Good store. Feels a little shallow on its inventory. I went to buy a new computer keyboard, not much of a selection. Store seems heavy in some areas such as computer printers and paper shreaders but light in other categories.

Best customer service ive ever experienced!! Everton went above and beyond to help me with a very complicated situation. He assured me everything would be taken care of and it was. I will continue to shop at this Staples because of him!

Too few personnel on floor

I have no real complaints about this Staples. The prices are inline with other free standing office stores(not many left). The customer service is not bad, but they are not into really going the extra mile.

So you go in your lunch time to make sure 20 pages scan is sent before date and time line, and go back to office to say yes I sent it ... but not.., it was not!!! So the confirmation and the receive payment means nothing ... and you go to your account and yes you see your money returned ... but guess what who cares about $5 dollars returned if what you needed was the documents sent !!! Shame on this service ...

Ive never had a problem with the service at this store and Im there all the time. Ive actually found it to be far superior to the Staples in Hackensack that I used to frequent. The employees have always treated me courteously and been very helpful. If you need an office store in Bergen County, Id go to this one.

When I got into the store, it looks pretty nice but when I ask a emploee if theres book cover, he told me he need to check if theres book cover and he also want me to wait for him to come back. After 10 minutes I am still standing at the same spot so I went to find him. When I find him, he is just standing in front of the counter doing nothing. Then I ask someone else wheres the book cover, he showed me the way, then finally I pay for the book cover and went home. >:(

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. Whether I am there shopping, or in need of help printing things, the staff there is always fairly helpful and friendly enough.

I was very impressed with the help i received from the store manager- Juan. Just when i was at the peak of my frustration and totally fed up with staples- he came through and went out of his way to assist. Good to know, as a small business owner, that i have a go-to place for my supplies

Im a fan of Staples. They have office needs and prices are always Goodman. Staff in this location is friendly, store is always clean.

This store has some of the most unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff around. Due to its location (close to my home), I find myself in the unfortunate situation of giving them one more shot every single time I go. However, Im definitely done with this store. The staff is slow to help, two staff in particular seem quite biased when it comes to a customers skin color, and staff is not effectively able to explain certain policies of the store. The store is small, but usually well stocked. That said, it doesnt help when the staff is not supportive of the big picture of what a Staples is supposed to be. This company in general, I feel, has degraded. I will order from other stores online.

I was in the new store on Route 17 south and the manager who is of Hispanic descent was extremely rude when I asked him for help... He practically laughed in my face and dismissed my request for help with printers. However, when he saw my husband who is white (he didnt know we were together) he asked him if he needed help (FYI my husband didnt even ask him for help). It really irks me when minorities discriminate against other minorities and then wonder why they are discriminated against by non-minorities. So because of the managers deplorable actions, Staples lost a $900 sale and two customers to Office Depot!!

Clean, friendly staff. Was organized differently than other Staples Ive been to, but I didnt hate it.

Ordered online and had my items delivered to the store- got an email my item was delivered but no email to pick up. Waited on hold for 25 mins and was hung up on- drove to the store only to have them explain they dont know wher it is. Not worth the time or inconvenience - just shop on Amazon

I tried to buy laptop here but they didn’t have stock. So, I try to order but they couldn’t, because they said I have to order online. This is ridiculous. Why they need a offline store? They will be close all offline store soon I believe.

Very busy staples, customer service is on the ball, checkout is reasonable fast, and store made sized, only difficult to get in and out, Rte 7 always has traffic

As good as any Staples. But they are closed Sundays due to silly blue laws

Then I went to this store on route 17. Employees were kind, they took the job, printed it right away, perfect and god priced.Thanks a lotI needed some pages printed in transparency paper. Went to this store after going to Hackensack Store 3 times where they told me different excuses every time. Finally I had to take to hackenshack store my own paper and they tryed to charge the price of a transparency print for just printing b/w on my paper, because they said as its a transparency we have to select transparency at the register and that will be the price. I complained because I alreadt had paid a lot for the paper in the very same store. They finally said they wont do the job because they dont accept paper that could jam the printer... !!! So they sell ink/laser compliant papers that can jam MY printer???

I liked nothing about this store I went here for an upgrade on my phone. After waiting for hrs they still didnt know what the hell they were doing. They told me my voice mails would be transferred from old phone to new phone. These were voicemails from my deceased husband. These idiots lost them forever. Verizon couldnt even help. They are incompetent and instead of taking care of one customer at a time. Thesee two incompetent employees took care of 20 people at once. Between the two of them they still screwed it up. Noone I know will be visiting your store in paramus EVER!!!#

They have just about any office supply or service you may need. Slow check out though with just one guy at the front resisters.

I like going to this Staples. They are always there to answer questions, help you find what you are looking for.
