Prices are very reasonable. Very colorful and well laid out store. Lots of willing and helpful staff. Nice location at the bottom of the escalator by Macys on the lower level.

Visited today and was totally annoyed. A young lady on the floor came up to me and told me no food in the store. No signs posted and I was just holding it as I browsed. I said oh ok and left no problem that’s your policy and I respect it! I walked past the store 5 minutes later and saw 6 people in the front all holding drinks and shopping. I went back inside and as I was walking to the register she yelled directly at me again no food in the store.I ignored her from that point and asked for a manager. The manager understood my point and assured me they weren’t profiling but it was hard to think other judged on how I was treated and what I saw.If you have a policy it has to be enforced across the board you can not pick and choose who you want to apply it to! I have the money but if I had the time they would have a nice lawsuit on their hands. They are begging to give away money with the attitudes in this place.

I bought shorts here and then I tried to return them and they didnt let me solely because I didnt have the card I bought them with. Ive never heard that before

The clothes are cute but there is this one rude worker who literally screamed “lady you can’t try on stuff” and I didn’t even see any sign that said we couldn’t try on clothing so how was I supposed to know? That trash blotchy eyebrow lookin worker had straightup attitude for no reason and she was also rude to the other workers, there was no greeting to the customers, zero professionalism. Just shop online y’all.

Cotton-on has to update their indeed age qualification, I completely wasted my time today going for an interview that went no where, took time out of my schedule to be denied and made a fool out of for someone elses mistake, I am truly disappointed.

Though a small store, the collection is huge. The cloths are trendy and the prices are very reasonable. The staffs are friendly and they offer student discounts via UNiDAYS. They had stocks for every size unlike other store where regular sizes are always hard to find.

Now that they have a larger store I found so many new options and styles to wear. My new favorite clothing store.

It was a decent experience. Nothing special, it was just like a regular clothing store. The workers are very kind.

I ordered online to pick up in store, they lost my order even though they told me it has arrived, why waste someone’s time sending them an email notification about their order being ready to pick up when it’s not even ready? Smh
