I grew up going to Nordstrom at this mall and thought it was an obvious first place to start the wedding gown search. I wasnt so sure after reading some reviews but have to say that it was an amazing experience. It was comfortable, low-key, and no pressure at all. The whole appointment was enjoyable, even the email follow-up/discussion after. Lulu (Luann) was amazing and I highly recommend her!

I called the store to see if they could hold a dress for me. The person on the phone was very helpful. However, when I got there the front attendant didnt seem in the mood to help and or find someone to help me. Thank goodness someone else came to help me pick out shoes and get alterations. They could improve on their customer service. I was a bit disappointed since everyone I know said how good their customer service is.

Yikes. I stopped in here after another bridal appointment in the area. Their selection isnt great and when I asked the attendant if I could try on one dress, she rudely said that I needed an appointment, even though the suite was completely empty and there were no other customers there! I dont know why anyone would bother going here when there are so many better boutiques in NJ.

Loved my experience here, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Megan. She went above and beyond in ensuring that we created multiple looks with multiple dresses, and even took photos on my phone that I could share with my friends and family.

There’s too many options for wedding dresses, you well find many different styles and also the prices are good specially in the sale seasons

I called in about a week ago to see if they had the dresses I like and to make a reservation. The sales associate I spoke with said that a reservation was not required and to come in any time. The woman in the Wedding Suite today had a different option. She rudely stated that reservations were required and proceeded to ignore our presence. I’ve never had an experience like this at Nordstrom or any other bridal store, it was disappointing and offputting. Don’t waste your time here.

Tonight my daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Meg in the bridal department at Nordstroms Garden State Plaza. We did not have a scheduled appointment but she spent several hours with us recommending designer bridal gowns. She is an amazing sales person, who is personable, patient and knows her market well. Thanks Meg for the awesome try-on session- you are an amazing sales person! Nordstroms, you have a gem!

Ive been to five wedding dress stores, and this was by far the worst experience. First off, the stylist was 20 minutes late to my appointment. Then I was put in a regular dressing room in a different section of the store because their bridal rooms were all full. And finally, the stylist pulled a few dresses for me to start, but then kept disappearing (obviously to help someone else) and never helped me put on or take off any of the dresses. They didnt even notice me leave!Bottom line: This store clearly overbooks appointments. If you want a real dress shopping experience, go somewhere else!

How do you have such a great store, with lying unprofessional individuals working there. I noticed that this Nordstrom location reviewed a total of 60+ negative posts. Apparently the store has upset anyone attempting to purchase items and pick up. Most importantly, why are the back-linking their google searches to gear toward their Wedding Suite and not the main store? I will NEVER give this store any money every again, and will share my experience of how I was treated while attempting to resolve my issue which lead to more of a nightmare than the actual experience. Its a shame, but fortunately, we have professional stores that are high-end in, and out of the store.
