Went to location to make payment at kiosk. I was asked for my account, than advised about promotion, asked how was I making payment? kiosk did not work, I was asked for account again to be reviewed,if i would be interested in new plan. I only want to pay for my account balance in cash and go. I was told if I leave the small part of balance( cents), I would be charged a late fee. My god!!! I only want to pay my account in cash!!! and go. why arent these kiosks working at sprint!? I dont want to be up sold every time I walk into the store. I dont want to be asked about my account to be reviewed or upsold! Thank you for customer care. but no thank you.

My boyfriend & I had purchased the iPhone 8 from a young men named victor, He helped us so much as soon as he came in . While others had us waiting until an crowd came in, an also victor explained the whole process very well I left informed & I appreciate that 👍🏾

Poor service, takes a long time to get called up...And then the representatives hardly have any clue of how to work things....From the times Ive been here they have given me this attitude, a kind of Im better than you Really disappointing to get this quality of service.....

Worst customer service dont come to this store unless you want to receive horrible customer service. I give it 0 stars the salesperson Gabriela Gomez was very unprofessional and was talking amongst her co-workers in inappropriate language. When i asked her questions about my account or the transaction she was very rude and seemed not to be knowledgeable about anything i asked. Overall the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

This store is not helpful at all. I took my phone in because the battery dies really fast and it takes up to four minutes to power up. They told me as soon as i walked in the door they were not gona be able to help me and refused to have one of the techs look at my phone. We have a business account open with Sprint with about 9 lines and not to mention im paying for the so called insurance on my phone. The last time i had to deal with this store it was also bad because i caught the technician going through my pictures on my phone. So make sure to remove your memory card unless you want them invading your privacy. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!

If you have a phone and you got it from Sprint and something goes Horribly wrong, come to the phone fixer! They will HOOK U UP and get you on your way!

I have called this store twice. A young lady answered like if its her personal cell.....yeah? She was rude, had no knowledge of their services and was overall unpleasant...this seems to be a trend at Sprint stores.

Very poor customer service and they given all the wrong information offer free covers and then charge you for it later they tell you your payment is one amount and when the bill Is due whole diferent thing worst customer services bad representatives

My serious mistake was having signed the contract without reading it and trusting the word of the manager of this store. Unfortunately, I realized it very late, because it seemed very strange to me that I had already paid them $ 2,400 dollars in a whole year.
