I normally go to the express lane thats 2 miles from my house but every single time i do stop at this store the service is absolutely horrible . why in the heck would shift change be at 4? if theres 3 registers and one is counting in why are 2 registers nowbeing ran especially when there are 4 to 5 employees behind thecounter. oh yeah its cause i literally had to do a scratch off and the lotto register wasnt open. really if its Express lane policy to only run lotto on one register to keep the sales straight, instead of inconveniencing the customers how about hiring competent employees!
Every time I come in the morning to fill up a tractor trailer.. she reset the pumps.. she says she has to reset them at 3am.. so I come 10 to 15 min before 3am.. she cancels my transaction then reset the pump.. so i come 15min after 3am.. same thing.. I think she waits till I get here no matter what time I show up. Cant wait till the new fuel station opens up on Cato road. Will not be giving my $150 dollars to this station.
Can not keep constant prices on their inventory, Ive been coming in to buy gas and monster energy drinks for over two weeks now and each time I come in they keep increasing the prices on their energy drinks, there is currently a sale of buying 2 monsters for $4, everyday until today that is they have honored the coffees as being part of the sale price, today the lady there was trying to charge me $10.23 instead of the $8 I have been paying for 4 energy drinks. When I asked her about it she just simply informed me that her coworker did not know what she was doing. After this incident I will not be back.
Just met the best cashier i have ever been in line waiting on. Marlee was running two lines faster than most can run one. I have never met Marlee until today when I stopped for gas, It was a pleasure to see someone who is just damn good at what she does, YOU ROCK!!!
A friend of mine purchased a cherry Pepsi now knowing Im highly allergic to cherries and he took it back in and the cashier refused to refund his money or exchange it. She was ride and had a horrible attitude
Manager was very rude. Her name is Amy. She is always downing her employees, always saying thats why Im the boss and your not. I have visited this location numerous times and on every occasion, when she is in store, she was just a very rude, loud and obnoxious person. She has lost a bunch of employees due to this Im sure. There are always different people working.
Ok experience nice people.
The subway sandwich shop in here is horrible ! Employees were too busy doing nothing . I will be in touch with their corporate office!!
