Had to schedule insured body repair 90 days out, not until Dec 27, 2021! One of only two repair shops in the valley that State Farm recommends. Nice clean, spacious office area, pleasant receptionist answered all my questions. Will update after repairs are done.

Fix Auto was very focused on getting the job done ASAP. Considering that we live in Alaska, parts for repairs can be an issue. They did their best. They communicated every week with updates and that helped with the timing for completion. When it was all done, we were very pleased with the results.

I needed 3 vehicle repairs in 6 months they worked directly with my insurance which made it super easy for me and each time they have been efficient and friendly. They give weekly updates which is great! Will definitely be returning for any future vehicle repair needs.

All in all good experience, but when I went to pick up my vehicle possessions inside the vehicle were not where I left them. Troubling since all the work being performed was exterior. Being said, the bodywork was very good.

My car was in and out within 2 days. I needed a ride to my car rental, they provided. They also kept me posted on car by texting and calling. So kudos to Fix It Auto.

It took a little longer than I anticipated to get my car back, but the customer service was good and they were great at updating me on the status of my vehicle. The finished product looks good as new!

They kept me notified on where my vehicle was at during service via text message. I would highly recommend this company for any of the above listed services!!!!

I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of the work. They kept me updated on the progress. They were at to pick me up when my vehicle was done. My car actually came back cleaner then when I dropped it off both inside and out.

We had them paint some used parts that weren’t in great shape and put a K5 we bought wrecked back together and they did an excellent job. The paint work was flawless and the body lines match up perfect. The outcome better than we expected. Great job.

They tweaked a door for me so it would close and did an excellent job for only $30! Across the street they wanted $600. Its an old car, I just wanted the door to close, not a brand new door! Very professional and timely.

Cruel treatment by their front desk and supervisor/manager right from the start - didnt want to work with me in the end regardless of my situation.Tried to be as friendly and cordial as possible through the claims process, but this location is more concerned with money and the bottom line over keeping the customer happy.

Lousy....had to bring my car back 3 times for damage they created. Who uses a screwdriver to remove an inside door panel! I was horrified. They caused more damage than the original damage! They work with Geico, and Geico sucks. They almost got nailed with a lawsuit over this. They were rude, tried to deny they took off the outside door handle that wouldnt work after the repair (it was that door that was damaged), IDK how he got it off without removing the handle. Car is still damaged in places it shouldnt be. The initial repair was great! Flawless paint match! But when they lie to cover their butts, and then are rude about it, EVEN WITH PROOF they did the damage. I would never recommend them. They get only 2 stars instead of one because they EVENTUALLY got everything working on my car again...and the tech finally admitted he took the door handle off after I pointed out it would be impossible to remove that panel without doing so. Talk about a red-faced tech! Im not an idiot, and I love my car. Still cant believe they used a screwdriver to remove a panel! Scraped the hell outta my inner door! They refused to fix that and I brought it elsewhere for other nicks, scratches and yes, even dents they said they didnt do. I am meticulous about my car. Its really hard to pull the wool over my eyes. Im a 40 year old man, not an 80 year old widowed grandmother that knows nothing about modern cars. I do, and they insulted my intelligence. They changed their name to hide their incompetence.

Unprofessional/un-knowledgeable receptionist - put me on hold to have patronizing manager tell me it was my fault I never received call saying my late parts finally arrived. She then tried to schedule my repair even further out than quoted 5 minutes prior. Completely different treatment/customer service than their Anchorage locale. Hopefully, this attempt will go smoother and I can have the car fixed... 3 months after the accident.
