Well I was disappointed in the sales person that came to help me. He was WAY to pushy. Wanted me to look at the pretty cars, when I was there to look at the pretty trucks. Well after about 10 longer than should of been minutes. I just left. Generally when a person goes to see vehicles they know what they have in mind. They dont need a pushy unprofessional car sales person to tell them what they need or want. I would mention names but that unprofessional!!!!!
I’ve been in the car business for 28 years. 20 of them I have spent pushing back in product to car dealers. Our sales agency is over 6 states. I have traveled hundreds and thousands of miles and been in thousands of dealerships. I have never been treated more disrespectfully than I was at this location. It was so unnecessary and uncalled for! Being in sales the first thing you learned is every person you come in contact with this potential customer. The last thing you wanna do is be disrespectful to them. I will never buy a car from the store!
The technician was very nice to me when I arrived. Truly service with a smile! My car was promptly serviced and ready within the hour.

I told him which type of vehicle that I wanted to look at and he brought it right up. He was very courteous and professional! Answered all my questions. Harrison was great on communicating with me but I am still having the same issues with my car after spending 2000 and bringing it back in again to be looked at.
Ive bought numerous vehicles in my life and this one has to be the best experience ever. I was in and out in an hour! The sales team communicated well with each other, were ready when I arrived and took care of everything. They excelled where our local dealership just refused to try. It was a nine hour drive one way to get the car we wanted and well gladly make another trip just to do business with these guys again!
My husband and I just bought a Tahoe, on 9/24/11. We worked specifically with Devin and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the first call, to us driving off the lot, we couldn’t recommend him and this dealership more.Devin was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered countless texts and phone calls and was always pleasant. There was no dreaded hassling or run around. There was no awkward pressure or uncomfortable negotiating. I didn’t think a stress-free car buying experience was possible, but Devin and his team made it happen.We took the car for a test drive, got our trade-in valued, did all the paperwork and went through finance in UNDER 2 hours….Incredible! Overall, a wonderful experience!
I was sent a notice in the mail from Cadillac that my 2016 Escalade may have an issue with a transmission wiring harness that caused intermittent temperature sensor and shifting issues. I was instructed to take my vehicle to the nearest Cadillac dealer for a simple fix. I called Bill Cramers service department and they had no clue what I was talking about. I then had the Cadillac representative call Bill Cramer who then said that he explained in detail what was needed. I received a call from Bill Cramer that said the soonest they could have the vehicle looked at was 4 weeks away by their transmission tech. That date came today and when I took it to them to drop it off for service, they had no idea what I was talking about or why the vehicle was there. Jacob the service technician kept asking me why it was there and what service needed to be done. I asked if there were any notes in his system, and he said no. I explained in detail but to no avail. He then said that their transmission tech would need to diagnose the problem by driving it and seeing if there was an issue. A simple replacement of a transmission wiring harness has now turned into driving and diagnosing? Jacob did not seem to portray much confidence that they could find or solve the problem. He did not problem solve or offer to contact Cadillac, but only kept asking me why it was there. Not comfortable leaving the flagship vehicle brand of their dealership with a Service Department that has zero confidence or information. I will seek help elsewhere and let Cadillac know Bill Cramer is unable to take notes when repair issues are explained by the OEM. To make things better, the dealership is 20 miles away making it a 40 mile round trip with two vehicles for nothing. Waste of time and resources.
I brought my truck in for the passenger airbag recall. When I dropped my truck off I did have 2 cracks in my dash one of which was next to the airbag(which is a known problem with these trucks). When I pick it up they broke a chuck out of my dash. I was informed that I was told this might happen but wasnt and was also told they wouldnt cover the damage. I understand that it was cracked but I didnt have a hole in my dash when I dropped it off. If it was me and you have a passenger airbag recall or any repairs to take your vehicle to another dealership because this dealership doesnt care if they destroy your vehicle. Now Im stuck with fixing a hole in my dash. Also I would have put 0 stars but it wouldnt let me.
I was treated courteously, the problem was found, I was kept informed of problems encountered in seeking parts for my wonderful 2001 Chevy and was called promptly when repairs were concluded... Tis grand to have my wonder IMPALA home again in good working order

