From start to finish, Shadow Lake Collision Center was awesome to work with. Walked in and was able to get an estimate almost immediately and the ladies up at the front were always super nice and helpful any time I had to come in. My estimator John helped me communicate with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs and made the whole process easier for me to navigate. Repairs were done super quick and when I came to pick up my car John personally came out and walked around the vehicle with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. My car looked better than when I bought it!!! Not only did they fix what I initially came for but took the time to touch up some paint spots and clean up some smaller imperfections that I hadnt taken the time to fix. Also a bonus was that my car was spotless inside and out and they left me the little paint bottle for touch ups! Shadow lake Collision did a superb job on my 2016 Silverado. Aligning the bumper is perfect. All trim is better than factory. I appreciated that no chances were taken with the new hitch installed. They are AWESOME.

Took 2019 Ford Fiesta to Shadowlake collision for an estimate to repair damage on rear passenger side door. After a car accident Shadow Lake exceeded my expectations in how they treated me and finished my car. Not only were they completed with the repairs a week early, but they got all the parts from Subaru instead of using generic parts. I got my car back completely cleaned on the inside which was great and not expected at all! They also touched up a door dent that I had prior and they gave us the extra touch up paint. They continued to update us via email on the status of the updates and called often. I was blown away at their customer service and how well they treated my vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

I had to get my car repaired after someone rear-ended me. Shadow Lake Collision Center made it such an easy experience for me. They sorted out all of the details with my insurance, helped out with a rental company, and maintained communication while they fixed my car. When I got my car back, it was perfectly fixed—like new! They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car and made it smell really nice. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the customer service.

Just went to get an estimated and was impressed with the cleanliness of the reception and waiting area. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and the individual inspected the damaged area of my vehicle was very knowledgeable.

Frequent email updates, friendly service, and seamless repairs. They filled my tires (which I had planned to do myself), detailed my car and gave me a small bottle of touch up paint. Its the little things.

I am embarrassed to say that this isn’t the first time I have used Shadow Lake Collision’s services, however it is a testament to the quality of service they provide that I choose them for my repair work every time. My car looks like new again and I was treated with great courtesy. They clearly appreciates my business and take their customer service seriously. I want to note that I use my car for work and down time without a car can be detrimental. My mother’s car was damaged in a church parking lot. The insurance company wanted to total the car as it’s a 1998 BMW. When Jason & his team saw how pristine the car was (thanks to my dad who died 6 months ago), they pulled out all the stops to restore the car to its original condition. The car was repaired for less than the original estimate. My mother is ecstatic! The car looks just like the day my parents bought it with 500 miles on it. This is the absolute greatest place I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with for body work/after accident fixes. Honestly, the reason I was compelled to write a review of this location was because of how I received my car back. It was COMPLETELY DETAILED. I drive on dirt roads daily and my two kids did a number on my backseat during thier baseball and softball seasons. But now I cant believe how clean and beautiful it looks. It totally made my day. On top of that the building is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the repairs to my car were impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Our daughter did not realize that a sidewalk does not just move out into the street! After contacting USAA, we were advised to bring her car to the Shadow Lake Collision Center. Their customer service has been exceptional. Before taking it in for a repair, they were kind enough to duck tape the bummer to stop more damage. I took my car to Shadow Lake Collision Center this afternoon and then exceeded my expectations. The shop was clean, had a nice waiting room, friendly staff. I had two issues with my car. First, someone had run into the front bumper. Second, someone shot a BB at it and the spot was rusting. The estimator was able to buff the bumper and get the scrap off (I guess the other car just left some of their car on mine instead of actually scraping), and he sanded and touched up the paint on my BB dent. I got an estimate to fix the BB hole but my main concern was rust which he took care of. They did it all free of charge.I hope I will never have to see a collision center again :) but if I do, I will go there first as well as recommend my friend. It is hard to find this kind of excellent customer service anywhere these days!

I can only strongly caution you before you do business with the collision center. Their customer service is terrible. I was in an accident and my driver side rear was damaged. It needed to be completely replaced which they did but now it is rusting out terribly. No other wheel well on the car is rusted but they will not fix their terrible job that they did. When asked if they will fix it they told us that they will only fix it once. So they might be nice when you walk in but if you have a problem ...good luck!I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!Update: The owner called me. The conversation that I heard was that he runs a reputable business and that it was not his problem that the panel that was to be replaced is the only one that has rust. That I should take it up with my insurance agency State Farm. Which I will do. And yes the repair was 5 years ago and yes it had rust before...however the pre-existing rusted panel should have been replaced so the rust would have been gone.Again, this is my opinion and my experience only - see the owners comments if you want to see their side...including them doing favors.

I had such a great experience with shadow lake collision center. They were able to get my car in to be fixed in about 4 days. And i had it there only 4. They went above and beyond going as far as to fix my door panel which was unrelated to the accident because it was simple and quick enough. When i got my car back it was completely cleaned out and vacuumed up. (I dropped it off in not so great condition). I will forever come back when needed!! These guys rock !

I chose to use Shadow Lake Collision after my usual body shop had a 2-3 month wait to get into. I called this place and they set an appointment about 2 weeks out and offered to set up a rental. Their email update system was nice to have along the way of knowing where the car is at in the process. Upon completion of the vehicle once it got home we started checking it out and realized either from the accident or upon re assembly of the front end the grill was cracked I reached out to Jason after hours and he emailed me back at 815 am the following morning. He apologized for it being missed and ordered the part and had it fixed in just a couple days. My wife loved getting her 2 month old car back completely detailed in and out and it looked great. This facility did a great job from start to finish and would definitely recommend. Great job Jason and staff!

Everything was fantastic. Called in the AM a day post accident and was told I could get an estimate that second, no wait. Upon arrival I was greated and within minutes Jason was out examining my vehicle. Within 25 minutes I had my entire estimate; form and summary of work required explained directly to me, soonest appointment possible scheduled, information sent to insurance, and exact amount due once repair was complete. All in under a half hour. -- Dropped off on day of repair and chose SMS update. I was always up to date with percentiles to explain where my car was at in the repair process. My estimate repair time was 5 days, I was supposed to drop car of Monday morning and have it by the end of Friday. Work came into play and I couldnt drop off until Monday 5:00pm, my new completion date had moved to next Monday 5:00pm. On Friday, I called to pay my deductible with a fabulous message, your car should actually be done today! Yes, that day, an entire 3 days early. Dropped off late, completed early. In this short amount of time, they made it appear as though an accident never occurred, flawless paint color flush, perfectly structured body work, and strong quality worksmanship. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Shadow Lake Collision. Top notch business. They made my first car accident repair experience almost enjoyable! Keep doing what your doing
