Went to location to make payment at kiosk. I was asked for my account, than advised about promotion, asked how was I making payment? kiosk did not work, I was asked for account again to be reviewed,if i would be interested in new plan. I only want to pay for my account balance in cash and go. I was told if I leave the small part of balance( cents), I would be charged a late fee. My god!!! I only want to pay my account in cash!!! and go. why arent these kiosks working at sprint!? I dont want to be up sold every time I walk into the store. I dont want to be asked about my account to be reviewed or upsold! Thank you for customer care. but no thank you.

My boyfriend & I had purchased the iPhone 8 from a young men named victor, He helped us so much as soon as he came in . While others had us waiting until an crowd came in, an also victor explained the whole process very well I left informed & I appreciate that 👍🏾

Worst customer service dont come to this store unless you want to receive horrible customer service. I give it 0 stars the salesperson Gabriela Gomez was very unprofessional and was talking amongst her co-workers in inappropriate language. When i asked her questions about my account or the transaction she was very rude and seemed not to be knowledgeable about anything i asked. Overall the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

This store is not helpful at all. I took my phone in because the battery dies really fast and it takes up to four minutes to power up. They told me as soon as i walked in the door they were not gona be able to help me and refused to have one of the techs look at my phone. We have a business account open with Sprint with about 9 lines and not to mention im paying for the so called insurance on my phone. The last time i had to deal with this store it was also bad because i caught the technician going through my pictures on my phone. So make sure to remove your memory card unless you want them invading your privacy. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!

Sprint does not deserve any star, I only leave one star because if the system does not allow me to leave my opinion, well this is my opinion it is the worst service there is and in this store they work with a license to steal from customers, be careful because they They lie to deceive the clients and then they make them sign the contract without reading it and the contract says the opposite of their words because this is how they steal from the clients by cheating, be careful and read the contract very well before sign and do not believe everything they tell you because they lie and cheat to steal I repeat they work with a license to steal and not precisely to sell because not even their bosses knowing this do anything to solve this fraud problem, try to tell my sad experience that I had with Sprint but they did not allow me to tell my full story because according to them my story is very long, it is enough for me to tell them that they stole from me, deceiving me with lies, They made me sign a contract that said the opposite of what they had told me and what I had asked them to do. My serious mistake was having signed the contract without reading it and trusting the word of the manager of this store. Unfortunately, I realized it very late, because it seemed very strange to me that I had already paid them $ 2,400 dollars in a whole year. Supposes that for a purchase of an iPhone 7 plus and an Apple tablet that according to them they had sold me at a discount price, it was supposed to be so that this debt had been paid in less than a year, I realized when I already had I spent a whole year paying them $ 200 dollars per month for unlimited internet service, an apple tablet and an iphone 7 plus which I remember very well that clearly I told them that I wanted to buy in payments but when I called them to claim them they told me that the iphone 7 plus was not mine yet and that if I wanted to stay with him I had to pay all the debt that I owed them because according to them I had signed a contract with them that said that I had rented an iphone 7 plus read and rented or buying it in payments I was very surprised and I complained to them because I could not believe that I had signed something that I did not ask for but everything was useless they only cared about my signature in the contract they told me that in addition to everything that I had already told them paid in a whole year I still owed them $ 1200 more and that if I did not pay them then they would ruin my credit and send me to collections, I complained to the Sprint Finance Department asking them to please help me solve this problem and correct the serious mistake that they had made with me a mistake that the manager of this store had made and that I had foolishly signed without realizing what I was signing for believing in the word of this manager, but everything was useless they also only cared My signature on the contract and I had no choice but to pay them all the money that they still owed them, in addition to having very bad service when I use the internet if a quick call comes in, it is cut the internet stops working and as for my sad experience with Sprint I just need to tell you that I went a year ago to buy an iphone 7 plus plus an apple tablet with insurance and more unlimited internet service and for all this they forced me to pay them in the term of a year almost $ 4000 dollars I told them that I bought in payments an iphone 7 plus and an apple tablet and not an iphone 7 plus in lease (rented), my mistake was to trust the word of the manager of this store and sign without reading the contract well. I clearly asked them to buy in payments and they clearly told me that yes but I never imagined that they would give me to sign a contract that would say the opposite of what I had asked them for and what they had told me they were selling to me, be careful and do not believe anything that they are told read very well what they give you to sign and do not sign anything without first being very sure that what you are buying goes according to what you are signing