I was charged $595 for a paint protection system that I did not request and it took several phone calls to several employees before I was able to have these charges removed and receive a receive a refund. The staff staff was very courteous until until the sale was Complete.. The sales person Megan is Megan wyke deserves high praise she was excellent in her job my complaints did not have anything to do with her. Beware of auto Butler being added to your sales contract.
I was instructed that I could drop my vehicle off on my way to work prior to my he service department Opening, which I did. I was handed a slew of papers to sign prior to seeing my vehicle that were to release the dealer from any and all liability for any and liability that may have happened to my vehicle. Unsuspectingly I signed. Ever since that time I have had a very difficult time closing the driver’s side door door. I certainly can’t refer anyone and I myself don’t ever see myself going back. I’m certain that Perry Mason himself could not get me any relief, therefore I have not said anything. However everyone that serviced that vehicle prior to that day has noticed the door as they’re very well aware of the care that vehicle gets.
I did have to bring vehicle back several times but it turned out problem found and fixed. They never charged me for the extra times it had to be brought back. Im very satisfied. I realized they were keeping their word, they ran into issues out of their control etc. All said and done I had a very positive experience. Thank you
Brought my truck in for upgrades, Thought I was going to be getting quality service with attention to detail but found out that was not the case. Automatic running boards were installed off center one was farther back than the other lights were not in the same identical place and 1 has fell out and only have the truck back 2 weeks. Stop by to talk to service service representatives, They said I needed to speak with the gentleman that helped me his name was Josh who was on vacation this week theres on vacation this week.. Felt as though because they did not assist me they were not interested in my problems from the installation. Based on installation of items I would not recommend the service department for anything !

Car was took to this dealer for noise near fan belt water pump area never given a definitive answer why. all we got was other issues not related to this problem. charged 151.00 for nothing hope i never need this dealer again will use my experience to tell everyone including social media thanks for nothing

My family and I were in Panama City from Tennessee for vacation when our transmission went out on our Chevy Tahoe on a Tuesday. We didnt know who to call, where to go, or who to get to do the repair work. Surprisingly, we were able to find a rental car at the 23rd St Enterprise Branch, when we noticed Bill Cramer Chevrolet down the street. Enterprise recommended Bill Cramer as a good option as well. That afternoon we had Taylors towing take the Tahoe to Bill Cramer. Within 20 minutes of getting towed, Harrison Stadnik, a service advisor, called me. He was asking me the details of the tow, etc...After speaking to Harrison and explaining our situation to him, he expedited diagnosing our issue. Within the hour, Harrison was already calling us with the unfortunate news that our transmission had gone out. Our first thoughts were having the unexpected expense of $5000-6000 out of our pocket. But Harrison happened to ask if we had an extended warranty. We had forgotten that we did have a warranty that covered the transmission. Harrison went above and beyond working with the warranty company, and within 48 hours our Tahoe was ready to go. I am a General Manager for a National Based Collision Center, and I see very few people go the extra mile to help people in a bind like he did, as well as have the impeccable customer service skills that he has! Thank you Harrison, the mechanical technician who got the work done quickly, and Bill Cramer! We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay in Panama City without worrying about how we were going to get back to Tennessee.
I have never in my life experienced anything like what I did while being in this dealership. Being a vendor, who is only trying to help you as a dealership, and to be treated like I did by being yelled at by the General Manager, of all people, was the most absolute poor customer service I have ever received in my life.You should always keep in mind that EVERY person who walks into your dealership is a potential customer and by the way I was treated I would never buy from this dealership.
Jarrod did a great job of trying to solve my transmission issue with GM. This transmission was supposed to be in warranty because it had been replaced only 45K miles ago but GM wouldnt accept that. I was told when I replaced it the last time that it had a 100K mile warranty but they denied it. I will never trust anything from GM in the future unless I have it in writing.

