Beautiful store full of luscious products displayed in appealing ways. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and they had a great rapport with each other and customers. Shout out to the lady who commiserated with us about hurricanes; it matters so much to hear a sympathetic word and some good cheer. This shop is the best of what B&BW is!

There was a line to get in which was fine with me due to the pandemic; once inside it was actually crowded and there was no room for social distancing except at the checkout register. The entire store was packed with people. Everyone did wear a mask!!!

Went in for the candle sale and walked up to the counter to check out . The cashier was on her phone when I walked up ... I paid cash expecting my change back which was only 36 cents but she handed me my receipt without the change and said “have a nice day “ getting back on her phone before I left the counter . Everyone else in the store was helping out customers but that was the first time I’ve had a bad experience in a bath and body works .
