I saw their commercial on TV and decided to check them out. My intention was to get a washer and dryer only; but their prices and appliance selections were AMAZING to the extent that I winded up buying a stove from them as well 😃 I highly recommend Overstock Appliances to anyone looking to purchase any home appliances. I have purchased multiple times with Overstock on Rt 17 and they are THE BEST - turn-key service, better prices and selection is amazing. The big-box stores are awful - I would only buy from these guys and wish I needed to buy more appliances more often b/c they are a pleasure to work with. Went to this store because their website indicated that for Refrigerators:1) several models with the size we needed. Didnt expect them to have every model on the floor but there werent any in the size we needed.2) Checked for availability - one that was 3 shorter than we wanted and no water and ice dispenser.3) Showed good prices on their merchandise.Disappointed - with the outcome.

Great experience with Robert who set us up with new appliances for our kitchen. We went in with an idea of what we wanted to purchase. Even with many of the manufacturers with items on back order, Robert helped look through his inventory to get us 3 of the exact pieces we wanted, and a comparable refrigerator to what we wanted at a GREAT price!The day before our scheduled delivery, Robert reached out to advise us of a slight delay in the range we initially ordered, but was able to upgrade the equipment so that our delivery timeline was not affected. Their website is absolutely useless. You cant edit your cart even if you are lucky enough to find the actual cart. I dont want to have to call a place to make an online purchase. Countless other appliance stores with functional websites. Hard pass.

We came to buy a new dishwasher. Robert helped us out from the minute we entered the store in a very polite, helpful, and patient manner. The store has open box, new in box, and cosmetically flawed appliances available. For the latter group, Robert was kind enough to show us all of the areas of concern. We ended up buying an open box, perfect condition dishwasher after the reviewing online with Robert the prices of the big Box store competitors for the same models we were looking at. All in all a great experience and we will be back for a new oven and refrigerator later!

Excellent vendor, they work with you on price if there is a limit on what you can spend. Please note that there inventory is a not just what is on the floor. They have an entire separate building with inventory.

My refrigerator packed up over the Independence Day weekend. I immediately attempted an online purchase but none of the online retailers could deliver until August. On Monday morning I went to all of the brick and mortar stores. The only that had immediate supply was Appliance Overstock and were able to schedule a deliver in 2 days, well under the 5-7 day window of the large retailers. They win on price and service too. I highly recommend this retailer.

I found this place by chance as I was just driving by and stopped by just to ask for a price. As soon as I got in, a very nice sales rep approached me very kindly and that was just the beginning of a great shopping experience. They not only gave me exactly what I was looking for but also a great price, which I doubt I could have found anywhere else. In addition to that they offered free 2 years warranty, which I did not expect.