From my first online contact to the finance office there was no stone they did not turn to make my buying experience absolutely professional. Mr Cramer even came out to the lobby to thank us for visiting his dealership. I should relate that I was initially considering another product but their approach lacked the finesse that Bill Cramer Chevy displayed. Another important aspect was the fairness they showed in evaluating the value of my trade and the overall price of the Terrain that I purchased. They hit the bulls-eye every time. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had....at my age that covers a lot of ground. A million thanks to these Pros.
What began as a long wait for service to A/C(scheduled on 8/21/2021 for time 8:00AM 9/7/2021) ended well by Service Advisor Harrison S. He has always provided extremely knowledgeable, prompt and friendly Service: Financial and Repair. Not favorable for whom I started with at my appointment time on the 7th of September and was turned over to Harrison on Thursday afternoon the 9th of September because this original guy would be off on Friday, the day we actually picked up our repaired truck. Having to wait for 17 days for an appointment and arrive to the comment that four people had been checked in before me that morning with A/C problems, what the heck is an appointment good for if it is first come!!! Then to be called and told that it would be thus and such amount of money and checking if parts available, when the initial contact was told we have the warranty, maintenance Insurance from this dealership. In other words, thank goodness for Harrison on my part and you should also. He saved your bacon!!
They did a great job with me. I got financed fast and was offered 3 very good options. The car I picked is amazing. I didnt realize I was a car person, but Greg helped me find the perfect thing for me. He was amazing and super helpful. He knew all the answers to all my questions. He put a brand new battery in my new Honda and got her detailed and I was on my way. They are all very knowledgeable and amazing people. I was happy because they really just wanted to do their best to help me in any way possible. I highly recommend this place. You wont feel forced into anything. A VERY GREAT place to shop for your first car!
Bill Cramer Chevrolet service department did an excellent job taking care of my new Tahoe. I received a notice of a recall from gm and went to Bill Cramer Chevrolet to have the matter taken care of. Harrison met with me and set the appointment, and when the date came for me to get my vehicle serviced he checked me in. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was kept informed during the whole process and was thoroughly pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely be returning for any further service that I may need in the future.
Service was fast. I was told while setting up the oil service they would rotate the tires this is in the receipt also. While paying I was told that they did not do that on dually trucks. Then why say it? After returning home the warning light came on for coolant. Guess they do not check the rest of the vehicle systems. Not going to return, even the cheap oil change shops check everything. Sorry to see this happen I was looking forward to a long relationship with this service shop. I will be spreading the word.
Everyone was extremely professional and treated me with respect. I drove in from Pensacola and asked that they have everything ready to minimize my time, and they did exactly that. I was very appreciative that my time was valued and I was able to complete all the paperwork quickly and get back on the road.

My husband, Brian and I, recently purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia. Brett Pedersen was our sales associate. He was the most helpful and engaging young man we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had an intermittent check engine light (throttle voltage code) on my chevy. Popped in Bill Cramer to have it looked at. Full warranty, right? Might as well use it! They INSIST it is a bad exhaust valve which was somehow NOT covered by the bumper to bumper GM extended warranty they sold me. They wanted ~$1900 to fix it. I told them I was sure that GM has been sold out of the NPP exhaust valves/actuators for years at this point and that mine was functioning perfectly. I even cranked it up and opened/closed the valves (switched) for them, they were still adamant that that was the issue (even though the code was low throttle voltage alarm). I asked them to show me the code, they refused. I showed them my code reader and they backed off.. There was no code. (HA!) That part of the exhaust has no sensors to even throw a code. COMPLETE MALARKY!Spent $120 on a new, OEM throttle pedal from Amazon, swapped it in two minutes. Code hasnt come back since. Oh, and the NPP (exhaust valves) has functioned flawlessly, several years later now.Its the stealership credo:Step 1: invent problemStep 2: offer (cash only) solution to problem - UPSELL!! (threats/lies if you have to, we cant let it leave like this)Step 3: CHA-CHING!! CA$H IN!! (Dont forget the joyrides!)Another place that preys on the ignorant. Dont get ripped off! Get another opinion! FROM A DIFFERENT SHOP! Or deal with it yourself. This place isnt worth the time, money or headache(s). PC at its finest!
The staff was professional and helpful, and the customer lounge made the visit a pleasant one. I might suggest relying more on personal interaction and less on technology. For example, the email I got by cell phone after check-in said my oil change and tire rotation were promised to be finished at the same time I checked in. My truck was still fourth or fifth in the waiting line. When I then found the customer service rep to ask how long it would be, he told me an hour and 20 minutes at least. Also, I asked for tire rotation, but the receipt did not show it had been done. The visual inspection checklist did not have “needs rotation” checked, so I assumed there weren’t enough miles on the tires to make it necessary. It would have been nice to know that at the beginning. I also was not asked which grade of synthetic oil I wanted, with an explanation of the options. The mechanic had to ask when he finally began work. Lastly, I wasn’t sure what the total charges would be until the end. I had a $15 voucher from GMCRewards, and there also was a special price that day on the oil change. I did not get both discounts — something else that would have been good to know at the start.
I recently bought a 2021 GMC Acadia from these guys and it was the most painless car buying experience Ive ever had. Way, way better than my past experiences with the local Nissan dealership. My salesman, Chris Schoenmann, was fantastic. As soon as I inquired about the Acadia, he followed up with me, sent me a video of the car that I didnt even have to ask for, and talked to me like a normal person instead of pulling the whole what can we do to earn your business BS. I was in the market for a completely different vehicle before speaking with him and he really set himself and this dealership apart from all the others. I was comfortable with him as soon as we met and I didnt feel pressured whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend speaking with him if youre in the market for a GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, or Cadillac.

