I took in a 2013 Toyota Avalon that had rips in the drivers seat. I took it in at 8am appointment and it was ready for me at 1:30pm. They did an outstanding job and I am extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend them for seat repair work.

I’ve gone to Dr Vinyl twice over the years and have always found them to be fast, priced right and they do quality work. Had a seat repaired awhile back and a cracked bumper patched up just this week. They did a great job and everyone I encountered there was nice - even the cats! :)

Hours are not very convenient, horrible customer service, had issues with a paint job, had to come back to have it repainted originally was quoted one price, called me at the time of service and said it it would be an additional $200.00. Overall experience wasnt the best nor the best customer focus experience. Id recommend going to another business.One year follow up - original paint job peeling and they dont offer a guarantee on the quality of the work they perform. Horrible experience.

First Rate Leather Repair! I took my five month old 2016 Lexus GS 350 to Dr. Vinyl to fix two 2 snags on the lower left hand side of my leather steering wheel. I dropped the car off and about 2 hours later it was done. The leather was repaired and it looks brand new. Great color match. The price for the work was very reasonable. After my vehicle was completed, I examined the spots that were repainted and noticed that I could see black specs from the areas that were done. These specs couldnt be removed and I was about to just leave without mentioning it because of how small they were. However, an older gentleman, who I assume works here, confronted me and basically said Im being nitpicky and was quite rude before he just turned his back to me and walked off. He even tried blaming the issue on me before walking off with an attitude. I could have gotten upset from that alone, paint issue aside, but I remained calm and didnt say anything. Then the painter comes out, looks at the issue, and basically tells me that I get what I paid for. The funny thing is that I wasnt even going to complain nor write a review at all. I never even asked to speak with anyone. People just get on the defensive and can be very nasty. If this place works on customer service then I believe it would be a good business but this place has some work to do.

Great service

This has been a disgraceful experience over the last five weeks. I deeply regret I ever heard the name Dr. Vinyl. I took a 1999 C5 corvette in to have the seats reupholstered and new foam put in. The tech wanted to increase his price the next day (I said no); broke a part of my seat (and wouldnt admit he broke it--however he didnt charge me); ended up breaking the electronic controls on the drivers side, which took them FOUR WEEKS to replace (I could have ordered it off Amazon in two days); and finally they broke the reclining handle on the passenger side on the last day, and wouldnt admit it. Doug Hancock is the grouchiest, sleaziest crook I have ever met. When I left, he didnt even have the decency to put my handle back on even for sheer looks--he left it lying on the floor! I paid in full, but my seats are still not usable due to their incompetence. Shame on them!

Had a seat repair done and some body work. Body work was ok - had some paint bubbles but had a terrible experience with the seat repair.

Needed to replace 4 panels of the leather drivers seat of 97 Jeep Cherokee. Before coming, I asked if the job could be done in one day since Im an hour and a half away. Dropped the seat off at 8:15, finished at 12:05.
