I used AK Sales and Service because they are a preferred service department for my insurance company. I didn’t have a mechanic or have anyone else I used on a regular basis. I’m so happy that I did. This is the second time I’ve used them and I received superior service both times! They were fast, professional, and the work was well done! I will go back for any mechanical needs that I have.

I moved here in 2015, and have had my car worked on at Alaska Sales and Service, I have had body work done twice. I cant find a thing to complain about them. They do a fantastic job on mechanics and body work.

I have used AK Sales and Service twice, first in 2018 when they repaired my truck from a moose collision, the paint on the hood began to flake off 2 years later. The second they repaired rear end damage to my car, they replaced the taillight assembly but not the blinker bulb that was damaged in the collision. I asked that they change my oil also, this did not happen either. I will not use their body shop ever again.

Left a vehicle to have body work was never given a repair date. Then when picked up van within 20 min lost all my transmission fluid and had to be towed back to shop.

They sold a truck to an airman with an empty def system so he went and filled it with def then 2 days later and it broke down and they wont help him out . This place is garbage buyers beware. He owned the truck for a total of 4 days and it broke down.

The customer service is the Best!