I purchased a battery for my vehicle approximately 6 months ago. It was manufactured by the Delco Company. Since the battery came with a warranty, I decided to setup an appointment to have the problem diagnosed. I received a quick appointment. The technician determined that the battery was defected. I was given a new battery without hesitation. I have been made whole again. Thanks to the Bill Cramer Chevrolet staff.
Absolutely terrible customer service in the sales/finance department, along with very rude “talk over you” employees. HORRENDOUS communication between colleagues. Not to mention they went back on multiple promises made trying to close the deal. Wouldn’t sell us the car at the agreed upon price, and they were supposed to meet me 1/2 way because I lived 4 hours from them, and of course that didn’t happen either.They sold us a “certified pre owned” car that clearly did not go through a“thorough certified inspection.”The lane keep assist was non functional as well as adaptive cruise and auto high beams…. This easily could and shouldhave been seen by a easy press of a button or two “if” they honestly did a thorough certified inspection. Thankfully our home dealership took care of everything immediately with class.I strongly recommend revamping and thoroughly training some staff.
I took my car in for a check engine light that came on, I was told that the cost to check to see what the problem was would be rolled into the price of the repair, The next day I was called and told there was more than one problem and what the cost would be to repair., Now I am told the price to check for the problems was not included in the repair and the price went up. When I went to pick up I was told that I was wrong that I was not told the 139.99 charge to find the problems were no included in repair, I am not happy at all. Make sure you get a text or email with the prices.
This service visit was a bit complex because I live in Georgia - - and was travelling to Santa Rosa Beach to visit son. Everything was perfectly executed by Josh. He was able to order a part ahead of time after I texted him a picture of the problem. Also, the air conditioning trouble was diagnosed and serviced in the same day. And, Josh arranged for our vehicle to be detailed as well (an add-on at the last minute). Josh has high attention to detail - - and treated me like a friend during my visit. This is my second visit to Bill Cramer - - and I have been highly satisfied both times. We were on a tight schedule - - and it all worked out. Please share to Josh my thanks again for a job well done. And, I appreciate the team who service our vehicle as well. Great job!

Was in to get four new tires and a four wheel alignment. When the truck was handed back to me I read through what had been done and couldnt find anything on the alignment. Went back to the office and asked what had happened. They had not done anything about that, reason, it was not in the system even when I requested it when I made the appointment.So, this is when their professionalism comes to show.They went above and beyond to make it right.I got good value and was met by very friendly and professional staff.

