on the phone with the Fedex Manager. He was patient enough to listen to all the changes and provided us with some important feedback. I was able to get my documents in-time and deliver the documents to my client to meet the deadline. I would highly recommend this store for any stationary printouts and mails.

There are a bunch of people working behind the counter and it still took them about 5 minutes before someone could come over to help me out. They are also not the friendliest crowd. I do not plan on coming back to this location ever. And I dont recommend anyone to come to this location if you need help. Its perfect for just drop offs I guess.

Pretty confusing getting into this building. The lady there was being quite mean to a bunch of kids running around. While I agreed that they werent being the most pleasant, I feel that the treatment wasnt in light of the fact that they were young children and only the mother was there with them.

I had to ship something, and the price came out cheper than UPS, also the people were very nice at the register, I never had any issues at this location, very clean and professional environment.

Have been there just a few times; havent had the negative experiences others noted. On one occasion had to pick up a heavy package which was also large and hard to handle. I wasnt expecting any help, but one of the workers (Afr-Am, ~60, slender build) noticed me having trouble and volunteered to help get it into my van.

Verline and Bryan werr extremely accommodating and listen to all my detailed request.

Worst Fedex ever! I will not be dropping my packages off here ever again. They did not help me whatsoever. They kept telling me that I had to call for a pickup because its a liquid bottle. Then how in the world was this able to get to my house with Fedex then? The box was never opened. I am returning it to the company in the same way I received it. I get the reply from the fedex employee that the company can do whatever they want and I have to take this home and pay for a pickup and I have to some how find a hazardous label when the package already states that its a liquid. Unbelievable. I received no help, guidance or number to contact. I was forced to take the box back after she scanned it in. Why are you even called a shipping center!? You cant have some one that is picking up these packages take it to the appropriate place for shipment? No I have to take it back home and pay for a pickup they continue to say. Never again will I come here. Avoid this place. They are rude and not helpful at all. Wasted my time and gas coming here because it was the closest place next to my job. Never again!

Their website says they open till 9 p.m. on Saturdays, I spent 10 minutes calling at 3 oclock today and theres no one to pick up the phone!

I always get help with courtesy from whoever on board.The service includes advice and guidance, and you never feel lost at the store.I am really pleased to work with this store.The only problem is the occasionally waiting lines, but I guess it comes with the territory when it is so busy business area.

They dont accept packages which is accepted by Ground Pickups. I had two packages there which some plastic wrapping and they rejected both packages without even checking. The same two packages were picked up by FedEx Ground truck next day and no questions asked. Same company but different rules applies...

The fed ex office is on 17 south in the same lot as PC Richards otherwise it is hard to find and google maps will not take you to direct location
