The fastest service in town. Pharmacy team is very polite and friendly, specially the younger guy. Got my prescriptions ready in 15 min. Also called my doctors office to get approval on one of my meds even though they were busy with covid tests and pickups. Definitely sticking with these people.

Ok first off I’m sick so I don’t feel like writing a review or going to get a Covid test that I scheduled at this location. So I drag my sick self away from home with plenty of time to get to the store at the appointed time. On the way there’s a terrible accident and the highway is shut down and I’m stuck in traffic for a while. So I try to call to let them know I’m going to be late. 25 minutes on hold no answer. I hang up and call back and use the option to speak the the front counter. Another 20 minutes and someone finally answers, transfers me to the pharmacy and hangs up on me. So I’m not letting these incompetent people stick anything up my nose. If you can’t answer a phone you shouldn’t be doing tests. So I’m going someplace else. Worst CVS ever!

Staff is so polite and friendly. Specially D. Patel and the pharmacist are always fast filling the meds. Other places takes 2 days to fill prescriptions, but this pharmacy took 15 mins to fill my meds.Also the front store staff is also help and friendly. Always have what I am looking for.

Had to wait 24 hours for them to run my insurance and pick up essential cancer medication. 600 prescriptions behind. Staff allows long lines to form. Cant call. Waited online 3hours then disconnected. Had to call State Board to get meds. After last prescription is filled will not be returning. I wouldnt recommend this CVS to anyone.

Obviously some fake reviews. Who really gets the names of three specific employees to say attaboy! Especially at this CVS. At 5 til closing time they had the drive thru buttoned up & refused to answer. They literally ran the woman in front of me off. When I went in they had all the cages shut & only helped me because I waved my phone with a text listing their hours. To top it off, when I asked for their store number to complain, they lied to me and gave me the wrong one. If they are this dishonest & un-conscientious about their jobs the. I would check my charges & count my pills if I were you. Im going home to do that now.

This CVS location is currently making you turn off your car engine while sitting in their drive-through pharmacy. Seems super smart when we are in the middle of summer in Florida. I can’t believe you would ask healthy people let alone the elderly or those of us going to get covid tested to sit in 90 degree weather with our cars turned off. I was there to get tested and already had a fever and was still asked to turn my engine off. If you can’t hear us then you need to get your intercom system fixed. No other drive thru pharmacy in town makes you do this. Insane! Way to put your customers first.

They have the worst service in the whole universe, they have a automated machine that tells you to come and when you come to the store a rude assistant comes and tells me “we don’t have any medicine” while the machine is telling me otherwise. Mind you this is our 4th attempt never coming back to this cvs

Bruised my foot.I was in pain.Slight open wound.Sought first aid solution.Walked in on a noticeable limp.Asked where was the Hydrogen Peroxide.Staff member said isle 9.Isle 9 sign read “External Pain, First Aid”I reckoned I was in the right place.Nice to see that Hydrogen Peroxide is still packaged in the brown bottle.Read the label and discovered it is also a Oral Debriding Agent.That’s a plus, and it was priced fairly.Left satisfied.

After years of having issues with this CVS I decided to check out the reviews. To my surprise this Ken has been at it for years. We switched to this CVS after we moved due to the storm. He has consistently been rude and condescending. He treats people like drug addicts and has refused to fill my wifes prescriptions on multiple occasions. Once he refused to fill any of her prescriptions due to your insurance is locked to another CVS and refused to contact the other store to verify all of her information had been switched. He said recently, I dont feel comfortable filling it so I am not. Not for any other reason than his feeling on the matter. Again refusing to contact her doctor to confirm/discuss the prescription. With us not understanding the issue and his inability to explain it, I asked for a manager to speak to. He actually yelled, I am the manager. I then made the comment, Well that explains a lot. He then said, I am not going to take this abuse. He then sent the prescription back and turned off the microphone. This person has horrible personal skills and does not provide good customer service. In the end I think CVS needs to reevaluate this individual per these reviews. He has been doing this to other people for a long time.

The store itself is fine and outside of the pharmacy the staff are great. However, the pharmacy and pharmacy staff are the worst. Im going somewhere else. I cant the incompetence anymore.

Went there to fill a script for my sick son and the pharmacist took it and told me it’d be ready in an hour. So I left and went to do what I had to do around town while I waited. Came back an hour and a half later only for him to tell me they did not fill the script because my son’s info wasn’t in their computer since we’ve never filled a script there for him before. Keep in mind they NEVER asked for any of his info when I dropped it off. They should’ve asked me for the info before telling me it would be ready or got it from me when I came back. Not just not filled the script! I left with the script because I wasn’t going to sit around and wait another hour when it should’ve been done initially. Called the manager, Cathy, and she was nice and said she’d talk to them about it, but nothing else was done. This store is unprofessional and I won’t be using them for any more prescriptions. The one in Lynn Haven is much better!

Ive never had a problem with CVS......in fact I LOVE my CVS!! (I spend a LOT of money there).The front counter staff are always so wonderful.....the pharmacy staff however(one young lady in particular) left a lot to be desired! I watched this employee be incredibly rude to the little old lady in front of me, so determined that maybe she was having a bad day, I tried to engage her in conversation while waiting for the cc machine to process....she would not speak, just stared at me like I had 3 heads. My son in law works for this wonderful company so Im shocked that they would overlook this kind of treatment of customers.....if they were aware :(

Very rude manager, Cathy and employees. When offered an opportunity to apologize and correct an employees rude response to a reasonable customer request, Cathy offered no apologies or solutions. She only perpetuated the rudeness so I guess I see where it originated

I would give zero stars if possible. In the area from out of town and set up a script to be filled a week in advance. No one here cares that things are wrong. Staff on personal calls while pharmacy call alarm is going off. Pharmacist Ken was condescending and rude to almost every customer that approached the desk. Floor is filthy, stains all over the counter. I could go on and on.

Staff varies, and while I see a lot of complaints about the manager, she has always been helpful to me. I go there often because of the ExtraBucks, coupons, & deals they have going. Recently the coupon center hasn’t been working for me. I’m not sure why, but the staff has used their cards and phone numbers, it’s just not working. They still give me the price that would be on the instant coupons. I buy most laundry detergent here. There are usually BOGO free specials or $2 off of detergent that’s on sale for $3.94 or $4.94, so that helps. My family has one income, so we have to find the best deals. I always feel safe at this location, even after the hurricane.