Bad part of the experience: I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation about 5 days in advance for a 2:00 pm appointment. I arrived at 1:51 pm, got checked in and sat in the waiting room. My truck was not actually taken back to have anything done to it until 2:46 pm and it seemed like making an appointment was a waste of time. The good part of the experience was the waiting room is well stocked, has a TV and the people are extremely friendly.
Without a doubt the best car dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. I have a Yukon Denali hybrid and get the best service from Jim Cramer ‘s. Great technicians never try to overprice you on something I never try to talk you into something you don’t need. Good people good service good quality!
I had the auto butler detail done and it was excellent. I also had a complaint about the brightness of the back up camera screen inside the truck and I was told there is nothing that can be done. I find it hard to believe that a new $48,000 truck does not have the capability to dim the screen at night and early morning to avoid BLINDING the driver when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. It looks like time to trade to another make if this cannot be resolved before I get in a wreck. This is very disappointing, to say the least. Please contact me if you have a resolution for this problem.

The buying of my car was absolutely great, They didn’t come down on the price very much but I’m fine with that because there were two small tears in the leather on my front seats I thought they were going to patch them, but they actually replaced all the leather in my car with Katskins! My salesman was absolutely fantastic and the service department was wonderful. I would rather pay a little bit more for a vehicle and get the stellar service that I received then get a great deal terrible service!💯 thank you!
They didnt try to sell me anything; just completed the safety recall work they were supposed to do. I was very happy. By the way, the woman who made our appointment was highly knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. She is warm, friendly, engaging, and an asset to the organization.
I wanted to have a good experience here after years of terrible service in the service department (they did make it right in the end) but this review doesn’t reflect on that. Now my sales guys were good and had the cars ready for me to see as I was coming from 2 hours away, I appreciate that. Where I’m not happy is with finance who looked over my paperwork and told me that I had the wrong papers. After 2 days of calling back and forth and me leaving without a car, it turned out I did have the right paper and that’s what I sent over to finalize the sale directly from the bank . Like I said, it was in the 4 pages of papers I brought to the dealer but finance wanted to argue with me about it. After sending it over and confirming it was correct, I let them know that it was the same paper I brought to them in the first place. The next day, I had more trouble because for some reason my bill of sale had the wrong loan amount, at this point I already had the new vehicle so I’m just annoyed. I came in telling them I had Xx,XXX and apparently it was filled in wrong by finances. I had to go out of my way to write a personal check to cover an extra $325 that shouldn’t have been part of My sale to begin with . I could go on but I’m tired and I feel like it’s going to be pointless anyway.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle for over a year and finally found exactly what I was looking for at Bill Cramer Chevrolet in Panama City Florida. I stumbled upon their add they had on car gurus so I contacted them. I spoke with Bela Kovacs and let him know that I was interested in a vehicle and would love to come and check it out, I then told Bela that I was located in San Diego Ca. And would have to schedule a flight and a time to get out there. I made arrangements and was able to fly out about 4 days after making contact with him so I asked if he could hold the vehicle for me and he said he could if I put a $500 deposit so I agreed and gave him my credit card number,but was never charged for holding it. He also said he could arrange for a vehicle to pick me up at the airport, but I declined since I have already scheduled for a rental. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Bela and was told the vehicle was getting cleaned up and should be ready any minute now and boom here it came. He gave me the keys and we left for what I thought was going to be a short test drive. Bela gave me directions around town while driving and we ended up cruising to the beach for about a 45 minute test drive and was also okay with me getting up to speed and getting comfortable with the vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership I signed a few forms and the vehicle was mine in less than 30minutes. I asked Bela if I could store the vehicle on the lot while I was awaiting a transport company and he assured me that it was not a problem and that he would park it in a low traffic area. The vehicle was there for about 10days and he stayed in contact and also sent pictures of the truck getting loaded on the carrier.Bela was very helpful,patient and very professional he made this purchase very easy and very streamlined! We have been more than pleased with the process of purchasing a vehicle. First of all we purchased a used vehicle, having a modest budget. Calvin out salesman and His Manager (I wish I could remember his name) treated us with the utmost respect! We felt as if we purchased one of the more expensive cars on the lot! They found a perfect match for us. While we were waiting on the deal to be made we observes the employees, the atmosphere was so refreshing. We did have an issue with a tire that kept loosing air, the service team was top notch and remedied the issue quickly. We never felt as if they just wanted to sell a car. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, replace gas gasket and convert adaptive cruise to regular cruise. Your team accomplished everything except my issue with cruise control.PLEASE contact GM and find out how to convert adaptive cruise to regular cruise. We absolutely HATE ADAPTIVE CRUISE and have almost had several wrecks because of it. We are considering trading our GMC Yukon XL SLT strictly because of this issue. PLEASE find a solution.

