The most amazing italian quality footwear! Many styles for every taste!

Went to return a pair of shoes 2 days after purchasing them and was told no refund allowed, exchange only. I calmly explained that the sign behind the counter and my receipt said I had up to 10 days to return the item. The very rude sales woman “Lizeth” claimed they were on sale and all sale items were final. No where on the shoes, in the store or on my receipt did it indicate they were sale items. I also explained to the sales person who helped me purchase them a few days earlier that my plan was to buy them, try them on with a tux I was renting and then return them if they didn’t work. He said that would not be a problem.Go buy your shoes elsewhere... Very shady business practice!!

Great shoes, great quality. Very high-end.Wouldve purchased 3-4 pairs but unfortunately, the customer experience is beyond disappointing. Especially at this price point.Arrogance abounds...you cant receive a greeting or a smile even when asking a question about their shoes...they ignore you and I was the only customer in the store......perhaps they were having an off day.

Id give them a 0 rating if possible! The sales lady Soodie was BEYOND rude and condescending. I was told I couldnt try the shoes on if I wasnt buying them. I was ignored when I asked questions and was the only customer in the store. Buyers beware: take your business elsewhere, especially at this price-point. There are plenty of other options in Bergen County, many of them located right in Garden State Plaza.
