I went in and got ice cream, which was OK, I was enjoying it until I found not one, but three blonde hairs in it. All of which were in a single scoop? I understand that hair falls sometimes, everyone’s hair sheds but it’s the fact that no one uses a hairnet or tries to prevent, in any way, hair from getting into the food. A baseball cap isn’t going to provide much protection, especially when your hair isn’t even pulled up into a bun/ponytail.

The ice cream was good but I got cheaped out there was no ice cream in the cone and the cone itself was stale very disappointed I have such high expectations I just wanted some ice cream. And the store location is not the best the area is nice but the Dublin and ice cream smells do not mix very well.

You need to change your hours online, says open till 10 so drove here for no reason! Doors say yall close at 9 and not a soul here

Of my last ten or so visits, they had waffle cones twice. Employee states they didnt get around to it every time. Doesnt seem like it would take a huge amount of time considering the waffle iron is always on and there was even a can of waffle cone batter nearby today. Oh well.

I thought I could upload a photo in my review but I will just add it to the other photos above. The cashier man was very nice and adequate the staff was really helpful. Now the sand which I got was amazing but, the hash browns were very burnt and really hard. My coffee was good. Just hopefully next time the hash browns are cooked correctly.

Horrible communication and customer service

Over the past few months my family was disappointed numerous times at this location. After visiting today I must say I have total confidence that Kelly (new store manager) has everything under control and will turn this place around very soon! New and exciting things to come so don’t miss out just because you were disappointed in the past... Give Kelly and her team one more shot. You will not regret it !

Wish there was a no star rating!👎👎👎😖Needs a real manager who can stock bananas/ mango flavor thawed. Been four times missing one or both. Only gotten 3 smoothies in 7 visits. Guess you really dont need my $9.00. Staff are excellent. 👋 👋 B-)

Ice Cream & Donuts! This Baskin Robbins is newly built and opened. Great selection of items available to eat in or in take home containers. This store shares space with Dunkin Donuts. There are 2 different counters for each shop. There is one common eating area. There is something for all, sweet or savory, hot or cold. The space is well organized and while I was there, there were no lines, just a steady stream of customers. This location is between the Panama City Mall and Lowes Home Improvement.

The ice cream and donuts were great.This is not a health food place.Its a new place and clean but not enough staff. Some folks were hanging out in ac with wifi.

Service was nice. They were friendly. However they do not know what they’re selling. I ordered a specific sundae and it was not made even close to what the picture looked like. Very disappointing. Then when asked why they were making it differently they said it’s just how they make it....

I am not sure why you can never have chocolate or vanilla ice cream? I mean that is the basics! It is very disappointing that management is unable to properly order the correct inventory or experiencing employees not wanting to get it from the freezer. I hope management will do something about this.

WOW! Wont be back here again. Walked in and I understand all about being short staffed but I wasnt even greeted. One the two attendants totally ignored that I was trying to get her attention, she kept talking personal stuff to her friend then her cell phone was ringing loud enough for everyone to hear and she walked past me, no hello someone will be right with, nothing,as if I wasnt there. She went straight to her phone answers it and walks to the back to talk when theres more than one customer waiting. I was going to get a waffle cone but I took one look at the waffle station and very dirty machine and quickly changed my mind. The entire ice cream station is in need of good ole fashion scrub down. Even the coolers inside were crusted over with ice build up. They only had a few ice cream flavors and some of those but buckets had ice build up as well. I used to love Baskin Robbins when actually had 31 flavors... Now I dont mind paying a little extra at Cold Stone.😐

It was great! They only had two young girls working it was super busy and they worked that store. My hat goes off to those to ladys. Speedy service!

The girl that took my order Kelly I think, was so polite and professional, yet so sweet, she made the worst day ever into a great day she is a jewel, the service, food and ice cream was excellent also,

A huge thank you to Amber, Ayana, and Jessica. Most Baskin Robbins dont make or have the clown cones anymore, but the mixture of icing and icecream is my favorite. Those ladies worked together to make me a clown scoop. I cant thank them enough. One happy customer!

Bathroom was dirty. Ice cream was good. Took 20 minutes to get the waffle bowl.

They had no waffle cones or smoothie flavors.

Ive visited this place many times and in those times I visited they NEVER had chocolate.

Like many others i believed the Google outage saying they were open till 10. Luckily my family and i arrived before 9pm (their actual closing time) but thats not the reason for the low review. The counter worker was very rude when asking for a waffle cone and instead of informing us in a friendly way that they are no longer making waffle cones this close to closing time she was very sassy about it. Then when making other ice cream the girl starts slamming and throwing things.

On vacation and decided on ice cream. Google says they’re open until 10 and we showed up at 8:50. No greeting other than to tell me they’re closed. Beyond rude. We just wanted ice cream to go!

Always seems to be out of waffle cones. Had to redo my two scoops of ice cream because they were ridiculously small. The two staff people seemed overwhelmed by 6 customers. Not going back.

The online says 10 pm for closing but when we went at 9:15 the lady told us they had already closed. Never been inside so I’m just judging by the hours. Needs to fixed.