Went in to have brakes on Suburban fixed after a malfunction happened. Cindy in Service went above and beyond to assist me and worked out the warranty coverage as well! The main thing that impressed me though was her emphasis on the safety for my family. I dont believe she wouldve let me leave if I had tried! That is certainly OK with me though. Safety first! Our salesman Greg Benkhe listened to what I wanted, and he made it happen. No sales gimmicks, no foolish back and forth, none of the stuff that dealerships have come to be known for. Our experience here was very pleasant, and I am highly satisfied with him as a salesperson, and have an overall positive opinion of this dealership.Literally 3 days before our purchase here, we had the worst experience ever at the Fort Walton Beach store. Literally - the worst ever! I will try to summarize. My car was looked at by a third party mechanic who diagnosed a timing chain issue, said go to the dealership. We told the service adviser Sean it was a timing chain issue. They instead said it was the fuel pump and some other parts, totaling $1,700. They test drove it (so they said) and gave it back. Must not have left the parking lot because my check engine light came on within 20 minutes of driving out of that place. Had advance read the code, same exact issue as before. We take it back, and Sean says we need another pet that cost about $3,000 (luckily covered under warranty). We say no, it’s the timing chain. They look a third time and say oh, it was the timing chain. Now I have already paid $1,700 for parts I did not need, and still need the timing chain fixed, the original problem. We are still trying to resolve this issue, and I will be updating the review with any new developments. As for now, stay far away from this place, and if you must go, do not let Sean be your service advisor, he will point you to parts you do not need.And if you simply are car searching, with my experience so far, go to Toyota.

He took the time to show us all the features of the Suburban before our test drive and again after our purchase. The worst experience have ever had Ive been In and out of that olace more than I go to work and Im still dealing with it my truck has leaked sine I bought it you admit is a lemon. And if they manage to fix one thing they brake 3 other things and then tell me im being difficult because I want it done correctly now I have to putt my truck together because youcant trust me tell everyone I work with at the mill your the Last place in the world they want to go im sick of it and im calling corporate so please dont ask if you wont list

We had a great experience with our sales representative Reid Wynn and Andrew one of the managers. We really did not care for the color choices that were available on the lot and even though it was almost closing time Andrew checked his records and found another one in a color that we liked that was just received from the factory that day. He asked Reid to find it and bring it out so we could look at it. It was the perfect color and had the equipment package we wanted and we came back the next day to see it in the daylight and we bought it.Thanks Guys!Bob and Lisa
Jeremy Polk was the salesman that worked with me, he was a very friendly and knowledgeable person.
Had an issue with my battery and the computer screen, dealer should have addressed the screen issue before the battery issue in order to troubleshoot the computer issue. Service department did the battery work first resulting in the computer issue resetting itself so they were unable to troubleshoot it which meant I have to bring the vehicle back and resulted in me paying an extra $200 for rental fees that most likely would’ve been covered had they done the service a little differently. Sent my certified GMC in with all of the extended warranties and walked away with a bill over $500 for a new battery in a cabin air filter and a rental car. I walked out angry and left my cooler and my jump starter kit which the service Desk guy Jake brought out to me so I didn’t have to drive an hour back. Thanks Jake that will bring me back to the dealership
Chris was informative, professional and helpful. He put us at ease immediately and did not pressure us at all to make the purchase. He was actually selling the vehicle for another agent named Reid. We bought our first Florida car from Cramer, and then this one. We will always come back to Cramer if in need of a vehicle.

Easily the worst dealer in North Florida, but not content to rest on that accomplishment they continue to strive to become the worst in the entire SE region! Its worth driving to another dealer without question. Pensacola, Dothan, or Tallahassee are vastly better options for sales and service. It even worth considering another brand of vehicle rather be burdened by their incompetence and apathy as your immediate choice for recalls and warranties. Run away. Run like your hair is on fire.
